One really absent minded guy left the shop after I ordered even when the food safety inspector was there. Someone else had started a shift so saw to me who was competent. When he returned after 5mins forgot that I was waiting. Didn't put chilli sauce in my burger when requested (also chips were undercooked). Then tried to charge me twice on card without apologising or thanks for service. Also I got covid from this establishment. Avoid.

I ordered fish and chips and I literally had to look for the fish in the batter. Ended up with tiny bit of fish. First and last time I order from them

It has been 1 and half hours since we ordered and the food has still not arrived. The food is usually not consistent too, pizza, cheese burger and chicken tend to come over cooked/ burnt every other week. Would not recommend.

Horrible experience in my life. I ordered first time from this restaurant. Disgusting 🤮 pizza I have ever eaten! First the pizza base wasn't fresh as it was ready made and second instead of 12 inches it was 10 inches. Iceland makes 100 times better pizza than here! I will never buy again from here!

Where's the fish? We ordered 3 large fish, but recieved 3 large batters with a sliver of fish in it. The worst fish and chips I've had in my life. I took 1 and 1/2 fish back to the place, and did not receive an refund or compensation, let alone and apology, but just a response that "that's how it is". No comment or acknowledgement on the paper thin piece of fish sandwiched between the inch thick layers of doughy batter. A place to avoid

Only place open at the time I needed to buy chips, I personally would not recommend this. Chips were cooked fresh but were not good, don't know if they were using old patatoes or the oil needed charging, chips just did not taste right.

Always delivering the wrong items or incorrect portion to the one ordered. Phone line is always busy no matter when one calls.

Great food and fast service. Although small space for eating in. But it makes up for it with fresh food and quick service.

Chips portions are tiny literally abysmal. Pizzas dry stale dough multiple occasions no base or enough cheese and don’t even buy the chicken grill no flavour bland absolutely. Burgers are nice

No hygiene. Dirty filthy place. Food had hair in it. Disgusting experience. Worker not bothered and only got sorry. Keep your place clean and prioritise Hygiene in place. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place.

I was really hungry and came here to eat and it was genuinely a horrific experience the chips absorbed all the oil it was literally wet I didn’t even eat it. the burger half the bread isn’t there and the mayonnaise literally spilled all over because of the amount to make it look like there is a lot of products inside

I have visited this place few times..evening dinner times they are busy. You might to wait longer even if you order over the phone. They needs to improve on hygiene. Little litter brushing up. Otherwise shop front is clean and tidy most of the times. Their prices is little high compared with few takeaways like this. As the takeaway is on the main road, it can be little tricky to find a parking spot.

Good place for a takeaway. Affordable prices. Could be more generous with sauces as not enough on food. Fish is nice and so is the the grilled food

Never ate in. But for the price it definitely gives value. Such an array of items on the menu and fantastic prices to suit any bodies needs. My personal favourites are the bbq wings with chips. The chips in my eyes are one of the best fat chips in Leicester.

Fast and efficient staff and even when busy always friendly and helpful. The shop itself is alway very clean and bright and the food is always amazing can never complain about the portion size. Highly recommended my go to chippy 👍

Food was amazing as usual. The only disappointment is the service. You place an order, they give you a time, you arrive at the time and your order is not ready. You end up waiting!!

Everything was spot on. Prompt delivery, all dishes piping hot, nice flavour especially the spicy chips. If iam to be picky the batter on fish was bit to hard, solid. Apart from that no issues. Very good value for money, generous portions.

Chicken was burnt . Used to be tasty. Won't go there anymore

ordered a family' meal was very disappointed the chickens was not grilled it was a boiled chickens just covered in sources not even marinade inside as new buyer was not impressed according to the menu it said grilled chicken as seen below on the photo the pizza & chips was good that why I put 3 stars it could have been a zero for the chickens this was my order number: 366574137 could do with some improvement

Little know place nestled just out side of city center leicster. Fresh fish and chips made to ord whilst you wait. Served in the good old fashin way . Paper bag. Add salt pepper and vinigar!! You have a meal to die for!! I can not tell you my friends and I just went bonkers over the taste. Best fish and chips I have tasted in the UK. Hands down. "Spider" - the gentleman who is making all of this for my party of 6 right in front of their eyes could believe how fresh and straight from the fryer this was. Spider is amazing and a true gentleman. Definitely a must go to every time I visit leicester. Spider thankyou so much for your hospitality
