Good smoothies, but when I go after 6pm it smells like weed inside of the store. It really smells and I cant stand the odor, my son who was with me was also complaining about the smell.

Me and my wife were visiting relatives from out of town so we stopped by Smoothie King. The three boys that were working last night did a magnificent job with my order. Me and my wife were amazed by their work ethic and customer service. As a former owner of a Smoothie King in Houston, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the smoothies that we received!

Moe is awesome! To the owner, you don't leave 1 person alone to work at smoothie king on a Friday, but if you do let it be Moe. He handled it perfectly and professionally. Great Job Moe , You deserve a raise.

The past 3 times I’ve went to this location they’ve gotten size and the smoothie completely wrong. I’m not mad just amazed

I went through the drive thru and ordered. The wait for the one smoothie I ordered was a little alarming but I wasn’t in any kind of rush. I’ve been to the other locations and I’ve always had fast service; even when the workers were busy. Eventually, when I got the smoothie, I noticed that the cup was barely filled and I paid for a 40 oz! The taste was okay, but there was a lot of ice as if the smoothie wasn’t blended enough? I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for quality smoothies and great service.

I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes with no help. It said that they were open online but me and the car behind me noticed that no one was inside. I was just trying to grab a smoothie before work. This put my morning behind. Thanks.

I order from this Smoothie King nearly every day. They are by far the most consistent of the Smoothie King locations with the way they blend my smoothie. Although the service can vary, I do think they also are the most consistent in providing good service. I have tried serveral other locations and end up driving to this one because of the service and consistency of the smoothie.

Got a smoothie on Friday around 5:30 the taste was amazing but the customer service was embarrassing. A taller light skin employee waited on us and said a total of 2 words to us. Before we walked in he was pointing and making comments to his fellow colleagues. We have been here before and have had the same experience with this employee

Sad to hear my favorite was discontinued, green tea tango. Please bring this flavor back!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy working this evening was extremely rude. After waiting 10+ mins in drive thru (no other cars behind me or customers inside), I waited bc I wasn’t in any rush… But then I decided to park & go inside. I asked the guy how come I waited 10 minutes in drive thru & nobody was helping nor answering… he proceed “my headset must of died so I didn’t hear anyone or know if a car was in drive thru”….. the screen above his head literally shows the amount of cars in drive thru / the time they’re been sitting there… he “apologized” but then stated they are extremely short staffed…. OK? & I understand being short staffed during rush hour // 10+ customers. But if I am THE ONLY person in drive thru // no customers inside… how are you behind & unaware of customers in the drive thru line??? There was a guy in front of me who waited 5+ minutes & also drive off bc nobody was responding on the drive thru speaker. HORRIBLE customer services. The way he talked back like he was in the right??? Considering the screen shows when someone pulls up to the drive thru line. Never again will I visit this location!!!!

Mo gets my order right to the T every week and is the best restaurant employee I have encountered in my 34 years of managerial experience.

I work at a gym and every once in awhile come in for a big order on a Friday morning. The guy that works alone on Friday mornings (receipt says Moe) is so sweet and professional. He works hard to get my order done as fast as possible along with dealing with the drive thru and other walk-ins.

I’m not one to leave a review or complain but we just left there and our smoothies are terrible. We usually love Smoothie king but paying $14 for something I can’t even eat is a little ridiculous. My wife and I requested add ins and they were not added. My wife’s smoothie flavor is completely unrecognizable 🤢

I have been coming here for over a year now 2-3 times a week. In the beginning, it was hit or miss but they’ve made some staff changes and now every time we come our smoothies are spot on. Everyone has been nice, but Mo is so unbelievably friendly. I actually went home the first time I met him and told my husband how refreshing it was to have someone so friendly and welcoming when these days it’s so rare. We always add some additional fruit and protein and other locations cannot seem to get the mix/changes right. Mo always makes ours perfect. When we are always busy and on the go it’s nice to know we can place an order on the app and it will be ready to go when we get there. Looking forward to our next one!

This might be the worst smoothie I've ever had. Barely blended at all... tasted like milky ice. Giant chunks of ice. Mines the green, supposed to be the gladiator strawberry. My wife's for reference of a good smoothie.

Try before you leave. I normally get the peanut power plus with chocolate. I’ve had it several times from other locations, and it’s usually flavorful and creamy. The one I got from this location was watery and tasted like chalk water. It was definitely missing several ingredients. It was undrinkable.

What nice staff! They were explaining to me the different types and we’re so kind and patient. Manager Mo went the extra mile and made my husband a new smoothie since he dropped his walking out the door LOL.
