Came here as the kids needed feeding It was extremely busy but service was quite quick My burger was cold so a let down The cleaning staff were really working hard. Keeping the place clean and offering assistance where they can. Deffo went above and beyond. This is the reason for the stars

I recently had a meal at McDonald's, and I must say, it was quite disappointing. I ordered a veg burger, and to my dismay, I found something mouldy and black inside it. This was a major letdown. I contacted them to report the issue, and they were quick to offer a replacement, which was a good gesture on their part. However, even with the replacement, I still didn't feel comfortable eating I was end up sleeping hungry. It was stuck in mind. it's important for them to maintain consistent food quality to regain customer trust.

Just ordered some food but they sent me the wrong order when i called them the manager said after 3 hours we can’t do anything absolutely disgusting talking to them

The idea of reviewing the atmosphere of a McDonald's is somehow both tragic and comical... It depends when you go in: During the day, it's like every other McDonald's that's ever existed in the history of time. At night it's like every bar and nightclub in Leicester got turned sideways and all the drunks slid in to slur orders, be confused by touch screens, and quietly or rambunctiously throw up, depending on their personality type. The staff seem fine, it's a McDonald's I pressed 5 keys in a touch screen than answered affirmatively that I did indeed want some sauces. I find it quite funny that at night they have McBouncers? Is that review worthy?

Appalling place. Probably the worst I've visited. The staff couldn't care a less. Ordering was simple and so was paying but that was as far as it goes. Condiments I'd ordered were missed out. I had to repeatedly ask the girl serving where things were, she just looked more fed up each time I asked. She had me searching for milk when she had it behind the counter and watched me look for it then told me she had it!!! Really didn't enjoy my breakfast as my tea was cold due to waiting to ask for sugar which wasn't available on the self selection stand. Won't return.

This was the BEST McDonalds I've ever been into, and there was a member of the team called Klara that made our experience so good. She really went above and beyond on a busy Friday lunchtime, and we really appreciated her help in finding a table to sit at, and for collecting our food for us. For such a busy time of the day, nothing was too much trouble for her, and I hope her team appreciate her brilliance. Will definitely be returning to this McDonalds next time I'm in Leicester!

Went to McDonald’s with my 2 young sons. Customer care assistant lady called Cancal/Chancal who works Saturdays and Sundays was so lovely and helpful! Made the in-dining experience 5 star ⭐️ food was good, service was quick 😊

This is best McDonald's location from my experience in Leicester. Queue times are short as there is tons of staff in busy times. To be honest in different location they even happened to forgot patty inside the burger, I don't want to point out with finger. Management always helped when there was an issue with self checkout machines.

Ordered food at the self checkouts, didn’t show up on the orders asked the manager 5 times about my order and didn’t get a response. He ignored me each time waited half an hour and still didn’t get my order spent £15 and lost it all no food nothing. Do not recommend for customer service. Would like my money back but they just ignore you and walk away be warned.

This place is extremely popular. The service was very slow. By the time we got our food it was cold. The table was very dirty and we had to clean it ourselves.

Wanted to order on app, but no data signal. Wifi obliged me to enter lots of personal info. Only wanted a coffee, which took longe rto served than large deliveroo order.

Food can be hot and no table service at this McD which doesn't help as this is not McD decision but store decision. One female may be name Kanchan, she was very friendly with kids that make our dinner easy with 3 kids

Can't eat anything as I'm a Ceoliac so only had a cup of tea. Was not pleasant as lots of loud teenagers and homeless people. Seat uncomfortable. Don't go very often and won't be going back in a hurry.

Visit at 11.30 am still have breakfast menu so we order some. Full of customers who dine in but we have where to sit. Still the best place to eat junk food from entire world until now🙃

Perfect for an outing with kids as they have tabs and projector games to keep them indulged while you gorge on your delicious food.

Very busy but my family order arrived on our table quite quickly, fries was hot which is a added bonus. The staff work pretty hard as its very busy.

Absalout nightmare, the food is warm mainly because of the poor service due to the terrible disorganised system they operate. Ques of deliveroo/ other's collecting orders, the electronic notification board's not working, staff shouting orders out but people can't hear anything because of the chaos. Won't bother again, other fast food outlets are available very close by.

Rude behaviour of cleaner as I walked in @ 9PM today and Mac d near clock tower in leicester is closing at 10. Cleaning staff litterally said no to sat down on table and said we are closed how can we eat in if we are not getting place where we want to seat even mac d are taking orders till 10. Not only me other peoples are getting upset and walked away from mac d with their food. Look it to it as we are coming in mac d to enjoy meal and we can seat where ever we want if they are open.

