There are no ‘Sale’s Returns Policy’ displayed around the ‘sales’ items or around the store. It is written in very BOLD letters at the customer service desk though, as I noticed today when trying to return some change-of-mind sales items. Shame on you ‘The Range’ for having a no-return policy and Shame on you management for not making the policy clear and transparent and visible in store.

I will never use these again. Ordered yesterday and had an email saying i could collect even though i paid for delivery. Rang customer services who said i had paid £3.95 collection charge (like you would) even though order confirmation clearly states delivery charge. A box i ordered at the beginning of December still hasnt turned up and theres nothing they can do apparently. The girl on the phone just kept saying "is there anything i can assist you with" err is that not what we were talking about. She couldnt answer any of my questions and just wanted me off the phone, so much for friendly customer care they state on their website .. Ive given up on the first box and will see if i get a refund for yesterdays goods which has been cancelled.

The stock is what it is. Exactly what you'd expect. The thing that really stood out was the service we received. We had a complicated return and exchange to sort out and Andy the superstar went out of his way to ensure we left there happy and satisfied. Service is the principle that nothing is unsignificant that contributes to the satisfaction of the customer. Thanks Andy and see you again.

So much variety. However, lots of items are not labelled correctly. I was overvharged for items, and one item I needed had no barcode, so they refused to sell it!! This has happened on two separate occasions Unorganised mayhem. But the cafe lady was lovely and made a great coffee ☕️

I love shopping at The Range as my hobby is homemaking. There is a huge variety to choose from and reasonably priced as well. The seasonal decors are amazing. In store shopping has always been a nice experience for me but not online as my first online order (xmas decor) hasn't gone through and when I inquired Customer Service with proof of payment their response was that they cannot do anything about it. So i ended up dissapointed with no stuff and no refund.

I do enjoy shopping there. Always, it's worth it to pop in. Good range of home goods. From spoon to wall mirror. Staff helpful. Carpark medium size, but every time spaces are available

I like this shop. Worth to consider paying attention to what they offer. Lots of items good qualities in competitive price. Curtains bedding, dishes, etc. Almost everything you need at home. Just one "traffic light" from B&Q and Homebargain. Worthy compere prices between those three brands.

Offers a huge variety things to buy including pets, lighting, tools, crafts, gardening, toys and more. Lovely cafe upstairs - very clean, plenty of seats and good options for drinks and food. Also serves Costa options too.

I love the range! Nice little shop with everything that I need. Came today to pick up some bedding for our son and we got it at such a reasonable price and he is very happy!

Decent size but most of the online furniture not in store so can't get a feel of the furniture, good offers, good variety of items, well signposted aisle

I was very disappointed with my visit. Went for the craft dept, l'm a papercrafter but they didn't inspire me at all. Plenty of basics, card, ribbon, etc but nothing jumped out at me to make me think l could make something nice with that.

Only place nearby to have gamer themed party bags. I was in and out in 2 minutes, I asked where they were, a kind member of staff took me to the party stuff and went quickly through the checkout. All good!

The Range is the shop for leisure, home and garden where there are two floors and elevators bring you up and down. There is a range of things. We were looking for the desk for my daughter, and the shop assistant showed us a few of them packed in the boxes except the plastic desks for about 25£ which were folded, and they looked a bit dirty. When we chose the packed desk, it was not convinient to bring it from the first floor down to the ground floor to pay at the till. When I asked if there was possibility to wrap the box at least with the rope, the shop assistant answered that they did not have them. However, she offered her help to carry it to my car, so I am very thankful for your help. Anyway, the reason that I am giving the shop 4 stars is for management to think about better ways of helping with carrying and transporting for both customers and customer service in the 21st century!

Love picking up all the things we need! Great customer service and so many bargains! Particularly love the arts and crafts for children! Has some great bits! I've also used these to do wedding decor or wedding favours!

I buy my wool here regularly. Great selection of crafting materials. The garden centre upstairs is very well stocked. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful home decor as always, lot's of lovely Christmas decorations. Went for some Christmas crafts and was not disappointed with the selection. Had a very cheerful cashier to top things off

I love this supermarket! This is the place where I spend most of my money. But recently a lot of items do not have a price tag. It makes it very difficult to manage my finances. Not just few items with no tags, hundreds of them. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5. I needed some stationary, most of the items had no price on. Very frustrating. Had to keep asking staff, they don't know so had to take stuff to the tills and decide on the spot if it's affordable for me.

Serious staff attitude/ignorance problems! Wanted keys cut... staff had no idea on how to use the machine .. so the lady with the glasses working on customer till, (Friday 14th Oct @13.20), said we don't have that buy 2 keys get one free deal on anymore..which was a complete lie! The price/deal is advertised all over the machine! She handed us back our keys and ran. We has another query on pricing she then made some pathetic excuses that didn't ring true. I have to say.. a lot of The Range staff are probably unemployable in any other workplace. Avoid the Range at Abbey Park retail park!

I love this shop, always something for everyone, staff can be friendly and helpful, the shop can sometimes seem cluttered due to shelves being replenished but for the most part it is great, I love Christmas at the Range the displays are fantastic, other than being a little pricey on some of the stock you can always find a bargain or 2,there is plenty of parking and is accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs Worth a visit if you haven't been

A good "range" of things you can get here. Basically if you need it the codes are it's in here. Lots of home decor and DIY stuff as well as arts and crafts. Can be a touch expensive at times and the products are not always good quality, little cheap in construction despite the price tags.

Very Helpful Staff With Good Knowledge Of Where Products Are ...

This shop seems to sell almost everything from a packet of sweets to a hot tub! I was only really interested in the 'hobby and craft' section which is huge and has the best selction I've seen recently. My only complaint is everything seems a little mixed up, I was looking for some foam sheets and found them in 3 different locations! This makes it a little difficult to compare. My only other complaint is the number of items with no price labels, very annoying.

I have not been for a long time, although have a large selection of nice items. Your lucky if you find a price on anything. I asked why and was told they were short staffed. Everyone wants to know the price of items, this should be a priority if want customers to purchase more

Good location with plenty free parking. You can find everything in store - items for kitchen, bathroom, lounge, garden, kids to play with, pets, cars, DIY & even snacks. Price is decent, quality is good too, some cheaper / better than others, overall good. Staff is polite. Wear masks, use hand sanitizer & wipe down after each customer.

Not a lot to say really. I feel like this store has decent variety of items, but the presentation of the stuff is absolutely awful. Every time I come in, there are things left on the floor, empty boxes lying around and just generally feels like there’s lack of pride taken in this store. It just seems incredibly outdated and messy. It’s not very welcoming at all. A lot of things did not have price tags on either, so you’re left guessing/asking staff (not easy to find) how much an item is. It really is not a pleasant shopping experience at this shop.
