I went with a group of my friends on a Saturday night, one of my friends got forcefully removed so the rest of our group decided to leave once we had heard what had happened. Upon talking to our friend, we realised he had been throw out aggressively, and our other friend who was leaving with him had been grabbed by the shoulder, scratched and then bruised, when they told the doormen that they weren't drunk, but were trying to leaving willingly. After leaving the premises, the doormen continued to argue aggressively with our group on the other side of the road, when we said that they cannot treat customers like that for no reason. Our friend got his phone out to film the aggressive behavior, and the doorman snatched his phone out of his hand and deleted the footage, causing a few people in our group to ask for the phone back. One of the guys in our group was asking a doorman for the phone, and no violence had been used until the doorman shoved my friend in the chest. When my friend retaliated, three doormen immediately jumped on my friend and put him in a restraint hold, when he managed to get free more of the doormen grabbed him, threw him across the road and he ended up on the floor. At this point five or six doormen were beating him on the road as he was defenseless on the floor. Me and my friend ran across the road to try and help him, begging the doormen to stop and how they can't use the amount of force they used when it was unwarranted. I then got shoved, somehow got a black eye and then got grabbed around the arm and twisted and thrown into the middle of the road. Our friend who had been beaten on the road had to go to hospital and get stitches. The only violence that had been used from our group was us defending ourselves after violence had been used from the doormen. This is unacceptable behavior, especially since we were not on the property and did not use violence against the doormen except for defending ourselves.

Securities are so aggressive and savage and even they try to make u more aggressive when you wanna talk them quietly, it seems they brought the security team from a forest or something bcoz they don't know how to communicate and they just wanna fight with people. It's a big shame for MOSH.

I paid £10 entry to be inside the club less than 10 minutes, my first time in mosh so also my first impression of it. I was inside and just literally went to the bar and walked upstairs to the dance floor just for one of their bouncers to shove passed me and spill half my drink all over me, so i said to watch where you are going obviously a little angry, the bouncer turned around grabbed me with both hands and threw me against the wall telling me to go outside and fight him i told him to leave me be and tried to walk away he followed me grabbed me and pushed me against the wall again then smacking my drink out of my hand and it going all over one of my other mates. I then stood in front of him asking for an apology while he carried on trying to fight me, i tried to shuffle my way out of the corner to which he grabbed me and tried to throw me down the stairs. I went down a few of them walked back up and he tried to do it again, another bouncer (friendly guy was bold has a green top on) came over and actually shouted at him telling him to stop as i didn't do anything then started taking me outside via the fire exit. He followed us still trying to push me down the stairs and trying to fight me at this point i said if you push me again i will have to defend myself and looked at the bold bouncer and asked him to get the guy to stop, which he thankfully did. Once outside even though the bold bouncer witnessed everything that happened he still threw me out with no refund or anything, they refunded other people who were unhappy with the club when they tried to leave and also offered free drinks. But i was offered nothing and still thrown out. The aggressive bouncer was a big guy, black ethnicity, had a red t-shirt on, and it happened around 1am on 08/08/2023. Im thinking about filling a complaint with the police for assault but this is the type of club to delete the CCTV to defend their staff even if they are in the wrong.

Very disappointed with my recent experience purchasing tickets online for an event. Upon arrival, we found out the event was students-only, a detail that was not disclosed on the website. The seller has also refused to issue a refund. Lack of transparency and poor customer service make it hard to recommend.

I have a medical condition and the woman bouncer was very understanding and helped me get fresh air when I needed it. A lot of bouncers would normally kick me out because my condition makes me pass out but the mosh workers accommodated for my needs! I would come again

i literally am mosh’s number 1 fan. I go there legit every week, i stay there from the start till the end, i recommend it to about everyone i pass by in the street and say that ‘it is the best club in the UK’.. but tonight I was disappointed. I brought my friend along from London and the 2 black bouncers at the entrance tonight let down Mosh as a whole. I arrived at the entrance with my friend and they told her to ‘come back after 20 min when she sobered up’, okay fine. We didn’t believe she was drunk but we simply agreed and went off, came back after 20 min and they told us to go off again. Slightly annoyed, we still agreed without any further complaint and CAME BACK 15 MIN LATER. Then the bouncer said ‘why are you back again?’ Like mate we’re coming back because we wanted to get into the club in the first place, and you told us to come back yourself... i said to him ‘she’s sober’ and my friend agreed. Then the bouncer next to him just said ‘thats it, you’re not coming in’.. I remained calm unlike the people before me and just calmly asked ‘Okay, out of curiosity, can you please tell us how she seems drunk so we’re aware next time?’ And the bouncer just looked away and ignored us. How RUDE?!?! As much as this absolute stupidity has ruined my night and gotten to me, I shall not let this affect my perspective on Mosh as they should not be held accountable for the retarded bouncers they hire x. So if the manager or any one else would like to actually investigate this ridiculous matter to ensure you do not lose any further customers and more income, please go ahead :).