I went on a Monday with my family, it was packed. My husband suffers with anxiety so we left, then returned after an hour hoping it had calmed down. We entered through the upstairs door, and found a table straight away. Myself and my daughter went to order the food downstairs, where it seemed crowded but not as bad as before. Firstly, I couldn't scan the app to obtain my points, there was an error, and my favourite drink was unavailable, chocolate milkshake. The order went through ok, but we didn't receive a receipt, so had no way of knowing which was our meal. Luckily, a member of staff came to put some paper into the machine, and she managed to print off our receipt for us, thankfully. We went over to the collection point and waited.....and waited. Finally, our number was called, but it was only to inform me they hadn't got my husband's Italian Stack! I asked for anything similar. He said it's ok, we have it. Great I thought. After another 15 minutes out food was finally ready, an whole hour all in all! We got to out table, gave everything out, and discovered our vegetarian Deluxe burgers were cold, my husband had been given a completely different burger.....chicken, which he hates! It had to be changed, which meant facing the crowd once again 😡 Not a pleasant experience. Wouldn't rush to go back!!

Got my food, looks like it’s half eaten. Spent 30 pounds for half eaten food, a burger that’s not placed correctly and Ice cold food. This is absolutely ridiculous

Really slow service and meat was pretty much raw it was too busy I understand but the chicken strips on the wraps were horrible and frozen also the lettuce had some brown bits rotten parts on it, truly a disgusting and horrible food. Never coming back again!

I'm fine with you running a service that requires a short period of waiting but I want my number to be called out, not quietly said, when it's as busy as it is. Please don't say the number moves from preparing to the other one as it didn't. It just disappeared.

30 mins for an order due to understaffing. Got my milkshake but it was plain due to the suyrip not being changed. It was also runny. Mozzarella dippers cold and hard. I asked for them to change it but they said “ it’s banana it’s fine”. A poor experience.

Staff rude as per usual, needed to charge my mobility scooter asked if the plugs would accept them I was snorted at and told yes, plugged in to no joy was really struggling with only one bar to get home, went and sat in the shopping center plugged in and it charged fine so McDonald's don't even know if there electric is working.

Fast food so you get what you pay for, not my usual haunt but was in a rush. Place was packed and there was no order at all, and you couldn't order at the tills either so if have cash, don't go here as they only take orders from their card only screens! Food was hot at least but my burger was slopped together with way too much sauce to the point it was making everything else fall apart. Fast food as always does not deserve the hype!

McDonald's near the clock tower in Leicester is always extremely busy.i gave a enormous respect for those working there. But experience is always quiet hectic there. Most likely no seats available, often longer than average wait times too. However, if you fancy something from McDonald's breakfast range, which by the way I love, experience is always lovely. They are not as busy and you can always have you cuppa in piece.

hi, food is 5 star..but employees lack in proper support. I ordered 2 happy meals from app but they did not offer book tokens. When my daughter showed the order containing the 2 happy meals. book token was one of the reason for happy meal. Please let me know how can i get the book tokens for 2 happy meals. This approach needs to be revised.. they were not sympathetic towards this request and it was hurtful. >> to latest response-> we did get book token on 12the March , but did not got any book token on the 17th March(booked via app) and there was no option to select books or any such things on the app.

I love McDonald's but it is always way too crowded so sometimes we can't even sit down and eat inside. There's also no cashier so everything has to be ordered on a touchscreen. Usually its no issue but it can be a problem if we need an order modified or if no screens are free.

Foods good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only problem is it is the busiest McDonald's in Leicester. Queuing to wait for food is long, massive wait for your meal can take ages, so go in there at quieter times.

Pretty standard McDonald's food and service. No problem. I just wouldn't expect them to put the sauces you order in your bag though. Almost seems part of the training to not include them.

Their fries are nice, although they do give a very small portion even for large. Not sure why they took the Dairy Milk McFlurry option down as this was the best one. Long ques.

So busy, like a bloody Cattle Market, kids screaming uncontrolable, Mother's not bothered, cramped in like Sardines. Needs some sort of organisation.

Amazing place!! the food is amazing and a good price it just annoys me when i don’t get my sauce when i ordered it but it’s a good place and doesn’t take long to give ur order very nice staff too

I'm really starting to dislike McDonalds. Nowadays you've got to spend at least £8 for a small meal and a drink, however the food isn't worth that and the breakfast Mcmuffins are just grease! Make your own, much tastier !
