Excellent customer service! After my husband unclogged our septic pipes it was time to find someone trustworthy to help us with pumping our septic out. After looking up reviews my husband chose to go with Barney's Sanitation here in North Fort Myers. My husband was quoted $475 for same day and $375 for the following day. An appointment was scheduled for first thing the following morning. My husband dug up the ground and made an opening for them to have easy access to the septic. Two men showed up the next morning. They were very nice, they explained everything they're process of doing things to my husband. They gave him pointers on what to use that actually works in breaking down the waste naturally, without damaging our wedding down the pipes. We will be hiring them in the future and recommending them to everyone we know.

The guys came out and did an amazing job. From start to finish they communicated exactly what they where doing and how much it would cost and the prices where very affordable. They originally came to pump my septic but found another issue and was very honest with me. These guys truly saved me and my wife out of spending 1000s to the “other guys “. There is no doubt I will be going with Barneys from now on. 5 stars across the board!!!!!

Barneys Sanitation is an honest company with fair prices! they take the time to explain the issues and look at all possible solutions. They are upfront and honest with what they do and don't try to up-sell you unnecessary equipment. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know!

I Called Barney’s late afternoon yesterday. I spoke with the owner who was very nice and promptly scheduled to pump my Septic the very next morning. Two very nice men showed up this morning to pump my septic take. Both of the men that came were very courteous and informative regarding my septic tank. They even took the time to explain about how to best take care of my septic system and answered all my questions. I Highly recommend Barney’s and plan to be a longtime customer. I even took a business card for my daughter for when her septic tank needs attention.

This Company surely is there when you have an emergency. We called our previous company, even with a newborn and family of 7 we had to wait until the next day. Barney and Damon came to check it out the same day, got what was needed because the problem was more critical than expected and got it done. Barney explained with details what they needed to get done to unclog the toilets and showers with no need to call a plumber. Saved us tons of money because they did care! Their prices where very affordable. They pump my septic and discovered another tank that was never emptied before...something the previous company not only said was sealed, also never emptied of course. Please call them 1st, you will not regret it. Totally 5 stars in service, response, knowledge and taking their job serious.
