I
could
give
ZERO
stars
I
would.
HORRIBLE
CUSTOMER
SERVICE.
The
guy
working
this
evening
was
extremely
rude.
After
waiting
10+
mins
in
drive
thru
(no
other
cars
behind
me
or
customers
inside),
I
waited
bc
I
wasn’t
in
any
rush…
But
then
I
decided
to
park
&
go
inside.
I
asked
the
guy
how
come
I
waited
10
minutes
in
drive
thru
&
nobody
was
helping
nor
answering…
he
proceed
“my
headset
must
of
died
so
I
didn’t
hear
anyone
or
know
if
a
car
was
in
drive
thru”…..
the
screen
above
his
head
literally
shows
the
amount
of
cars
in
drive
thru
/
the
time
they’re
been
sitting
there…
he
“apologized”
but
then
stated
they
are
extremely
short
staffed….
OK?
&
I
understand
being
short
staffed
during
rush
hour
//
10+
customers.
But
if
I
am
THE
ONLY
person
in
drive
thru
//
no
customers
inside…
how
are
you
behind
&
unaware
of
customers
in
the
drive
thru
line???
There
was
a
guy
in
front
of
me
who
waited
5+
minutes
&
also
drive
off
bc
nobody
was
responding
on
the
drive
thru
speaker.
HORRIBLE
customer
services.
The
way
he
talked
back
like
he
was
in
the
right???
Considering
the
screen
shows
when
someone
pulls
up
to
the
drive
thru
line.
Never
again
will
I
visit
this
location!!!!
