This place is terrible!! They blame the customer for their mistakes and they do bad work!!! I even reported them to the corporate in baton rouge Louisiana and they just refuse to fix their problems! I've also noticed I am not the only one that they have chased off or stop the Nail Tech from fixing the nails that they screwed up while they were doing it! They feel they are entitled and I don't know why but I would recommend going to another nail place or profiles where you can get your nails done professionally if you're going to spend this kind of money!

Never ever will I again in life. When I tell you, this lady is rude as hell as much as I’m in Walmart, I will never visit this nail shop again. I came in to get 2 nails fixed (didn’t even get my nails done here) anyway came in sat down someone said hello I said hi normally when you walk in a business you are greeted ‘how may I help you’, correct? Nothing and then she yelled at me and said that’s not how you come in a business 🤣🤣🤣 right won’t ever get a nickel from me!!

The nail tech was busy and instead of telling me to come back tomorrow she takes me in. She clipped to shape my nails and she cut off my finger along with the nail. I picked out both of my colors by number and my toes are a different color than my nails. She never finished shapeing my nails and they all look wonky and different. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had. Pregnant and my hormones are just making me cry about it. I feel robbed, I gave her 60 for nails that aren’t shaped, a clipped finger and my toes don’t match. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Here is my review. My husband was getting his eyes checked at wal mart. Thought to myself I should treat myself to a nail day. A little treat. I usually go to a nail place in Port Charlotte but decided to try Regal Nails. Anytime I am at Walmart the nail salon is so busy. Thinking they must be good. My nails chipped in one day. Received four cuts and told tech pls don't do cuticles on second hand. Put that chemical that all nail places use which burns like hell. Here I am trying to relax but now enjoying a constant dull ache. Will never go back. Honestly this is my first bad review since covid hit. A lot of facilities are short staffed. This was not the cast with Regal. Would not recommend..

I always I always wonder why this nail salon in lehigh is never busy, well today I learned why. When I tell you the owner/nail tech is a miserable person I mean it! I went in for a full set of nails and when I tell you the pics other people post is accurate, this woman does not pay attention and her service is horrible. Reading the comments u guys are SPOT on, this lady on the end is SO AGGRESSIVE! I pulled up the reviews to show her she has a problem and she replied none of you know what your talking about 🤣🤣🤣you have been warned don't do it there is a reason the place is empty!!

Well deserving of nothing but ZERO STARS!!!! Went in today and the lady that "helped" me had the worst attitude, just plain nasty don't know what she was on but regal nails do better. I have no other words worth wasting my time on.

Pretty good for the area, you have to be vocal and tell them not to rush and keep checking them, if not your nails will come out a mess. My white and gold nails are what they call "dip" nails. They put it on my natural nail and make them grow and it doesnt mess them up like gel polish do. They last me a month!

I went to get my nails done today I had a young at gentleman to do my nails was very rough unprofessional was a dirty salon my nails are very s thickt he corners are Sharp I had to make another nail appointment at a different nail salon to get them fixed I would never ever go back there ever again horrible service rush rush rush

A while ago I went to Walmart and I asked her how long it would take to remove my nails and make new ones (I know that putting them with acetone takes a while as it softens the acrylic) she told me oh no less than 5 minutes... He took a tip and started pulling out my nails... the process was very painful. I never came back. Bad service. Everything was done in a hurry and they didn't care that I told them it hurt. There was a boy who did everything so well but even he left there. I do not recommend them AT ALL.
