I went to Phistudio for the first time today and booked an aquafacial and eyebrow plucking with the super nice Valeria. I am more than satisfied and can only recommend it: 5/5 stars and if possible I would give more. 😊 Good cosmetic studios with a high level of hygiene and competence are very difficult to find and everything was just right here: - very good communication, all steps were explained in detail - super nice, friendly and competent beautician - high level of hygiene and cleanliness - super comfortable loungers (it's important for me not to have back pain afterwards) and no annoying noises penetrate the rooms - very good results of the treatments - very good information before and again after the treatment - no pushy sales pitch, only what really suits you is recommended and if something is not necessary, that will be said - you have to fill out a questionnaire to make sure that all important medical information is available (for example, I have a migraine with aura and this was addressed directly with medical knowledge and attention was paid to the temples) - very modern studio and equipment They really won me over as a future regular customer and I booked the next appointment straight away. Edit: A day later I can still confirm that the result is simply fantastic. My skin looks a few years younger. Even my partner noticed that my skin is firmer. Thank you for that! 😊

Ich war das erste mal im Studio. Der Salon ist sehr schön, die Mädels sehr freundlich und Özlem die Chefin ist sehr herzlich. Ich habe mir von der lieben Özlem meine Augenbrauen mit der powderbrow Technik hübsch machen lassen. Doch zuvor habe ich sie auf Empfehlung einer Kollegin seit November 2022 auf Instagram gestalket 😂🤣 Ich hatte Angst, dass es bei mir nicht so gut aussehen würde. Doch beim ersten Besuch im Studio und auch heute, 6 Wochen danach beim nachstechen, bin ich des besser belehrt worden. Özlem war sehr nett und beruhigend auf mich. Mit ihrer professionellen Erfahrung hat sie sofort gewusst, wie meine Augenbrauen verdichtet und gemalt werden sollten. Heute, beim Nachstechen wurden sie perfektioniert 😍 ich bin überglücklich. If an appointment is canceled at short notice and lasts 20 minutes (plucking eyebrows), a cancellation fee will be charged immediately! There is no accommodating behavior here. That's why we didn't make a new appointment. It's a real shame
