customer
service
is
gone
downhill.
I
use
to
work
here
back
in
2007
when
it
was
near
enough
newly
opened.
Was
brilliant.
We
were
required
to
upsell,
greet
every
customer
with
a
smile....And
now...you
walk
in
and
you
see
staff
chat
to
each
other
whilst
the
customer
is
just
standing
their
waiting.
No
smile.
Order
given
wrongly.
No
upselling.
And
customers
behind
me
were
like...This
is
a
shambles...waiting
over
15
minutes.
I
feel
that
this
place
can
be
well
managed
if
managers
are
on
top
of
their
game.
I
didnt
see
a
single
manager
or
shift
runner
on
the
shop
floor
which
explained
alot.
The
staff
need
to
know
they
are
working
to
give
the
customers
a
good
experience...not
to
just
stand
their
and
talk.
Greet
every
customer
with
a
smile,
make
sure
your
customer
is
happy
and
satisfied
walking
out
to
ensure
they
walk
back
in
another
day.
