    Good Location in high cross next to the clock tower. We had Fileto Fish Meal and it was delicious well cooked as we couldn’t try anything else because of McDonalds not being Halal. Excellent interiors and large area for dinning.

    When I saw that my hamburger was being made by a middle-aged man without gloves, it was so disgusting. How dare he? The food counter is facing the public! Because McDonald's doesn't allow taking pictures, I didn't leave any evidence. But if you check the cctv, you will find that what I said is true, or maybe you just acquiesce in this making process

    Had to wait 45 minutes for my order which was 3 sandwiches and 2 medium fries (Take out). I have asked the staff two times politely how long it’s going to be as I was already waiting for more than 30 minutes. Of course the lady there probably didn’t even check (was the same person “Iga”) because she never came back to me with any information, and I was waiting just at the front desk. I was lucky that one of the security guys checked on me and gave me the order just in a couple of minutes. When I got home I just looked on the ticket they gave me with the bag to find out that my food was ready to collect only 6 minutes after I placed the order. No notification on the screen, not heard my number called, and couldn’t miss it as I was waiting just next to the front desk, and even if I could have missed it I asked twice for it. Of course my food was cold and didn’t enjoy any of it.

    rude employee - to me and other staff, the machine broke and i went to the counter to see if my order went through on my online banking as pending and the gentleman said yes and printed out a receipt. after waiting my number wasn’t on the board to i asked again. a woman came over who i presume was some kind of supervisor who asked to see my receipt and bank confirmation which i did show. the receipt was from early in the day as the member of staff printed it wrong which was fine. however, the supervisor spoke to me in an accusatory tone asking to see my bank over and over again which i still showed and she started to get annoyed at the staff member that printed it, asking if he “knew how to work it”. i then spoke saying maybe it just says pending and it would be refunded and they agreed and told me to order again. now i have been charged twice and i want a refund. i contacted customer support but the reply i got said i need to contact the store directly.

    Mcdonalds don't care about customer service anymore. You ask to speak to a manager, you get a rude one that won't give their name, you complain about the cold food, you're given a refund and you don't get any food. Mcdonalds used to care about their customers. Now you're slow, the food is always cold and you can't make a complaint. Even managers don't give their names if you say you want to make a complaint. I saw a girl get her phone snatched by a manager after she asked for his details and he wouldn't give them, because she wanted to take a pic to complain about him. Sorrowful times. Firstly, bring back the old way,secondly, stop hiring people that don't care.

    Always super busy. Service is slow and cannot have an enjoyable meal here as it's crowded, food is cold a lot of time and is super noisy. But this is pretty standard in most mcdonalds now which indicates a company issue. Overall its okay if you're hungry and want to grab some food but that's about it.

    This has happened many times to me, I’ve just placed an order through them and ordered a whole meal to only find out they didn’t even pack the most important thing, the actual burger, I call them up and explain the situation only for them to say they can’t give my burger because the minute it leaves the store it’s out of their control. Sorry but you guys packed my order, why don’t they double check each order that they pack, we don’t just pay for the food to get things missing. Mc Donald’s needs to sort this out as it’s happened too many times, I understand if they are extremely busy and rushing but they are a restaurant, they need to priorities customers orders and always double check things aren’t missing and are packed properly. Really unsatisfied

    Fantastic staff. Sometimes the same food staple just tastes better from different locations. Thus is one of them!! Sometimes it can be something as trivial as the presentation of the burger. Temperature of the food. Having fries that are not undercooked and soggy.

    This is a magical land of burgers, wraps and nuggets. They come prepared with delicate presentation, superior taste, and oh it takes about 2mins :) The back staff heats up the food and it's placed in a sort of heat prison until you collect it. It's usually a teenager that whispers your order is ready, "Number 212", which you don't usually hear even if you could remember it since the automated machine didn't spit out the receipt. Eventually you wait a little too long and head to the front to ask what is happening, and luckily it's been roasting nicely in the heat prison, so you are handed a bag. You then ask for condiments, and they are very good, they will give you as many as you would like (usually take 10 sauces, which is about 2 portions in normal land). Sometimes they will just take two mit fulls and throw them at you :) So you have the food, it's still hot,and you eat it, while dreaming of better times :) If you are lucky you will spot the clown that always used to hang out there and became a kind of spokes clown for the restaurant. This was until Hollywood when crazy and had all the clowns stalking and killing everyone. What was this poor clown supposed to do? He left quietly. It's McDonald's, it's good enough fast food, clean and hygienic, not going to rock your world, but it's editable.

    Be aware of no discard times on the apple pies. I questioned the duty manager, his reply it must have been a new staff member. I then asked him about the experienced staff not checking prior to sending it out. If this is happening to one item what else are they not doing correctly?

    Very rude and disrespectful management. Terrible attitude and disregard. No humanity and lack of empathy. Messed up my large order and refused to rectify it. Very predatory and mean way of doing business. Will never eat from McScrewed again.

    Probably my worst McDonald's experience ever! firstly the touch screen POS had had receipt paper in it (So sorry head office I can't give you any traceability). When i asked the server to please pack my coffee like you do for deliveroo I might as well have been speaking Martian learn the common language at least when front of house, the soggiest hash brown ever (possible reheat) and the muffin bun was stale, no gloves when handling food I'm guessing that's a overhead you can do without. McDonald's ran at M4ryl4nd standards ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING next stop head office. I'm guessing you can't have pride in serving harram same goes for if you don't like grease don't become a mechanic!!!!

