As for us, the location was right, the room big enough to sleep, small bathroom with a large shower. Peace and quiet at night, so you can sleep well, for a short stop I can recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for three days for work. Ideal as it was in walking distance, no parking at the hotel. It is basic but clean. The single room was very small but again the room & shower/toilet was clean. It was adequate.

Did book this place by accident, For 50£ per night you can find better place to say Location is 1/10 Would never recommend going there

They took 60 pounds away from the deposit because they are trying to tell me that I smoked inside the room and had a party and extra guests so I am asking for for the full amount they are refusing to even show me the footage

The rooms were not very clean. Getting help was always a challenge as the receptionist only works from 13hrs to 23hrs, so if you have a problem in the morning, you won't find anyone at the property to help you. In my final 2 days of my stay, I had bedbugs in my room. So I didn't have a good experience. The property is well located but it needs a lot of rehabilitation.

Absolutely awful experience showed up to a less then professional welcome the rooms where like prisons no windows at all tiny rooms felt extremely claustrophobic rooms no air and no window to open so very warm will not stay here again

It's budget you get what you pay for a bwsd for the night, shower etc if you want a good night's sleep and high standard not for you .

We travelled here from Swindon on 19/5/23 to go to Morningside Arena for an event. There was a new member of staff Nikita she was only on her 2nd shift and she was awesome, there was another lady training he, I think the manager, who was also extremely lovely. My husband had booked an economy room as we were only going to be there one night and literally use the room only to put our heads down. These lovely ladies gave us an upgrade to a standard room as the weather was warm and the economy room had no windows. It's one of the warmest welcomes we have had at a hotel when checking in and they helped us with advice on travelling to the arena. The room itself was nice clean & tidy. I would highly recommend booking this hotel to anyone visiting Leicester city centre on a break. Thank you Abbey Hotel

I had an overnight stay for work, was not after anything fancy, just a roof and a bed for the night. Clean room, friendly staff, free Wi-fi which was decent enough. Small room was maybe the only downside, but that didnt bother me, but for some people it might tho. If i am ever up that way again i would use again.

The staff were amazingly lovely. The location is good and the rooms are okay. We did lack a hair dryer in our room which didn't bother me personally but did the other half.

I stay here every week and I can say that I always thoroughly enjoy my stay. The staff here are AMAZING, especially Farhana! Very helpful staff 😊 The location is great and it’s also a good price. Rooms are always clean and showers are hot! Would 1000% recommend!

This place is great Value for money then Birstal Ibis hotel, my room had a nice desk and chair, massive 50 Inc TV with a nice bed. room had a nice feeling inside and cold fridge, wish I stay here 4 days then Ibis hotel. Crazy Value!!!

The worst hotel I have been too. Toilet was broken, bed and pillows had stains, it was dirty, and I paid good money, it was so bad that I had booked another hotel next day.

Very good value for money if you spend most of your day outside. City center is 22 mins away on-foot, and plenty of transportation options. Big market stores are within walking distance as well.

Only stayed 1 night before appointment at Glenfield Hospital, 2 miles away! Warm, clean and tidy. No complaints and would recommend from my short stay. My wife going back there when I'm admitted! Blackbird pub/eatery easy walk away.

Facilities are really poor. Looks good on pictures but kettles look like they have not been washed. Dust under the covers and customer service was appauling they refused to give deposit and verbally abused my roommate

Extremely poor customer service. This business should not be dealing with the public. They are rude and condescending and have no customer service skills whatsoever. They won't even answer the phone appropriately, so you dont know if you're callong a hotel or kebab house.

Lovely, helpful staff, clean, neat and modern minimalist rooms in a fantastic location - just a short walk into Leicester city centre. Perfect stopover onna budget 👍

Shower didn't work correctly and the rooms were small. The bed was comfortable enough but no room servicing. Staff friendly.
