This is my second time at this establishment and my god I have had such different experiences both times. The food I ordered on my second visit was absolutely tragic. I have enough experience with frozen pizza to know that the pizza I was served was a Chicago town stuffed crust pizza, 3 times the price than it can be bought frozen from any supermarket. Also my friend asked for a shot after looking at one of the student deals which included shots and was then told that they didn't have shot glasses. Also the two terrible frozen pizzas weren't even cooked properly, as you can view in the picture one of the pizzas has been covered in the burnt bottom of an oven and my own personal pizza has stiff bits of styrofoam. Really disappointed and not to mention the rudeness of the staff, absolute disaster and you'd be lucky seeing me or my group coming back here.

Went with my nephew and pleasantly surprised and realised I am getting old. Friendly and v clean ladies toilets .

Great atmosphere with affordable prices. The renovation made it a really nice place to go. I enjoy meeting friends for drinks and a few games of pool, and looking forward to trying out the digital darts soon!

This place isn’t cheap. But, if you’re willing to pay the price they have the best tables in Leicester. The atmosphere is great, the snooker tables are very level, run fast and have reasonable size pockets. Balls are clean, chalk is given in the price, and you get 10% off if you book online. Haven’t tried the food, so can’t comment on that. Drinks are expensive, but served promptly. Staff are friendly, but are often not behind the bar, so you have to wait a few minutes. Included the menu above if you want to have a look yourself.

Fantastic place for sports, football, darts etc, and for pool, darts for ourselves. Our server,Ellen, was absolutely wonderful. We could not have been looked after better, attentive service, friendly and always with a smile. Cannot recommend Riley's Leicester highly enough. Ellen is a star of you're lucky enough to have her working 👍

Maria and Mike are excellent workers who always accommodate customers. I have personally witnessed them go above and beyond several times for both myself and other customers. Excellent service, great food, great drinks. Would return daily if finances allowed.

Great staff, very helpful with any issues, and very friendly and aproachable. Always love coming here, but this was the first time with my dad and uncle too, and they loved it too. Can't recomend more.

Went here with my girlfriend for some drinks and pool, was greeted pleasantly by Maria, who helped us with any requests we had. Nothing was too pricey, definitely a sweet spot! We had a great time, definitely recommend!

Went here for a pint just after work, and was happy with the atmosphere, definitely a nice little bar off in a corner to unwind before going home to the family. Maria was a delight when I had questions about beverages. Highly Recommend to anyone needing to unwind after a long day!

thoroughly enjoyable 4 hours spent playing pools and darts, we were looked after by Luke and Alife, who kept us well fed with lovely food and refreshed with drinks whenever we needed them. both really made the afternoon brilliant and was very friendly and helpful. great afternoon

Jake was really helpful. And I really enjoy the atmosphere here - music is nice and so are rhe people. It's really fun with lots to do like darts, pool and ping pong. The drinks are nice and the food is even better. Must visit if you are in leicester.

Tonight was the first time I’ve felt actual service in Rileys in the 15 years i’ve been going there and it was all thanks to Brenna. She made her rounds with her tablet and card reader regularly, taking drink orders from the table ensuring we didn’t have to go to the bar. She was polite, efficient and didn’t laugh when I ordered my pink g&t. Her conversation was engaging, she was the only employee who looked like she was there to work, not socialise with colleagues whilst serving people in between and she was a delight all round …but she has a boyfriend.

This service was absolutely splendid! Callum was so helpful in aiding me in providing food recommendations and also games for me and my partner

Absolutely brilliant staff here - so friendly and helpful. The seating area is clean, comfortable and spacious. A hidden gem.

Jake was more helpful than any bar staff me ever I have ever had. He was was very sweet about showing me how to engage with the company and better still he showed me how to express my concerns with the bar. However as polite as he was he maintaining complete professionalism, I would most definitely visit again xx

Went for 1200 hrs and no one else in on a wet Saturday!! Clean..Good selection of cue and equipment...table we had in good condition. Food was available with various deals looked good value but we opted for limited beer options which were bit on expensive side. Parking not easy and luck of draw as can't park outside. Staff friendly.

Went out their for date night was exceptional service. The lad named Jake was incredible couldn’t be more happier to serve us and made us feel really welcome. Would come again in a heartbeat

We loved going to play American Pool and table tennis here! It's so modern and new! Next time we want to get food there too! Definitely reccomend going!

A few weeks back I was in Leicester for work. It was my first time in the city and I had no clue what to do with myself. I didn’t want to go out with colleagues so I wandered in feeling a bit down and lonely. I couldn’t decided what to eat so when Alfie served me he recommend the chicken and bacon pizza. After inhaling it, Alfie asked if I enjoyed it and it was exactly what I needed, not just the pizza but his friendly and professional demeanour. I came back with my colleagues the following night and was disappointed Alfie wasn’t there. 5 star service.

Not been here since the redesigned interior. Got a decent deal on an English Pool table for 2 hours with 2 beers and a pizza for £25. Pizza was decent, for what it was, definitely better than the last time I was here. The staff this time were positive, helpful and generally really friendly. The new decor is much better than previously, much more modern. It was nice to see the toilet facilities get a fresh coat of paint and a redesign. Pool tables are adequate, the only issue being a small tear on our table that was unpatched. Cues are also much better than last time I was here, no missing tips. Overall, a much better experience here. Would definitely come here again, as they're now competing with the local places offering the same services.

Been here many times and was often greeted and served by Mikey and Ramona. Both had outstanding professionalism and always had a smile on their faces. The place gives chill and cozy vibes, would recommend friends to come here!

Came to play pool with a few university friends. I was served by a friendly individual named ciaran. Clearly let us know where to go and explained a game or two to get us started. As well as him all staff quickly came over when we went to the bar for drinks. A great team! And a lovely atmosphere.

Tonight was a pleasant experience! After a long days work, I decided to walk from my accommodation to Riley’s at the end of the road to watch the England vs Senegal game. The service I received throughout was second to none, especially from one young waitress called Romona from Romania, she couldn’t do enough to help me when ordering my food… etc It was a very pleasant night, I shall be retiring to Riley’s again in the future!!

Came into the club for the football 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿had a brilliant time with my work friends, great atmosphere!! we had an issue with the drinks but it was soon swiftly sorted by the manager, I think his name was Jake. Will be coming back for the next match 🥳

Modern student pub open for everyone. Lots of billiard and snooker tables. Large screens showing the snooker tournaments. Plenty of seating and standing places. Good pub snacks and meals in the menu. Various lagers and a few ales available as well as bottled drinks. Weekdays specials available

Visited Riley’s for some English pool, had a great time. The service from Charlotte, Luke and Brenna was great! There was no queue from the door, we were out straight on a table and drinks brought over to us throughout the night. ⭐️

I just want to say a big thanks to Ellen. Made us felt right at home , never let the glass go to empty. Constantly over making sure we were happy with everything. Wasn't a bit afraid to ask if anyone wanted some shots!! 😜 absolute super star 🌟 🤣.

Just wanted to write this review as me and a few friends visited again last night. We was attended to at our pool table by (I think her name was) ooja, couldn't be certain on the name, I know she said she was from 🇺🇦, she was very warm & sociable and made our experience all that better. So thought I'd leave a review and I left a tip also. Hopefully she receives this feedback

Came in with my mates and were greeted by polly such a friendly face. Ellie made me some banging chips aswell. Great staff, highly recommend :)
