If this isn't the worst hotel in the world, it will be once that place closes. The rooms were not clean. The carpets were nothing you want to have your bare feet touch. The bathroom was FILTHY. The grout absolutely rife with black mold. All of the furniture in the rooms are IKEA, or look as if they were found roadside with water warped and chipped surfaces. Upon check-in I inspected the beds. One was completely covered with someone's head and body hair. Not just one or two hairs, but as if they'd been sleeping there for a week. There were several from my team staying here for the week. We all compared rooms and found that the only real difference was the size of the room itself and layout. All just as filthy and cheap as the last. Listed at < 100 Euro per night, the room rates were raised exponentially to 235 Euro per night due to the volume from the Messe/CMat conference that overtakes Hannover (35mins away). As such, the hotel was full for a couple of days of our stay. That resulted in a complete lack of hot water and water pressure. I would never stay here again under any circumstances.

Location is good as not far off motorway, use hotel just for over night stop, no one on reception, told to collect keys from storage box, didn't see any staff, and don't believe any staff was on premises overnight ☹️ rooms - 90s design clean functional nothing more, no bar open! Breakfast - typical German style meats / cheeses etc , I wouldn't book again

There was a lack of staff in this hotel. The same person who made the breakfast worked reception. They do not speak English at all. The breakfast is very basic just sandwiches and cereal. There is no AC and the rooms are decorated with creepy pictures. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade! Also there are no curtains on the windows so it is very bright in the morning. The only good thing was that the beds were comfortable. Some rooms were missing light bulbs so that was very inconvenient especially in the evening.

Beside bad smell from bathroom/toilet in our room there was nothing bad. Room was big (2 rooms actually), beds comfy, breakfast was good (suitable for kids). But I think it was a little bit overpriced. We paid €80/night (2+2) while we usually pay approx €60 for stay in this type of hotel. Will recommend for a night stay during family holiday.

I struggle to call this a 2 star hotel. Booked for 2 nights, left after one and stayed elsewhere. Shocking value for money. Rooms are poor - broken lights, uncomfortable beds, terrible shower. Service was terrible - we could never find staff members and were locked out after 10pm - until luckily a cleaner at the adjoining restaurant let us in.

I had a good stay without my family without any issues. Advise: Buy your water and soft drinks. I realized the cap of the complimentary coke was half open, that bottle had been there for quite sometime I guess. This is a old hotel, so expect things to be old e.g the shower sprinkled water in 360 degrees.

We arrived very late and had to sleep in the room where radiators didn't work at all. Room was freezing cold almost imposibble to fall a sleep. Young guy called Alen, I believe was very helpful and at least dealt with it professionally. Unfortunately due to very cold room I can not rate more than one star. Summer period probably wouldn't matter but Dec/Jan defo heating is a must

Clean, calm place. Supportive staff and good breakfast. Highly recommended place for a short stay without having to spend too much.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. The reception was often closed (no staff in the hotel!!) and the indicated tel for emergency was not accessible neither. What if you have any problems during stay (for example key lost)? Only price is recommendable.

This hotel doesn’t even deserve a single star.. they leverage Hannover Messe and charge exorbitantly high and provide not even basic facilities . When I pay ~ 280€ per day, I atleast expect a coffee machine , toiletries replaces everyday ( not even the soap/ shower gel ) .. breakfast is very basic and it’s 1.5km walk from train station. May be next time I would stay in Hannover itself.

Extremely dirty! It is not a 3 star hotel

It is insanaty that the management can not be strict enough to forbid the smoking in the hotel. Only beacause of this it is a big one star! This hotel would be a great example, how somebody can improve a hotel step by step, to be a great place.
