Amazingly delicious chicken, especially chicken wings were awesome! Thank you. The piece of chicken could have been more crunchy as it tasted a bit of watery. We really enjoyed the fast service, but the toilets could have been cleaner.

Order placed for bargain bucket 8 hot wings and popcorn.... unfortunately I got a chicken feather..and they gave me 3 options which was so funny..... really was an akward situation for me Infront of my family......they offer me 6 hot wings instead of 8 and they I had to argue then agreed with 8...... really shocking as it's an health and safety issue......just be careful.....

Not sure where to start - I think disappointed & frustrated would sum up all my experiences. This is the nearest kfc, so we use it occasionally, if food quality & service was better, we would definitely use it more often. * we ordered a portion of 8 hot wings with a bucket through drive thru, got home, only 2 hot wings in the little paper bags... why 2?? We rang & took longer than 30 mins to get through to speak with a manager, no apology, and told us to go back to get the wings, we said no point, was offered to have it next time, but not giving us any name, code or anything to ask for the wings next time!!!!!!!!! ** ordered a bucket meal with a pot of gravy & baked beans, burger meal... through drive thru, got home, noticed gravy was all over car carpet & food, of course!!!! We had to bring a trap from home to get food in & cleaned up afterwards!!!!! Rang to complaint but no answer after many attempts!!!! *** ordered a 10 pieces bucket meal, got 1 piece of breast & 9 pieces of drumsticks!!!!! The pot of gravy tasted burnt, tasted horrible!!!! **** ordered a bucket meal, chicken pieces, chips were all oily & not hot, and extremely salty!!! ***** never give out paper cups, plates & wipes. Good job we eat at home most times, otherwise not sure what to do with a big bottle of pop & greasy fingers??? ****** I could carry on for another 10 more examples but I think it’s quite clear that we have never had a decent meal there... hence only have food there twice or three times a year!! ******* we contacted kfc headquarters, was giving kfc money for compensation but we explained that we wanted better food & services than competition!!! We filled in surveys every time, but never had a response.

We went here through the drive through ... Ordered a family Bucket for £32.99 waited about 4minutes for the order to come and it was piping hot 🔥 and was still hot when we got home .Lots of chicken and fries 🍟... We certainly have enough to feed 6 people but there was only 4 of us So KFC for breakfast yum yum ... Staff were efficient and welcoming and helpful while ordering and polite when collecting ... At that price it was value for money and more filling than McDonald's so guess where we will be going in future 👍

My recent visit to KFC left me disappointed on a couple of fronts. First, the condition of the toilets was quite poor; they were both dirty and in need of maintenance. Secondly, I noticed that the food didn't quite capture the original KFC taste, and it was overly oily. I hope KFC can address these issues to enhance the overall customer experience.

I visited this KFC at a very busy time the car park was just about full but I was lucky. With KFC food you know what you're going to get so it is the small points that will bring you back to the food. These are mine. The staff are working hard to not make you wait any longer than needed. So a very observant member of staff knew my order was very simple and quick manoeuvre her way in front of other staff and I was way in a short time. Thank you. KFC for me.

I visited KFC recently, and while they do have parking, it wasn't well-arranged or easy to navigate, which made it challenging to enter and leave smoothly. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired, with some staff members displaying rudeness. It's essential for KFC to address these issues to enhance the overall dining experience, especially considering their reputation for fast food.

Awful food, lukewarm overcooked chips, the smallest mini fillets I've ever seen. The drink ordered was not available so was replaced with an alternative that was far too large for a child. No coffee or hot drinks which seems to be the trend in all KFC stores.id call it a restaurant but that would be overrating it.

Difficult to get in and out of the car park. Board is easy to see for drive through and well lit at night. I have had varying results with the food, ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY. On a few occasions items have been missing or wrong.

Second time I've had back food from this place. Chicken this time white slimy texture. Missing items from order. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. If ordering online folk make sure you get from fosse park KFC not narbourough Rd.

Ordered late at night and to be honest I was expecting dry chicken. However, it was so good, the chicken skin was incredibly fresh and flavoursome, and wow I never had kfc chips quite like it they tasted like five guys! Extremely happy with my order!

Best KFC I've had period!!! The majority don't care about your food and it's soggy and greasy most of the tim this was fresh and crisp 👌🏼 perfect.

The cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to. A credit to all the staff working there. Staff were friendly & efficient. Food was excellent. Totally recommend eating here.👍

Food is good. Place is a bit of a mess. No wet wipes and tight with napkins and sauces. Toilets are dirty

The people who has working on the till doesn’t have professional manners especially one boy. Me and my wife have been there at 9.15pm before ordering the food we are double checked with one of the employee for the eat in, he said YES, but when we got the food some of them said we can’t sit in. One boy rudely spoke to me, then we left from there.This can’t happened in any restaurant. 11/03/23- 10.18pm

Kane your an amazing shift manager thankyou so much. Shame about Mr tez or taz the store manager who actually started shouting at customer when told my daughter was covered in paint from the re decarated store two days ago but there was no signs. Your toilets have no bog roll and had urine all over the floor. The manager said oh well and walked off. Kane was amazing he should be the general manager he doesn't speak to people like rubbish feel sorry for the staff if I was them I would look for another job.

Drive through order, Service ok but food not as hot as would have liked

So pitiful, I never anticipated it from KFC. I was asked for hot food by the staff when placing the order, even though I told them to wait for a fresh batch of hot wings and they agreed to give it to me, but they gave me cold food instead and it was tasteless and I asked the staff to tell the manager about this, but the manager never bothered to acknowledge or apologize for the incident! so I would not recommend going there if you really love KFC hot wings.