The music is good and varied and the bar staff are usually friendly. However the prices have shot up recently to near-Republic levels and some of the bouncers are pretty dodgy. I once saw one steal a man's phone out of his hand which is just not on (and a tad illegal) and I've seen them deck people for no good reason. I can forgive the prices issue but certain bouncers genuinely make the place so unwelcoming and borderline dangerous to try to enter if they're working door. It needs sorting

I've never been treated so poorly in my life. Would give it zero if possible. Left the club to make sure my cousin made it home ok and got carried out of the club and thrown on the ground and pinned for doing nothing, one bouncer in particular was needlessly aggressive and discriminative, I have bruises for making sure my family got home safe. Totally unfair, this place needs to assess what bouncers it has and decide if they are good at their job or not

Basically if your brown it’s a no go zone, me and my brown friends where asked for id and student Id although it wasn’t a student night we asked everyone in the line and they confirmed I was very disappointed and was shouted at by the raging group of unseason ket heads in the smoking shelter mosh is not the place you wanna buy drinks.

I have been to Mosh many times but last night me and my friends had a really bad experience. One of my friends was taken out and kicked out for no reason and when another friend from the group tried to stick up for them, he was very forcefully dragged out of the club. Again, for no reason whatsoever. This caused people to be left on there own not knowing where anyone was. This causes very dangerous situations for people, especially girls who may be left to walk home on there own, too drunk to arrange for an Uber etc.

I worked as a cashier at Most for over 2 years and really enjoyed working with all the bar staff and in particular with Joe and Adam who where were my managers. It was with heavy heart that I left, namely due to health reasons. I would like to thank the management and the staff for making my experience a pleasurable one. God Bless

Gone massively down hill over the last couple of years. The inside is in a shocking state and the drinks are massively overpriced.

Attended this club a while back. Got pulled back by my arm with force by a bouncer stood by a door. This happened a few times before he said that he needed to search my bag. I didn’t feel comfortable with this after the way he grabbed me. But I still let him do it. This was my first time clubbing so for this experience to be pulled back by my arm causing me pain is just out of order. And when going to complain none of the staff cared. I would avoid this club.

Seriously the best night out I've ever had. Was apprehensive at first due to the £15 charge at the door BUT it was so beyond worth it! I mean it when I say I have never EVER had a good experience in a club until last night. Spent the majority of my night on the bottom floor as they were playing BANGERS and the vibes were just perfect - everyone was so friendly and I danced with so many strangers, it was just so fun. Also the decor of the bottom floor was so cool. The bar staff were super lovely and even the bouncers were sound which is a rarity down where I'm from! If I'm ever back in Leicester I will 100% come back for a night out in Mosh.

Awful,was refused because I seemed "moody" . Not because I was too drunk or being abusive. That is a reason I can understand. No instead when I asked why I was not allowed in I was told I'm messed up in the head. All I did was give security my ID and he asked me what my problem with him was. I hadn't even spoke to him. I then had 3 security members talking down to me . I'm one woman there all men who are taller and bigger. I spoke to other friends and when I described the members of security they had the exact same problem.

I’ve been to mosh more times than I can count only because it’s the only decent club in Leicester, but the amount of people I know who have been spiked here is insane! If you get spiked don’t expect anyone there to help you. I was at mosh with a big group of friends when two of my friends fainted in the toilet after sharing the same drink, and staff did NOTHING to help. Instead they kept trying to convince us that they were just drunk even though neither of them had much to drink. I have literally never seen anything like it, they were so obviously not ok. Unresponsive, loads of vomiting, struggling to breathe at points, unable to move, talk properly, or open their eyes for a decent amount of time. One of my friends was unable to walk for a couple of weeks after the spiking and doctors were positive that she was spiked even though she couldn’t get proper drug tests done in time (24 hour waiting time at hospital, plus mosh convinced us she was fine and to just take her home which caused further delays). She could’ve died. Had the security and staff done their job, we could’ve found out who did it and we would’ve gotten her medical care much sooner than we did. If you’re going to go to mosh, stay as safe as possible! Go with a big group of people or with people you really trust to take care of you, don’t buy drinks from there, and don’t trust security or that blonde girl on their staff that’s at the door sometimes. She looks so friendly and approachable but she was just as unhelpful. FINAL NOTE and I cannot stress this enough - if you suspect you or someone else has been spiked TRUST YOUR GUT!! Don’t let them gaslight you - just call an ambulance IMMEDIATELY or get an uber to the hospital. They are just trying to avoid bad publicity and legal trouble at all costs, even someone’s life :/

Saw a bouncer throw out the wrong person, realise his mistake, threw out the correct person, and then wouldn't let the the mistaken person back in... what? As dumb as they are aggressive.

Where to begin..! I used to come here every week when it played a variety of music but recent months has seen changes that I'm not too fond off. The bouncers seem friendly enough and do a great job at keeping drunks out.. although they are known to be over the top with it. I was once told by the bouncer that I was "steaming" and was told to come back later. I spoke to the other bouncer who said he'd come over and talk to me in a moment so I stood about for 1 minute or two and had a quick chat with the bouncer who decided that I was no longer drunk.. as I hadn't been drinking by this point. For a club try to promote "alternative" music it all seemed pretty generic. Three floor of music which on one night sounded like chart, urban and pop which all seemed to merge in to one. The bar prices are brilliant but don't expect anything fancy. Spirits and mixers and bottles is pretty much all they sell. It's still a satisfying night out despite it's flaws.

