St George's Shopping Park

Shopping center

👍👍 A few shops in this park. Very convenient, to name a few: Currys, Home Bargains, Next Outlet, Iceland Warehouse, Aldi, Pets At Home... Best time to go is the mornings. Most of the shops open at 8am and it's dead quiet, otherwise it does get really busy. Parking is free. People often mention parking, shopping, shops, stores, park, Good, retail, good, area, Iceland,

Good place to go shopping. With a variety of shops but only down side is that the car park is very small and can full very quickly.

Same old retail park as everywhere else, but with two brilliant exceptions - loads of fast chargers for electric cars, and a superb Asian)Middle Eastern supermarket ( 'Umrah') which is well worth visiting. Wish there was one in East London.

Spacious and clean, easy parking. I was put off by the women sitting on the floor outside the shops begging whilst chatting on the phone. Whoever owns this place needs to address this issue. I won’t be going to St George’s Shopping Park again.

I miss b&m but still enjoy shopping here. Love home bargains! Get most of the grocery shop done between Aldi and Iceland too!

Good selection of stores and lots of parking. Only 4 stars because access can be difficult when busy.

Car park treated like a race track and one way system not followed. Parking spaces narrow and people hit other cars and don't stop. Not just one incident been several. Try to go here after 7pm when it's a bit quieter

Aside from the Costa and new building housing Wren Kitchens etc, this is a tired old place, evidently another victim of the UK's retail downturn. Would only visit here if I had too, which is quite unlikely, sadly.

This retail park has a little bit of everything, discount stores, grocery stores, clothes stores, technology etc.. the parking is some times full but overall great retail park. Home bargains always has good things are reasonable prices. Curry's is great and has nice staff from my experience.

Aldi's new layout looks much nicer but I still keep missing items of shopping cos everything's been moved around. A lot of sections have less shelf space than before so easier to miss stuff! Clearer shelf and aisle labelling might help! And someone on floor to give directions if possible....? A week's shopping here can be quite economical if you keep it basic.

Road surface not good, needs re surfacing, pot holes "everywhere" the shopping area/shops are lovely and modern, just the actual rear surface is very untidy/uneven.. get this relaid and it'll be lovely and welcoming.

Many shopping options. A good time spending place. Decent place with good choice of shops, home bargains, next, currypc, one below, card factory, aldi, Iceland, Costa coffee shop, many more.. Umrah supermarket is also thr where use to get many Asian groceries. car parking area is small, so sometimes don't get place for parking, specially in weekends.

Good range of shops including Aldi, Poundland, Costa, Iceland etc. Ample parking available but my car got scratched by a trolley whilst I was there.

Great place to shop. Let down by birthday party at Ninja warrior over running, then getting a fine for the carpark. Contacted St George's but ignored.

Always a good mix of shops a little bit similar at the moment with a few food shops. Never replaced the KFC which was really convenient for all those living south of city centre. Frequently visit but since toysrus and Mothercare left just food shopping.

First visit for over 2 years. All retail units are full and there are definitely bargains to be had. There is free parking with a limit of 3 hours, all on one level. This might seem like a sufficient amount of time but with a fairly large number of shops and a nice Costa to visit, time can pass swiftly. It's worth visiting the general website to decide which shops check out

At St Georges this place us amazing. Where you will find all the convient stores.People are all friendly. And lots of Parking facilities. You can do shopping in peace. And you can also take your children and as well as adults ,have done their shopping where there is a place full of activites.

This shopping area has most of what you typically need - clothing, ALDI groceries, electronics, general merchandise, bed and bath products, WREN kitchens, and more. It's a nice area and I would definitely return.

  • 2/5 Fliss B. 1 year ago on Google
Very little parking, B-list shops. Only Aldi is worth going to. Everything in Currys PC World you can find cheaper online.

  • 5/5 Nick M. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to visit. It's got most things you need on site so it's like a one stop shop for all your essentials plus you can have a cheeky coffee from Costa after you've finished doing your shopping

  • 5/5 Paul S. 1 year ago on Google
Always get a parking space, and Iceland and aldi are right next to each other so I can get all my shopping done in one go and there is a lovely little coffee shop for a quick pitstop

Went to Dreams to pay balance on base! Enjoyed looking around One Below Zero, bought bicycle puncture repair and flea Comb £3 for 3 bits, headlamp £1! Better than Maxi saver!

The selection of stores are varied and enough to do most of your weekly shopping. Although users don't always know how one way traffic work, most of the time it is a average shopping experience.

  • 3/5 Bharti J. 1 year ago on Google
Although convenient to access the stores in this retail park, the parking is a nightmare. Bays are very small, not enough spaces at weekends, holidays or special occasions. People parking on kerb/paths which can obstuct some bays so cars cannot reverse out and nowhere to walk if you have a buggy or wheelchair. Shame this carpark is not patrolled by warden for those causing a hazard.

  • 4/5 Pat O. 11 months ago on Google
Great shops just a nightmare getting into the retail park. Really needs a slip rd of its own, off the roundabout. so you can access the rd on your way out without traffic blocking the roundabout.

  • 1/5 R K. 1 year ago on Google
Very very very bad parking system. Too busy at all times. I think some people abuse this parking area by parking here to access the city center hence depriving those who want to park her for genuinely shopping at the places here. This needs to be sorted. Otherwise have many good places to shop at one center.

This has changed a huge amount in past years.... Sad to see Wickes gone ideally placed for that side of Leicester, now replaced by a home bargains store. Fast food outlet completely gone, now a new building housing Wren Kitchens on the left & Easy Bathrooms on the right. There is another store in the middle but don't remember what it is.

Decent place with good choice of shops, with the recent addition of the ninja warrior activity centre in place of the old beloved Toys R us really makes this place shine. In desperate need of places to eat here though.

Parked for just over an hour. Signs say 3 hours free parking. Got parking fine in post. Appealed awaiting response. Will avoid visiting in future.

Good selection shops, so you can find most things that you may need here. Plenty of parking including an underground area.

No good if you’re wanting a big trolley and need it for your baby to sit in past 4 times I’ve been here no trolleys and people waiting for them, even very early in the morning. I won’t be returning for a while in hope you get your trolley problem sorted

  • 2/5 Wayne K. 1 year ago on Google
Nothing wrong with the stores but the car park is awful. There aren't enough bays for the amount of stores and the layout causes tailbacks of people trying to get in which then prevents cars from leaving.

  • 5/5 Tulia L. 1 year ago on Google
Our weekend shopping spot.. there is home bargain, Aldi, Iceland, Next, umrah, Currys pc world, to name a few...

  • 4/5 Nosheen H. 1 year ago on Google
A combination of some vital stores, where one can get all their grocery and household needs. As there are competitive stores in the vicinity, prices are very reasonable too. Definitely a good place to go shopping. All that is missing is a couple of hot food stores - a McDonald's, or something Halal - they'd make a lot more business.
