Really nice place but all the entertainment/activities close a bit too early in my opinion. Any kids over 12 will also struggle to be entertained other than mini-golf. Beautiful location though and everything was super clean and well looked after.

Very beautiful nature camping & resort! It has many beautiful places, The things that got my eyes was how much it was fresh and clean too, The house was clean when we got there! The pool was clean too, everywhere, Apart from the Leksand playground which costed 465 kr / person, it was worth, due to you can do and ride everything there free, but the zip-line activity was not included. I recommend you to visit it, it’s 3 hours from Stockholm/Sweden👍🏻

Had a great tenting experience with Glamping. Our tent was right on the coast. We were provided with a small refrigerator, heater, tea coffee maker (but no coffee/tea), plates and cutlery. There is a provision for grilling close to the tents. There is a water source outside the tent. The camp provides a plastic bottle for us to fill and transport water. The service rooms (toilet and shower) was clean and good. The dinner experience was good with great sallads, meat and dessert options, a tadbit expensive at SEK 375. There were mosquitoes and rain but the tent was well secured and chained. We were there mid July and it was packed with people. Lots of parks around. They hold dance parties for the children at night. We also did a daytrip to the Stops Waterfall (not child friendly with steep paths) and Rättvik which is a beautiful scenic city with long stretches of beach for bathing (child friendly).

We stayed for 4 days and three nights here at Leksand strand, Leksandsbyn stuga. An ultimate experience since this place is just 300 meters away from a well known amusement park, Leksand sommarland. They work together to bring satisfaction to their customers. If you book a cottage (stuga), you get 50 percent off on your leksand sommarland tickets. The remote control on our stuga was not functioning and i reported it directly to them maybe it just needs a battery change. When we came back from the park, we got a new TV. Vilken service! Very nice personnel. If you dont want to go to the amusement park, you always have the lake and the pool near you. We really had a good time.

We have been there for the 2022 “Midsummer” festival, this was gigantic and super fun, too many people were there, dancing and singing while raising up the “Maypole”. They say this festival is the biggest one in Sweden.

A big camping with a small camping feeling. Nice and quiet, clean service houses, big spaces for tents with electric. A huge plus is the summer land right next to the camping. There is also a small convenience store with the basic and, restaurant on the area with live performance every evening and a water slide and pool open for free. They would have gotten 5 stars if it some things had been a little better, as the kitchen at service houses had been a little bigger, the restaurant could serve a beer or a drink without reserving a table and some sound barrier along the spots 720-730 as there is on other places close to the road in. Friendly personnel.

The water slide is decent for younger kids (3-12) but the water at the end is very shallow... The pool is a maximum of 1m deep and it's quite small (for kids 3-10). The beach is quite clean and the water is also very clean. 4*

Brought my family over from Norway for a nice vacation, and we all agree on (on day 2)that this is one of the best spots we've stayed on! Loads to do for the kids and so nice for us parents as well. Playgrounds, wide spots for the caravan, a whole park with stuff right next to it, and a Beach, restaurant and more. Close to centrum of Leksand too. ❤️

A really well organized place for camping they have all the facilities to make camping as much comfortable and enjoyable possible. They also have a water park which is really good. Apart from that the lake view is amazing and there is a beautiful track along the lake to have walks or to go jogging early morning. The place is also full of activities for children as well as adults like swimming pool, chairs for taking sun bath, water slides, mini golf, kids DJ show and much more. The only draw back is that the Leksand city is really small and there isn't much around. But if you are only looking for camping and nature then I highly recommend it.