Expect to be physically assaulted/abused by the bouncers for nothing. I exited Mosh (NOT EJECTED). I was trying to get in contact with one of my friends and i was refused entry back into the club. All I wanted was my coat and instead I was basically assaulted by the bouncers for not trying to get back in, but by making sure all my bases were covered. Took one photo of the bouncers and they came off the door to try and force me to delete it (I’m still not trying to get back into Mosh). Deliberately trying to get into a fight. Rule of thumb: a successful Mosh Bouncer isn’t a professional. He’s a thug.

Bouncers are the result of giving sub 100 iq dropouts power for them to abuse. A 30 year old man with a full beard and tattoos denied entry for having no ID on him. Asked to see the legislation that all public should be able to view and they outright refused. I had ID but was refused for being too drunk with Mosh being the first place that we went. A good place ruined by awful bouncers.

So the date is 20th April 2023. Me and my friends bought online tickets for mosh. We get there and because of a matter of 5 minutes, they did not let us in due to us arriving after the 12 o'clock limit even though this wasn’t properly stated on our tickets (bought from fatsoma). Instead they wanted more money after showing a valid ticket. Is a shame, would have spent multiple rounds of drink money! Lady was not friendly!

Excellent club this is, bar staff very friendly from my experience and security is very professional from what I’ve seen, iv noticed every time iv been in mosh that Security is equally spread out on all floors of the club, overwatching what is going on the Dancefloor any fights are diffused within like 10 seconds i’m not even joking when I say this, but I feel more secure in this club around security than in a police station whoever runs this club sure hells knows what they are doing. well done 👍

Never once having a bad experience with bouncers, combined with three floors of different music suiting those loving all genres like party/dance, hip-hop/RnB and Drum & Bass makes this one of the best clubs I've ever been to in Leicester. Would like to give special credit to two bouncers: Alex and Joe. I'm happy Mosh is trying to improve their bouncers and their attitude.

I’ve worked at mosh since I was 19 and it’s the nicest place in Leicester, the managers are amazing and the bouncers are some of the nicest people I know

Terrible. I went to speak to my friend (making sure to stay inside) because he walked out thinking it was the smoking area. I tried to talk to the bouncer to explain what happened but he grabbed me by force (leaving visible marks on my arms), and shoved me out. Other staff members admitted they recognised me and saw me go inside earlier that evening but the bouncer lied to them and said I was trying to skip the queue so I was refused entry back inside? The bouncers are power hungry and pick and choose who to let in. Never been treated so badly

Decent night out, a floor for everyone's music taste and I've had good experiences with bar staff and bouncers. Even letting me and my mates nip round the corner to get cash before returning back in 👌 only negatives is that floors can get really crowded as they aren't the largest and very small smoking area so not the best for fresh air.

A staff member told me where I could stand on a public roadway because she didn't like the fact I was standing near a staff car - staff parking as she put it. I would note said car was parked on a double yellow line. Egotistical staff telling others were to stand on public property. Proceeded to threaten entry to the club when I refused her, including to my uninvolved friends. I apologised so my friends could gain entry for their sake before taking my leave. Avoid.

Jaime is the most amazing employee mosh has, after that tall handsome bar supervisor. She’s so polite, very very pretty and does her job amazingly and is really hard working. She has a beautiful smile and is a good vibe behind the bar, she knows how to make the customers smile and seems like she has a good relationship with the staff. Her and that bar supervisor would look great together ;)

Staff member EDEN RICHARDS provided exceptional service to me and friends. She is attentive, calm and friendly. Easy to approach. If I was at Mosh, I would 100% go to her for anything I needed help with.

The place is absolutely filthy , bouncers and bar staff are very rude and unapproachable. Toilets smell so bad and are very dirty , every time I visited this place . Bartenders have very poor manners and communication skills With customers .

I love it here, I’ve never had an issue with anyone here, and the bouncers are all good lads bottom floor is personally a favourite of mine as I’m fan of alternative rock so you can imagine my face when panic at the disco comes on, if you want a good night out go to mosh 100%

Used to come here all the time back in the uni days! Well located club with alternative options. I believe they have 3 floors, each providing a different style of music/genres. It used to be a mix of rock, metal, hip hop, post hard-core and some forms of dance music etc. Drinks were always reasonably well priced too.

Music is ok, but the carpeted floor needs to be refurbished because it reeks !

Its a great place but would rate them higher if they were more calm on IDs

I had a glass bottle thrown at my head resulting in a trip to hospital and diagnosed of traumatic brain injury. I have been in touch with the club on both facebook and instagram and I was told to fill out an incident report form. I did that and 3 days later I still have no response. I need the CCTV footage to see who did this so I can go to the police but I highly doubt I will ever receive this. Terrible customer service and from what I have read from the reviews, assault with no consequences is a common thing that happens here. Just avoid this place unless you want to be assaulted or spiked!
