I had a great experience at Dental Care of Lehigh Acres. David was kind and informative. Dr. Grace was quick and provided expert care. The lady at the desk made sure that my insurance was being applied correctly and was extremely helpful when scheduling my next appointment.

They are so friendly and they make you feel so comfortable. I love how they explain to you how much everything will cost. Sadly I can only go one more visit because I can't afford the Copays. I truly recommend Dr. Craig Mayer and staff.

Great experience from beginning to end, everyone is friendly and explains clearly what procedures are needed or what I was having done that day. Christina was my hygienist and made me feel comfortable and eased my dental anxiety! Highly recommend.

Amazing dental office!! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because scheduling can be a little tricky. They are so wonderful that it makes them very busy. So you get scheduled out anywhere from a few weeks to a couple months out. That could’ve been because we were new patients though. Otherwise the staff is super friendly, hygienist was absolutely amazing with my kids. She explained everything and was so patient. The dentist, Dr. Grace is the best! Super sweet and very gentle with my kids. They felt very comfortable with her. She explains everything she is doing so that it’s not scary. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who has kids. I can’t wait for my appointment!

After seeing Dr Mayer's great reviews, I wanted to be their patient. After 2 phone calls and a visit to the office in between the calls, I went to the office one more time. This time, I had success. Laura and Robin were sitting at the front desk. I was given a friendly welcome and a good ear. Laura set me up for an appt. Since then, Robin has been incredible with notifying me of cancellations to get me in sooner. (Thank you, Robin!) I have been there twice thus far and was impressed by Dr Mayer and his friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff. Their waiting area puts you at ease with the comfy furniture and relaxing ambiance. It is very different from the typical dentist's office. 4 times a charm and well worth the persistence.

The service was great. The dental technician know is job, the doctor was very professional, the receptionists were very polite. Over all my experience was great, I would recommend this facility to others
