We had booked 5 days at this place and we will never do that again. Everything costs money and it is totally impossible to get in their water park which was very disappointing for children. They run a booking system where you can book at 00:00 and two days ahead, but there are probably many who use it because it was difficult to get through to the order itself, especially if you use their Wifi which is totally lousy.

Fabulous complex that is a paradise for families and children. Kids are roaming free all around the complex with bikes and scooters and other wheeled vehicles. Our only grumble is that the bike rental shop was fully sold out of items for the whole week we were there: I advise you being your own bikes and scooters. Other than this, the campsite is full of little restaurants / bars / eateries and playgrounds for kids. There are many activities you can book for no money (tennis, table tennis, skate park) or little money (mini golf and jungle golf, archery) as well as the wonderful aqua park. This has a pool with an insane waves machine, a couple of water slides including an outdoor sort of "rapids" slide, an area for toddlers, jacuzzi and so on. There is also the High Ropes Adventure, similar to Go Ape, an artificial lake with a soft sandy beach, horse riding... and I'm probably missing out stuff! It's incredible. You can hire caravans or bring your own, or pitch your tent. Everyone is very well behaved and the place is super calm and quiet. Everything is clean. Just a warning that speaking German is recommended as many staff don't speak English. Many do, of course, but quite a few don't so that can be awkward.

Nice, huge camping with swimmingpool and a lake. Clean sanitary facilities. Shop and restaurant on site. Also "stop and sleep" pitches for caravan outside, but they are populare and mostly occupied as they cost a fraction of staying inside the camp.

Properly the best camping site i have ever been to. It is a large site, but surprisingly well coordinated In beautiful surroundings. The best "beach look a like" lake. Great indoor swimming facility. A fine selection in supermarket. Great cocktails in the beach bar. The lack of one star is because of the two restaurants (pier one and the other one by super market) is below average. Do yourself a favour and visit Bootsmann restaurant at camp site instead - absolute the best camping restaurant ever ❤️ .. overall a great experience and we will come back :)

A very good campsite for families with small children. A lot of outdoor playgrounds scattered throughout the site and an impressive beach wrapping around the entirety of the lake. Be aware that everything costs a little bit extra. Entrance to the different indoor activities such as the new amazing indoor playground, the indoor pools and the trampolines south of the lake is not included the price for staying at the campsite. This however has the positive effect that the places are not crowded with people. We stayed in one of Eurocamp's mobile homes which was relatively new but in pretty poor condition. #5 previously had a water damage which ruined the structural integrity of the flooring. In addition the electricity kept falling in and out which was very unfortunate when cooking. Luckily the Eurocamp personel was quickly on scene every day until the technician could resolve the issue. We would bring bikes for our next visit. The surrounding areas and cities including Lüneburg and Celle is must sees. There's also many military graveyards dating back to WWII to visit.

The rooms were a little cramped, beds were not comfortable, the service was good from our advisor. Really couldn't complain for how much we payed. In the middle of nowhere and a lot of nato area surrounding

Stayed for the weekend with Eurocamp. The Eurocamp rep was very welcoming and pleasant upon arrival. Nice area in the countryside and some activities for small kids but admission to the pool must be paid for so we did not use it!

This place has everything you need and them more.....The new shower /wash room is amazing, staff are very polite and helpful, the place is very clean, the camping pitch are well sized, the restaurants have a good choice of food..........Only one negative is the WI-FI we where in GT2000 area and there was very poor coverage even the 4G was poor 😢 otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Great place to crash for a few nights! There is so much to do here including a huge beach that wraps the lake, shallow waters for littles, many playgrounds, a water slide, indoor pools, facilities for families, a high rope course, BMX course, small skate park, bike rental and more! We stayed in a cottage or "vacation house" which was pretty pricey but very nice. It didn't include any extras like soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies or even toilet paper. The beds were very comfortable and nicely laid out for a large family. It seemed very expensive to me at first, coming from the states, but in the end we had a truly lovely time. The restaurants and for sale items in the park are very expensive for subpar products, but if you make most of your own meals (as we did) and are savvy about where you spend your time and €€ then you will also have a lovely time.

Very expensive for what you get. We stayed in other campsites with half of the price and the same quality. The woman in the reception was very rude and unfriendly.

Been here each year for the last 15 years, as always amazing. Great for families. Only the wifi has been terrible since they made it available for free.

Nice campsite but the mobil camper pitch needs attension all the automatic chemical toilet cleaners were broken, no one was bothered if you were Corona tested or vaccinated but in the swimming pool made a big song and dance about wearing a mask past the resturant and then you had to take your mask off and put it to one side when swimming does not make sence so backwards in Germany compaired to the rest of the word.

The camping is pretty fun in my opinion. There is much to do when it's warm or hot. Right now there are some closed buildings, or only available with an appointment. (Only because of Covid-19) Also, the camping is clean, and the sanitary buildings gets cleaned often. The camping is in the middle of the forest, and a pretty nice area to go on a walk.

Best place that we stayed with the kids (12 and 14). The prices for the extra activities are affordable. The caravan spots outside the site are great. Really nothing else to say.......next time would love to stay longer.
