β€œThe standards of service at your hotel were exceptional. The treatment I received was more than I could ever have hoped for. My late arrival was handled speedily by professional staff members who made me feel so special with their solicitous service.”

The room was pretty decent, but the shower was a terror! Could be much better for the price.

Have only come for events not stayed, but the facilities are good (a but old-school but nice) and lunch fabulous. Wish they did evening meals!

Executive rooms aren't that special. Chair unsuitable for working from. Desk very small. Room too hot with no aircon. Service and breakfast selection excellent!! Best I've seen in a while πŸ‘

Great spot for a conference. Spaces are great, catering is amazing, and the attached hotel rooms are weeny but well appointed. Have come here for a conference the last two years and loved it both times.

Good facilities, good lunch. Let down by poor cycling security for those trying to use greener transplant options.

Decent rooms for the price, reasonably close to lots of restaurants and a pub around the corner. Would use again if I need to be in the area.

We visited College Court as part of a Guide Dog Conference. Our guide dog puppy in training was made very welcome. The rooms were well equipped and very clean and tidy. The drinks area was well stocked with plenty of tables and comfy chairs. There was ample parking on site

Booked two rooms, including breakfast (continental with hot dishes). At first morning, no hot dishes and we were told due to limited occupancy no hot breakfast. The event coordinator was frustrated when I requested at least some cheese/ham, which only ham arrived after 5 min. We then understood due to the bank holiday, 1 May, we could collect a breakfast box, as the restaurant was closed. To our surprise, there were only two boxes for four people. At reception we were told only total of 6 boxes were prepared in total and no extra available. We requested a refund of the breakfast, which needed action from the event coordinator and we would be informed by email. Unfortunately, I might add not surprised, no response to date. For all those that still want to stay here (good location, reasonable room), please do not take the breakfast to save you any frustrations.

Part of Leicester University campus. Attended a Guide Dogs event. Very comfortable meeting room with good facilities. Would have improved the sound with some amplification. Excellent catering. The building was well maintained and clean. Highly recommended for meetings and conferences.

The rooms are reminiscent of a student hall of residence. Not surprisingly, as the name would suggest. I stayed during one of the many conferences that take place here. It's a 30-minute walk from the city centre and railway station. A quiet suburb with only a busy pub nearby. This is significant as the hotel doesn't offer an evening meal. Good food, but it is difficult to get a table if you're on your own. The room I had was comfortable, clean, and warm. A great en-suite with a particularly good shower. You can brew tea and coffee. Breakfast is served in a nearby building. Nothing special but a good platform for the rest of your day. The price is fair, and I'd certainly rate it as good value for money.

I was at College Court for an exam course for one day so didn't stay at the hotel. The dining room and facilities were very good and clean and the location is perfect for the city centre. Also only a short drive from the M1

Attended a work event here, and i had a wonderful experience. There were plenty of variety of hot drinks with snacks. Hot dinner was super tasty and of good quality with good options. The conference room was a good size, well ventilated, and we were provided with pencils and paper to make notes. Toilets were clean and smelled lovely. There was also plenty of parking and location easy to find. Would recommend and hope to visit again.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Really exceptional check in experience and Estabon went above and beyond to assist in the room check in. The rooms are smallish but the bedding is comfortable with a closet that contains hangers, extra pillows, iron and board, blow dryer and tea pot and cups. The bathroom is spacious with knock your first layer of skin off water pressure in the shower. The entire place was very quiet and very relaxing. The morning breakfast has everything you need and plenty of it. The staff here was very kind and helpful as well.

This was just a visit for Portugal Embassy but this is very well organised place. Neat and clean, good ambience and looks beautiful. Only thing if I want to improve here will be there should be someone to assist people for any event taking place in building and provide them guidance for how to reach there.

Really great, many thanks to staff for making this work for a city break for me and 2 teenage grandsons. Highly recommend. Very good value, safe and pleasant accommodation, safe easy parking, lovely outside space. Beautiful large bathroom, big windows leading to small balcony. Great range of breakfast food, just some of the hot food a bit dry, but loads of fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, Danish pastries, fruit juice. Thanks to Ernesto and team, we look forward to coming back.

The rooms are immaculate and have all the facilities you'd expect and more. Our room even had a coffee machine and trouser press. Whilst we didn't visit the restaurant, it looks to have a good menu. Included breakfast had a large selection too. Staff were incredibly helpful! Would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Leicester as an alternative to the lower quality chain hotels in the city center.

Hosted a large 2 day event for 60 people here and the venue was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food provided for dinner went beyond my expectations for the price we paid. The rooms were basic, but clean and provided most of what you needed. Drinking water in the rooms would be a nice addition, especially as the bar isn't huge so did get quite full. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, and again was better than anticipated

Still love the modernist architecture. Shame the bar and evening food option have gone because of Covjd19.

This is a really good hotel and conference venue. It is not too far from the city centre (Approx 2 miles). It was previously a students' halls of residence but has been converted into al hotel and conference centre. It has been converted to a high specification and there is plenty of parking. The quality of the food is excellent.
