I booked this hotel at agoda at 3,036p with breakfast. upon arrival I was surprised to know my room does Not have any Bathroom! A kind receptionist showed me my booking status. it showed shared bathroom, No breakfast. I appealed with showing my booking detail that I booked a room with breakfast. she told me that i have a breakfast after meeting her manager. I tried to cancel agoda booking and Rebooking coz current rate is 2,024p. but it is already 4pm, automatically confirmed. if I do not use the room booked, 100% will be charged to my credit card. I chose to upgrade room which has Bathroom with 500p additional fee. OMG! I could Not Imagine that 3,036p($54) value hotel room WithOut Bathroom. I could not find this room does not have a bathroom when I booked room at agoda. I ordered Cafe mocha at 98p. It tastes Same as Milo. I asked why this coffee tastes Milo. another lady told me that she put chocolate powder. When I appealed to make a new Cafe mocha, her reply is she will put another shot of coffee. I accepted. but..the Taste becomes Strange, still Milo taste and too sweet. I couldn't drink, and threw it. I felt cold before sleeping, so I tried to turn off aircon. but Neither I could turn off by remote controller, Nor could control as high temperature. there is 2 good things at this hotel. Bidet at toilet works Well. Black coffee tastes good. I got a lesson : 1. I need to read Booking condition Very Carefully especially about Bathroom. 2. Never order Cafe mocha at unknown place. 3. Room aircom controllerable or not: How can I verify whether I can control aircon mode or temperature if agoda app does Not mention. agoda app shows only Aircon or not. agoda does not show aircon temperature controllerable or not. No need to take photos at this hotel. SOGO is much better than this hotel compare to price.

Legends Hotel and Events Hall is the perfect place to create a happy moments with your loveones. The rooms were nice and clean and extremely comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

the cafe is great with awesome food especially the lomi the downside, toilet and bath is joined and when you bathe water gets everywhere. still a great place though staff at hotel and cafe are very accommodating

The room we got was clean enough. But we had to confirm that the room had its own t&b unlike the others that shared a common one on the same floor.

It was a great experience, great food, good music 🎶 I love their homemade halo halo, sizzling tofu, takoyaki, clubhouse, chicken wings and Lomi!!! Ms Lynn, Ms Lisette, Mila, Joyce, Rich, Shaira were all amazing👏
