Love this place. Great people great atmosphere. The owner Billy is a very sweet guy and very considerate of others. The bartenders are the best in town. Very friendly and loveable.

If there were a minus rating, this bar would get it. We encountered an extremely rude bartender named Veronica. I called and talked to the owner about it and she blew it off as if it were no big deal. We won't be going back for that reason mainly. In addition, they don't serve food. They don't accept credit cards. They only serve beer, no wine. It seems as though they use this bar as their personal bar playground. We couldn't play pool because they had a painting party in that area one day. Certain customers come and go freely by walking behind the bar and through the kitchen. We saw many customers go behind the bar into the kitchen and come back out. That seemed odd and led us to believe something wasn't right with that. Sadly, the owners of this place have no idea how to run a decent and successful bar. It's a historical pub in Lehigh and they are disrespecting that and ruining it.

Worst experience ever. Pulled up to the place getting of the car and get greeted by what seemed like a drunk person telling us we can't get a drink because it's 145 in the morning (unless we down it) which I understand but goes on to tell me how some agency is on her about alcohol (again understandable) being its 145 in the morning... doesn't even give me a minute to say if I was there for beer or food. I will never again go there. Been in lehigh for over 10+ yrs never been there and decided to venture off ... never again. Thanks. I have standards, your bar ... not one of them.

Had a good time until we were threatened by a bully calling himself a Marine. He sat at our table and tried to intimate us. We won't be back.

The bar tender Nicole was the worst bar tender they have she can't even pretend to smile .. if u hate your job so dam much why be there... I would say every body who's there was pretty laid back and chilled... but she was a Nast person and if there was an awards for worst bartender and attitude towards people she would have won that with out a 🧠 brain

Love this bar. Ppl here are so nice all the locals are fun they have pool tables and public tournaments you can get in on and have lots of down home fun.

My buddy Eric brought me had great music coldest beer I’ve had in awhile and everyone I met wanted to either buy me a beer or shake my hand best night in awhile

This place sucks. It’s horrible. Never go there. No food, terrible service terrible bar tending. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. Nichole is horrible bartender and will waste your time! Do not waste your time here.

Just recently started going back there it is a much better place now that Billy owns it

The homestead is a local bar and one of the oldest bars in town which the plaza is scheduled to be torn down soon so if you haven't been you might want to stop and have a cold one
