Unfortunately, I have never experienced such poor planning. I had a small check-up appointment that only lasts no longer than 30 minutes in other practices. Unfortunately I would have to wait 5 hours here. Even though I was one of the first in the waiting room.

Unfortunately, I have to confirm that the organization is more than bad. Really outrageous to make you wait 7 hours (the appointment was at 9 a.m., I finished after 4 p.m.). Despite making an appointment over 4 months ago!! You won't get any information on site about how long it will take, so accompanying people can do something or get food in the meantime. Real cheek!

I was recently at the eye clinic and I have to say it took a total of 4 hours. However, five different investigations were carried out by different people during this time. I think the doctors there definitely know what they are doing and are very personable. Despite everything, very satisfied.

I was there on a Sunday afternoon because I had half a contact lens stuck in my eye. I only waited about 20 minutes, there were only two patients in front of me, until a young and very friendly doctor treated me. I felt good 👍

My visit to the emergency room at Holy Epiphany went well, quickly and competently. Good parking options. This is probably different during the week.

Zum OP-Termin auf 7:30 Uhr bestellt, bis kurz vor 12 Uhr im Warteraum gegessen, ohne Infos, Trinken und Essen. Warum dann den Termin so früh legen??? Null Orga, absolutes Chaos! Am liebsten wäre ich einfach gegangen.

Incredibly bad administration here. Waited over 5 hours for my turn. I work for a health insurance company myself and have heard a lot. But that's the cheekiness.

A long stay of 5+ hours is to be expected. So if possible, eat / drink / take enough reading material with you to bridge the time. There was free water in the waiting area, hence the 2nd star, that was taken into account. The problem of waiting times is well known. Otherwise, you should rethink and optimize the processes here. Something can't be right that there are such long waiting times. You're constantly being called to different rooms, the waiting area is packed and it's an unreasonable wait for many patients for 5+ hours. What's the matter?

Eine sehr gute Betreuung in Notaufnahme, Tagesklink und Station. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sehr gründlich und gewissenhaft, freundlich, strukturiert. Hier geht es um das Wohl des Patienten und die bestmögliche Behandlung. Wartezeiten sind sicherlich nicht zu vermeiden. Aber für diese gute Versorgung nehme ich das gern in Kauf.

Wurde von meiner Augenärztin aus Tettnang in die Universitäts-Augenklinik nach Ulm überwiesen. Von der Aufnahme bis zur Untersuchung war alles super. Im Aschlußgespräch wurde ich äußerst kompetent beraten. Lieben Dank besonders an die untersuchende Ärztin und die Oberärztin. Sie sind ein tolles Team und fachlich und menschlich hervorragend.

First you wait six months to get an appointment and then you spend up to eight hours in the waiting room... I then left and now I'm hoping, firstly, to get an appointment somewhere else quicker and then perhaps not to have to wait as long thanks to a better organized team! Many of the waiting patients said that it was always like this here!
