My experience so far has been great. I always have something to buy when i visit the store and there is always value for money. Excellent shopping experience always. Hoping to visit soon again

Reasonable prices, especially for sale items. But there are lots of items which are in disorder, although this is probably the fault of the shoppers. They have a designated checkout for anyone with a disability, which is unusual, but welcome, in stores, especially for customers that cannot stand in queues for long.

Very helpful checkout staff made for an easy exchange of items. Great range of clothing, accessories and home ware, spread over 3 floors.

Rarely buy anything other than t-shirts or leggings, the former of which are unbeatable in choice of colour and style. Value and customer service is great however, the queues at the tills is off- putting, though the girls on the tills are speedy. Just wish we had one nearer to where I live.

Only one word is enough to describe the shopping experience in Primark, it's pretty " affordable ". Irrespective of the seasons or weather primark is busy as usual.

It's a nice store and staff are very helpful. However it's cramped and a lot of the clothes are on the floor. Seen some good sales of wrapping paper after the checkout and noone would want to queue again. I think some items are not placed properly. All in all good bargains!

Great place for shopping, clean, lots of lighting, lifts and escalators to access the floor's.The only problem is I wanted a pair of jeans, and was told that they did not do large sizes, 42 inch waist ,30 leg..if anyone reading this and you know of a shop selling my size, let me know. Primark is in the centre of Leicester, only yards from the bus station and other shops and cafes, banks etc.😀

Spent ages going round here looking, great place but just so packed and the crowds just too much at times. Can get some decent things but others I wouldn't bother.

Not enough size choice in the bra department sadly only goes up to 38. Doesnt sell stockings either anymore. But loads of nice silky long nightdresses.

Great store, great staff, great prices. Minus one star as I noticed their lifts are malfunctioning every time I am here to shop and one of the english lady staff kept misguiding us to the wrong out of order lift without being apologetic. Anyhow, The staff put in all effort to manage the situation but the technical team needs to look into maintenance seriously. But off course this is my go to store for almost everything in the household. Quality of clothes is as good as what you pay for and sometimes even better. No complaints from my side.

My daughter accidentally put on the wrong shoes this morning and they were too small on her feet. We had a lot of walking to do so instead of going home to change I thought I'd grab some from primark. The choice of girls trainers is appalling. In a large shop consisting of 3 levels I would have thought they'd have more choice than half a unit full. I asked a member of staff if there was any more and she shrugged and said that's all we have. I found some elsewhere.

Absolutely one of places I will always go for clothes shopping for me and my girlfriend too we both love it 100% best place ever

Quality of clothes is really poor, shop floor is always full of clothes. If you want budget outfit better shop through internet. You might get better quality clothes at similar pricing

A mini world trade centre! A culture pot pourri because of diversity of people drawn to the wealth of product diversity that the store offer! Can't get enough of this place..... sometimes I just walk in to get some tranquil cacophony! Can you beat this oxymoron?!!! Tranquility in the noisome patronage! Well, that is my worthwhile experience! Cheers

good place overall but today a employee on the second floor around 14:40 on the first floor decided instead of working, to just talk to a friend and look at girls and fully turning around just to see them for more than 20 minutes, it's sad that they allow someone like that to work at that establishment, the employees should make the costumers safe and not the ones making them uncomfortable

Too many people vaping inside. Upstairs way too hot. You wouldn’t think that somebody would vape inside the shop, but there’s always someone who thinks they can do everything anywhere

I'm not one for throw away clothes land fill causes metaine gas then later they build on it. I rather by second hand good quality clothes that are going to look good more than once. I didn't buy anything whilst there.

I know primarks are usually very busy, but it was super busy the night I went there. The store looked well stocked. I saw some cute things, but hard not to do in primark. The only issue for me was too full, and a lot of people not wearing a mask. I felt very clusterphobic and I had to leave.

Always fun, running round with my phone showing my wife who lives in France the new styles. Coming out with huge bags. Great store

Cheap clothing store with a very wide selection for men, women and children. Quality is good for the price. You can find not only Primark branded items but also products from NFL, The Stronghold, Penn Atletic and Disney.

Lots of stock but we went late in the say so it looked more like a bring & buy sale with clothes scattered everywhere. Rammed with people so got out as quickly as possible while She Who Must Be Obeyed grabbed what she needed.

I want to give 5 star but I had today's experience very weird with sales person who's name is ezaz . I went for exchange my hairdryer as it's very noisy. He suddenly said they don't take return electric item (if is this rule than they have to mention in receipt or over the electric item). Than they called manager who's might be British or some where he is so polite and has courtesy how to treat client. Indian sales person in Primark are so rude and always misbehave with customer.

This has been the only shop I've been in where soooo many people weren't either wearing or were wearing masks wrongly. This was my first visit, I felt so uncomfortable I won't go back again.

I have been in Primark many times for shopping. Cheap clothes we can buy here.

  • 1/5 Michael M. 1 year ago on Google
Quite frankly the worst store I've visited. Messy, cluttered and the new layout just doesn't make sense. I appreciate it was busy but there was very little effort being made to keep the store looking even half respectable.

A shopping store. All clothing in here are latest one’s & in a reasonable prices. The quality of clothes are very good. Even can find some house hold decorations inside, footwear, Etc,.

Some staff need to learn how to be considerate & apologetic. I hung my basket for just a minute on an empty clothes hanger, as it was quite heavy after spending 2.5 hrs in the store shopping. Next thing, it has disappeared. Looked around everywhere for 10 minutes & later found out that it had been taken by a staff member. Am not sure how it was in the way as she thought it was a hazard for people!!! No apology but instead rude…. I suggest you make your baskets shopping friendly.

To be fair i have nothing against Primark and they are very reasonably priced but it just seems so disorganised and more like a jumble sale than a clothes shop. Also the clothes don't really last very long, I'd rather pay a bit more and have longevity. There is also certain types of people who shop here that really annoy me too such as those who hog round a certain area because they don't want anyone else to get a bargain or those who can't bothered to put something back properly and just chuck it on the floor and of course the really irritating types who stand in the way because they are having a chat and a catch up with a friend and couldn't care less about other people who want to shop there.

A bit too crowded but good collection of clothes. The Cash desk can be handled better. I have always waited at the queue for over 10 mins during weekend shopping.

Good choices and range, I'm a big chap 6"6' and 2-3XL limited ranges in my size but not a negative as very few stores stock as standard.

  • 3/5 Derren B. 1 year ago on Google
Main Points - Very tight spaces, aisles not far enough apart especially when busy, it can be very claustrophobic. - Never seem to have sizes you need. - No product organisation, different categories are seemingly placed all over. - Cheap and cheerful as always, lots of products for a great price.

It is what it is! I bought lots of clothing because its cotton. Twice as much anywhere else. Don't believe it will last a long time because it won't. But you caanot moan about longevity when you have bought the cheapest. The main thing is to go for clothes a season ahead.
