Maganda ang location kasi nasa mismong mall sya. Whenever you need something, you can just go to the mall. 😁 The rooms are cozy and quiet. Their room rates are affordable and much cheaper than the other hotels within the area.

Cheap and cheerful is what you'll get. No frills, no windows. No fridge. There was a leak in our bathroom dripping from the ceiling light which didn't stop from the duration of our stay Which dropped on you when using the toilet and using the sink. Bed was broken on one side meaning one was rolling off the bed. However theres a folding sofa bed in the room which is more comfortable than the bed itself. There's a free breakfast available for 2 and downstairs is xentro mall so everything you need is there. Be warned you can't bring in alcohol without paying a large fee.

noticed some trash along the hallway, broken glass window and it has only 1 cup and drinking glass. plus point is, it is within the mall

Room has a lot of issues, but if your there just to rest, Its Ok. The aircon is cold, it has hot water. Bed is clean.

Not bad for it's cheap price. Very well ventilated and cozy. If you're just here to rest and enjoy alone time, well its worth the try. Very kind and pleasing staff and nice place to just relax and think. Overall, i have nothing bad to say about this place.

Base on our experience I will not recommend it... is not good, i and my bf check in here last november 29, 2023 this year i thought it was really good..but nung mag check in na kami sa room namin and we go upstair there's a lot of basin at basahan na nakasahod on the water drips on top due to the rains...not clean even very dusty even the room and bathroom...

I will not recommended this hotel to everyone. Poor health and safety facilities,noisy place,staff has not trained how to handle complaints.Telephone not working.got woke up with workman outside our window with drilling and banging.

The sliding door of the bathroom wouldn't close, the sink was leaking :( the hotel staff were kind through and accommodating. Their beds are comfy for me

Excellent location (within mall and with bus terminal across the hotel). No breakfast meal

For the price we paid, it's okay. Air conditioner was weak, lampshades were damaged, comfort room door was damaged and was very hard to close. There was little room to move inside the CR to close door properly. But the front desk was nice.

The room was okay but it could have been better if properly well maintained.

The worst hotel ever. Rooms are dirty, with used tissues still left on the floor. Bathroom was dirty and stinky. There was a clean up operation of the xentromall sewage system which added to the bad smell of the room and the cr. Front desk didn't even apologize for the hassle and discomfort this place has brought to me and my family. Mura nga pero mapapa mura ka din talaga.

Normal accomodations in Lemery Batangas, next to Xentromall Lemery and just across the DLTB Bus Terminal. No hot water, at least in my room which is annoying, since I was informed otherwise. Besides the location and Wi-Fi, there is nothing else to commend about this hotel. No elevators, so PWDs or Seniors, fyi. Staff are not really great and needs improvement.

Clean, budget friendly, staff are very accomodating. Beside the mall is a plus. No available breakfast, so sad.

Stayed there overnight. My room was completely clean and complete with all the toiletries, however I did find some faulty drawers in my room cabinet (which I didn't mind since I didn't have a lot of stuff to put in all the cabinets). The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Value for money is very good. The service and location is exellent. Very good place to stay within this area. Bring your owned slippers

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was also excellent. Unfortunately room upkeep was lacking. Drapes had burnt holes. Shower was missing a sliding door. Sink was very slow to drain. Dresser drawers were falling apart. No shower rug. No facial tissue. No slippers. No mini fridge.