    Got a McFlurry and chocolate pie on my cheat day. Pie was colder than the ice cream. Surely the server would have known they are serving a cold pie. Rung shop, no response. Next time I visit will reference this review purchase made around 1050pm. ****EDIT**** Review upgraded. Went in after work next day, asian manager (forgot his name) compensated with nil fuss. Thank you.

    3months ago the first time I came to eat, the fries not only black but were also cold. Six of us ordered six meals, all facing the same issue. Today’s breakfast experience was also poor, with crooked and twisted burgers. The staff’s attitude was mediocre. This is the worst McD‘s branch I have ever experienced.

    Very disappointing they always seem to get my Order wrong. And that's been my experience every time I've been there. There is nothing worse than getting all the way home undoing the bag to find you've got the wrong food and it's too late to go and change it because you are already at home.😞☹️

    The pancakes were terrible - so dry and hard. Had to get it changed. I think it's the quality of the product. McDonald's uses excellent pancakes in Singapore. Soft and fluffy. People just love it. When in Singapore, try McDonald's big breakfast. It's worth it. The coffee was terrible, too.

    Food is good quality but service is often chaotic, they seem either short staffed or under trained. Managers are doing their best, very appreciative of that. Deliveries have always been innacurate. I've been missing all drinks, some meals etc. each time I've ordered. This McDonald's is probably too busy for it's size given the location.

    Missing burger yet again from McDonald's. Phoned up to say that they forgot and all the lady could say is that they were busy. Well McDonald's is always busy so I am sorry but I don't accept this poor excuse! Staff should double check what they put in the bag. It happens often at McDonald's. Train your staff better so this don't happen. I think I will stick to KFC or Nandos.

    What I got from them was horrible. The food was very cold. I ordered medium fries but I got small instead, on top of that the fries were cold and hard, and were just bits and pieces. The coke I got was half full. All of this for £14.45.

    Awful. Atrociously bad unprofessional service. Just eat delivery man gave me the wrong food and wouldn’t answer my calls, so I called McDonald’s about it. Alexis (the manager) who answered told me to eat the food anyway and request for a refund. When I said I didnt want to do that, he hung up and I proceeded to call 4 more times. Each time the call was answered And I was left listening to the workers make food orders, chat amongst themselves, basically ignored on purpose. I have evidence that I was on the phone for total of under 25 minutes being ignored and when I went to the store physically I was still on the call and me and an employee both witnessed this. Poor manager standards who refused to apologise despite knowing he’d been caught. Yucky. A shame for the employees that are upto standard

    This was a fantastic restaurant to get a takeaway from after midnight; felt lucky it is 24 hours! The staff were helpful at the counter after my employee discount did not work, company designs on the walls add to the vibe and the service was fast for a period with many customers. I enjoyed a Big Mac with French Fries and a Diet Coke; no dry food this late!

    Bad experience ever of MCD in my life. I went to take my food which I already been ordered. But their is one guy name Bhupendra who didn't respond to me. He didn't give my food and serving all other people those who are known to him, they all come after me. When I ask him for my food he was very rude to me, his tone and attitude was so bad. And gave me cold food at last. I paid full amount and still I was not get hot food. So, now we are decided that we will not go market place MCD. By this you lose valuable customer. I request to MCD authorities, kindly take some action against him.

    It's Mac ds, what more is there really to say? Apart from the thought that it's meant to be fast food.?? So having to wait for just shy of 16 minutes for a cheese burger and fries, I'd hardly call that fast! Took me 3times longer to wait for the food than it did to eat it. Lol.

    Very poor service ordered on the system and selected to eat in. Still was given a bag and asked for the member of staff to please put it in a tray. She apologised and then a young asian lady in a white shirt and skirt, I am assuming is part of the management team took over and started to throw my food on the tray assuming no one was watching. She handed over the tray and I thanked her and I received no response, you would rhink someone in management would know how to thank their customer, manners cost nothing. If this is your management what kind of training do you expect to provide to their staff. Very poor behaviour....nothing is ever done about it by these companies these days as they do not care because they are making money and thats all that matters! This is just information for the other customers who go there what they might expect!

    Understaffed, but lovely staff? Seems to be a problem with local homeless guy harassing the staff, therefore needs to be closed of as far as seating and toilets are concerned until morning. Called in fir a cuppa for a long bus ride early hours, to find everything cordoned off because of a homeless guy harassing staff at night time

    What can I say it's a Macdonalds ! They're pretty much the same everywhere except for the way they let people wait to pay or to wait for food orders. I couldn't tell where the line was for ordering as people were just standing around everywhere ! I had to ask someone standing about what line they were in as he was stood near the ordering till but he was waiting for a paid for order !! So were others which left people coming in confused about where to stand. Come on Macdonalds sort it out I never have this problem at other branches only this 1 🤔

    Ordered the new Homestyle crispy chicken burger. Guy who served me (couldn't understand what he was saying due to his poor English) put mayo chicken and then when I corrected him never added it as a meal which I had requested Props to the manager though who let me have fries for free and apologised. Seems the crew member needs to not be serving customers

    Your restaurant has started closing the top floor at your restaurant. This makes the bottom floor very crowed and cuts off the main toilet facilities. Leaving only a single disabled toilet which you have to ask to access. Making washing your hands very difficult. Can you tell me why you are doing this. I am about to start using the other city centre mcdonalds

    i would like to give 0 star to this McD. It’s staff is too unprofessional and slow working. They always ask us to wait 5 min and took around 40-50 minutes and if between that time, we ask for pur food, they behave too rudely with us. They told like “if you have passions than wait…otherwise you can to Clock Tower McDonald’s. In addition to this, it doesn’t matter, how customers is going frustrated, they will always do their work as usual. It was very bad experience
