Loving the new refit. The place now looks huge. Something more on display. The displays themselves are very well laid out. Always neat and well organised. The flower wall at the entrance is beautiful as is the chandelier. Staff now mingle amongst the customers, similar to theapple store,rather than stand behind the counter and disappear off into the back room whenever they need to check stock. Always a great selection in store. Not always the cheapest, but when you have knowledgeable staff advising you, it makes you feel comfortable paying a little more for the service.

Good offer at affordable prices. If you are in rush for a gift, the best place to grab a quick one.

Visited the store today to get a Click & Collect order and had a really great customer experience. There was an issue with a missing item, but Simon & Greg sorted it with a minimum of fuss. Very happy to give them a 5 🌟 review.

Shocking customer service from the manager on Boxing Day. I must spend £500 a year plus. Will not be shopping again there.

Good store and collection, but the lady on the counter was very rude and unprofessional. Whereas the new assistant was very polite and friendly. Wanted to buy a perfume from this shop but because of the rude lady, chose to buy the same perfume from the fragrance shop just opposite this shop.
