Me and my sisters walk into Kobe expecting to have a great relaxing time. Once we have chosen our items, a miserable looking staff member (Asian, heavy make up and dyed blonde hair) approaches us to take our order. I cannot explain how rude and terrible her service was. Honestly, if you're going to treat customers this way, you should let your job go or better yet you should be let go. It ruined our entire experience. Food came out very fast and good thing because we could not wait to get out of there. I ordered a sirloin steak sizzler and asked for medium rare. I did not ask for a raw steak. When I poked it with my knife it actually said moo. Presentation of the sizzler was rubbish. Everything piled on top of eachother with sauce poured over. After a couple of minutes the sauce moves to the bottom and leaves a dry tasteless steak. I had to sit there seasoning my steak with salt and pepper! My sisters burger was very good so the one star is all for that. We asked for a couple of things here and there and were given eye rolls, short and blunt one word answers followed by waitresses whispering to each other 10 seconds after. It is ridiculous. Judging by your previous reviews and my experience today, your staff needs some serious training and I will NOT be visiting again.

I took my husband to Kobe for his birthday. It was so busy and had a great atmosphere. Staff were attentive. The food was delicious. We had originally booked our table for 8.30pm but got ready earlier and turned up to the restaurant. They were efficient and got us our table. Food didn't take too long to arrive. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Pricey but oh so excellent steakhouse in Leicester. This is a not-too-be-missed spot for meat lovers on any foodie expedition. The service was fantastic the waiter and waitress that served us was absolutely fantastic and staff knew their meats and advise well. Quality is beyond reproach and each dish ordered was cooked without fuss to the doneness requested and the sides all delicious. Strongly recommend the T-bone and the mocktails was really good. Very highly recommended.

Overall the food was on point however the service was particularly slow. I appreciate they were quite busy but 35 mins to get starters is a little too much. I think most of the tables around us had the same issue and only till people started to complain did the service improve We had ordered the sliders and ribs and both were flavourful and a tasty. The only let down were the onion rings. Unfortunately they were dripping with oil which made them quite difficult to eat. There was literally a puddle of oil at the bottom of the bowl.

This was a nice place with good vibes. Service is OK. They have a goof mix of things on the menu from chicken to steaks. Their spicy aoili sauce is amazing 🤤 Parking is available on the street opposite. On average eith drinks you are looking to pay £40ph. I would recommend and go again. 👍🏼

Food and atmosphere was good as usual. I've given 3 stars because of the service. The waitress had some kind of an attitude problem, like she was forced to do her job.

Friendly staff and pretty good food. The only complaint I had was that the steak was ordered medium rare but due to the heat of the plate it changed the the template of the bottom half of the steak to medium well. Other than that the atmosphere was good and the service was great.

Had a wonderful dining experience at this spot. The steaks were exceptionally delectable, and the mocktails provided a refreshing touch. The minimal waiting time added to the overall satisfaction. The impeccable service from both the staff and the manager deserves commendation. Highly recommended for a refined dining atmosphere.

This is a nice place to eat out. It was quite busy on a Saturday night but we managed to get a table. The food is halal with no alcohol on the menu. We enjoyed the steak with the Aspen frirs, crispy prawns and lollypop lamb. Enjoyable meal. Staff were friendly and helpful despite it being busy

Went a good few years ago and the meal was okay. Went again few weeks ago and I ordered the Philly cheese steak which was amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection and the ciabatta was toasted and layered with rocket and caramelised onions and everything went really well together. The chips were fresh and triple fried and were absolutely delish! Will definitely come here again and recommend. The only down side was that it was very busy and loud

Went for food after iftar. I booked for 20:30 and was told my booking was for 20:45 (showed email proof but they said "Someone must have put you down wrong"). So was sat late with my wife who was hungry. Didn't have the rib eye dexter so I ordered a fillet steak. Got a rare and wife got medium-rare. Was decent but I prefer rib eyes. Crispy prawns were very nice. The ribs were the star of the show. It was all a bit pricey but I guess the total cost of living went up anyway. Likely will return.

Tried out the BBQ Ribs after being recommended by a few people. They were cooked very well falling off the bones and covered in marinade, which was full of flavour. Although not the best ribs I have tasted, it is a dish worth ordering if you are visiting.

