Had uncle js few weeks back on deliveroo but it didn't really hit the spot. Was told by someone to go eat at the restaurant, so went over one evening. ordered the meal for 2, chicken 65, honey lemon fish, crack chips, veg noodles with Tokyo bites. The food was amazing, all the food was fresh, big portions and tasted lovely. I especially loved the Tokyo bites. Was pleasantly surprised. The service was the best I've received from a restaurant for a while. very attentive, kept asking if we needed anything or how was the food. Was also given a kids meal on the house for my son and they made us try their new Mango lassi bubble tea. Something else they hit out of the park. Best bubble tea I have had. Would definitely recommend and would advise eating in.

Didn't really no what to order so bossman said leave it to me to sort out and it didn't disappoint.... We had prawns, beef and chicken for mains and sides of noodles, crack chips and egg fried rice. Wow.. wow.. wow probably the best Indo Chinese I've ever tasted. Each dish was full of flavour, absolutely mouthwatering and very good portion sizes in my opinion. Highly recommend trying this place out

We always love the food here, always comes fresh…..however it would be great if there was a milder option with the dishes so the kids could eat it with us, Because it’s just too hot for them.

I had rather high hopes for this place from looking through the reviews, which was a mistake on my own behalf. We live in Leicestershire so the travel was only 25 minutes but unfortunately it was not worth it. The flavours weren’t thought out appropriately with each dish, and nothing was that flavourful either. Maybe it was a bad day but we didn’t really enjoy our food. If we’re in the area we may give the place a second chance however unfortunately it was a waste of time for something we thought was going to be delicious.

Really nice food, indo chinese at its best. My favourite was the chicken 65 and honey garlic chicken. Finger licking, mouthwatering food. Really quick service. Great customer service and management team. Got looked after and 20% discount on bill for eating in. Win Win ! Highly recommend cant wait to go back and try out the secret menu ( Manchurian )

Food is tasty, plentiful and full of flavour. They had excellent customer service and went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. This was our first time visiting, and we are from out of area so we were not disappointed having driven a long way. A must try, especially the chicken gyozas! They're literally the best I've ever had.

First time at Uncle J’s and it did not disappoint! I think we have found our go-to Indo-Chinese in Leics. Experience was great, food was immaculate and our cravings were satisfied. Warm, welcoming ambiance along with unmatched service. Staff gave us undivided attention and helped us choose by giving recommendations based on our preferences. Accidentally received chicken instead of beef in one of the dishes we ordered (which was no biggie) but thank you Uncle J’s for the complimentary main~ Their mango passion fruit tea was lovely too! I don’t usually leave reviews so I highly recommend. If you love both cuisines, this is the place to go as I really enjoyed everything from the mains to the sides. I hope Uncle J’s keeps up the great service and quality food~ :)

Portion size is generous. Beef is tender and tasty. Service is quick and friendly. The mango lassi bubble drink is delightful. The noodles were too spicy for my liking.

Great tasting food, freshly made. Really enjoyed the crack chips and chilli garlic beef with rice. We order mild but this has just enough spice for us to enjoy the flavours.

Fantastic Dining Experience! Visited this restaurant with my wife and daughter, and it was a delightful experience. We opted for 2 regular size deals and 1 kids menu. For the regulars, we tried the chicken with Korean BBQ sauce and chips, and the beef with 65 sauce and egg fried rice—both were delicious. The kids' menu featuring chicken strips with chips was a hit. Impressively, the service was prompt, and we didn't have to wait long. Every element of the meal was enjoyable. A great place for a family outing!

MashAllah amazing service and amazing food - Brother Zaki went above and beyond!! Excellent size portions with a real variety of flavours and options. Food came fast and hot!! We went for the family deal for £50 with 4 mains , 4 sides, and 2 appetisers, which was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. The sauce was adjusted for kids, making it mild. Sorry, there were no pictures as the food was just too tasty. Hugely recommended!!. The restaurant is well lit and is nicely designed .

Authentic food to make your taste buds tinkle. Great variety, reasonably priced and generous portions. Must try, best for indo-chinese food in Leicester.

Uncle js call themselves The Indo Chinese King and they live up to the name. It's a spot I visit often and regularly order home. Food is always so hot and fresh! If you haven't tried uncle js, you're missing out. I've never been disappointed with the food! Highly recommend
