Went to the Dove ....beautifully refurbished and under new management. Had Sunday lunch which was excellent top quality! Staff very friendly....lovely atmosphere. Thanks Alex and Leah we loved the food. Definitely recommend it. See you again!

Beautiful dining area at the back of the pub in a glass conservatory. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, very tasty and was cooked with attention to detail. Would definitely recommend dining here to friends and family.

Lovely pub and restaurant where the staff are welcoming and ambience is super nice. We celebrated our nieces birthday with some drinks and excellent food. Everybody loved it there. They had run out of waffles but that gives us an excuse to return for their desserts , also we were all too full from the generous main's sizes. Defo worth visting which I will be doing again very soon for their Sunday roast...yummy.

Honestly was really happy with my experience, the food was great and the portions themselves where very good. The staff were super friendly and would often come check on us to see if we were okay. The atmosphere was beautiful and I was amazed on how beautiful the place is.

Visited for Sunday lunch (first time trying it here) and was so pleasantly surprised. Portion sizes were hearty and the perfect amount to not walk away over bloated and able to actually consider dessert and a good choice on the menu too aside from Sunday lunch options. Staff as always are great and service was quick too. Thanks guys!

Food was really nice, nice atmosphere. Service was a bit slow & I wasn't shown the wine menu. When I got my bill I had been charged £9.50 for a large glass of wine!!! Unbelievable!! I made the manager aware & she just said sorry & it was her fault that she didn't pass me the wine menu yo see the prices!!!!!! Not happy at all!!

Always have a good meal. My children love coming here and always eat lots of food! Good menus for everyone!

Great restaurant with plenty of options to cater for all dietary requirements. Food was freshly prepared and service was friendly. The restaurant is towards the back of the pub and has a nice feel, like a large conservatory. I'd happily dine here again.

My brother dragged me there for a Hunters chicken, got there & wasn't on the menu. Our waiter was ever so good, offered to make 1 expecially for him! Such kindness & great service! The food was absolute heaven! Freshest sweet potato fries I've ever tasted in a restaurant. Even my little 1 was like "Mummy it's yummy". Place looks modern and amazing! Really enjoyed my dining experience there, had a great atmosphere. Would definitely come back! Wish was local to me, I'd be a regular!!! Thank you for going the extra mile x

Very friendly team always cheerful and happy to have a chat .. the food is great lots to choose from and the fish and chips are yummy 😋 the batter is seasoned which makes it tasty and so light and crispy mmmmm.. big thumbs up oh yes plenty of great deals on drinks and food

Great place, chap has done wonders with this establishment, served by the man himself . Great food me and my twin had the steak meal rump not the biggest but very tender and thick, My nephew had fish and chips and was going to have an adults meal,on recommendation by the owner to cut the fish length ways was more than enough my nephew not being the big man!! My partner had a chicken burger meal breast with sides, we all enjoyed the great service, nephews meal was not charged as an adults meal 👍,more than enough and enjoyed 😉 hopefully will be back soon!!!

One of the best pubs in our UK Travels. Alex and Sophie are very kind. Food is very very well prepared and presented. You can taste the quality of ingredients and also portions are generous. Try the gnocchi and the Pizza Pitta Great also the tagliatelle as side. Prices are effordable. We will surely be back.

Went for lunch yesterday for the first time on Valentines Day. Choose The Dove based on other reviews and was not disappointed! Booked in advance and seated in the conservatory, which was warm and full of light. Menu was varied with a specials board too. Food was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. Perfect portion sizes. Service was excellent (a special mention to Leah who was lovely!) Great to find a local pub doing such a good job. Will be going back and recommending to friends.

We were gonna drive past it because car park was full BUT decided to pop in. Nice and big, lots of seated room and all drinks were nice and chilled. Will definitely return 👍🏼

We had the pleasure of celebrating a friends Anniversary Meal yesterday , I can't recommend the Dove Pub enough the food was amazing we both had the arancini balls for starters along with the Terriaki Salmon and Hubby having the duck for our Main. Not only did the staff get all the food out to approx 80 people on time they were very attentive and lovely Thank you so much x

Was my sisters birthday they looked after us so well nothing was too much trouble even got them extra gravy ! wonderful staff they were all great. The food was a delight and delicious and it wasn't expensive at all thoroughly enjoyed our night out would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic meal at the Dove my steak was cooked to perfection.The lemon meringue pie was the best I had tasted. The staff especially Micheal were amazing and the cocktails just made the evening perfect. When the bill came was a pleasant surprise so reasonable. Thanks will defo be returning

Three stars because the food was tasty just wanted to be hotter. The staff were very helpful if not a bit slow at moving the plates and taking the desert order. The young man was particularly nice to us. Sorry didn't get his name.

We found The Dove during lockdown and can honestly say the food is bloody lovely! So good. I used to always have the fish n chips (amazing!) And my favourite is a Sunday roast, but I'm pretty particular about my fave food. Safe to say, after the first visit we were very impressed and have since been back a few times. The staff and manager are always so lovely and welcoming and we are so glad we found this place. 5 stars for sure.♡