We ordered the rib eye steak cooked to med/rare perfection. We also enjoyed the crispy chicken burger. It was doused in aioli so it become soggy. The customer service was spot on as they offered to replace it so my daughter could enjoy the crispy chicken without the sauce, which she did! The veg and noodles served with the steak was rather underwhelming, the noodles were just a pale white, no sauce or seasoning, they were simply boiled and drained. The veg was not steamed or boiled before adding to the sizzle plate, the peas tasted earthy, I could not eat them and the veg also had a strange earthy taste to them, I struggled to eat them. The server kindly offered to replace them but I chose not to. Although it was not a perfect experience, the customer service was spot on, attentative and happy to help, we will definitely recommend and will be returning, now we know what adjustments we need to request ahead of ordering, thank you Kobe! 😀

Went here for our work Christmas meal a couple of nights ago. They were so friendly and accommodating. There were 20 of us in our group and somehow everything was served hot & at the same time, the portions were absolutely massive, and oh so tasty. Not a single person had a bad thing to say. We all had a wonderful time, and would definitely visit again.

One of my favourite restaurants, love the Chicken Sizzlers and the Crispy prawns. The food is really good, full of flavour The service is really good too, very friendly and courteous staff. The only reason I gave only 3 star for food is it's too pricey. Also, like for Sizzlers they add very little sauce unlike in the past so you are forced to buy extra sauce and end up paying even more for the same Sizzler. So even though its still one of my favourite restaurant, my visit frequency will certainly be far less than in the past.

Best Tomahawk in town, had it cooked medium rare ( perfection ) really good quality meat and taste was amazing ! the aspen chips were to die for and the dynamite shrimp was really juicy and had a good flavour. Overall 10/10 ! 👍🏽

Amazing! Went for a dinner and the atmosphere is nothing but brilliant. The staff were very friendly and professional, keeping service to a high standard. We tried their crispy king prawns for starters and my word, they were lush! Full of flavour with a nice saucy coating. For mains, I went for a Dexter T-bone steak and did it look good! Extremely juicy with nice complementary sides. Definitely recommend going to this place for a good dinner out. This place is halal.

First time visiting Kobe Sizzlers and definitely won't be the last, opted for the Chicken Steak Sizzler with Mushroom sauce and a mojito cocktail, Chicken was cooked to perfection. Staff were welcoming, friendly and polite, definitely the place to go on London Road. 🥰

Starters we ordered crispy prawn & crispy chicken but can't find any difference between taste, steak was delicious and perfectly cooked, sauce was exact, presentation of food was very eye appealing. Ambience is warming. The reason behind giving 3 star or may be less is just because of staff here, since we booked on phone voice on other side seems to be very rude just like she don't want to take booking, when we reach there the guy who welcome us have no smile on face at all, we were directed towards our table and seems like this guy throw placard on table and told us to scan QR code for menu, the girl who came to take our order again smile no greeting and frowning on each and every thing I say here voice was so low can't hear what she is saying, the only guy who deserve to be 5 star was the guy who came to clear our plates very decent and smile and feel respected by him, rest all of them looks like they are not happy that we were there. Even the main lady on counter she was looking so angry I guess she was the one who took our reservation. I don't feel like returning back to Kobe Sizzlers even after having good steak coz where you don't feel respected as guest that place is not for us.

This place was recommended by a friend and have to admit they get a lot of things right. Service was great food was great kids enjoyed it and really a pleasant experience

We had some lamb lollipops for a starter and the lamb was just cooked to perfection!!! But the Dexter T-Bone steak was just absolutely gorgeous. The staff were absolutely brilliant and the atmosphere was as equally as brilliant. We all are definitely coming back very soon I can tell you!!!

Very good steaks. The steaks are served as a meal with rice/chips and greens which is quite filling. The brownie sizzler was great too. The customer service was good,and the prices were also decent.

Steak was nothing special; choice of sides is quite unusual because I didn’t know noodles are offered with steak. They had added an extra item to our receipt which we hadn’t ordered and reluctantly took it off with an attitude. Waiters/waitresses needed to be asked multiple times for extra tissues so I wasn’t impressed with the service.
