I went there to buy a gaming laptop. I would say the environment is great, it offeres different choices of gaming laptops but the service is so bad, is so bad, they dont want you to buy from them, or they dont care! I went to this guy, and asked him to help me with a laptop i ve seen in online mediamarket, it was a young guy, that worked there. He was taking care after another client that clearly didnt buy anything. So after he finishes with this client i aproached to him and asked kindly in german for a laptop model and the guy straight up ignored me and said he has other clients so i had to wait. After i waited for half an houer i went again to him and asked to buy the laptop, he ( even thought had he had no client said he is taking care of a client). Being calm on this situation i aproached an elder man and kindly asked in german for the laptop model that i ve seen online. He just straight up told me those are only reserved for online delivery. Furious i went to SATURN. The guy i asked kindly not only spoke to me in english not only he accepted to find the model laptop i was looking for, even being an online product but he also went to the magazines and brought the laptop for me. This is service, this is SATURN for you! Please take a good note of your workers because they are not doing their job!

Very expensive. Much better places to shop. The DVD selection is really poor. You would save a lot of money just buying it on amazon.

Accessible, and affordable. Was helped in English and the staff is courteous.

Good staff , I like the varity at the coffee machines section ,but I could not see some famous products like Samsung note 8 although there was big stand for Samsung Galaxy 8, also no enough details on the products (prices for some laptops were missing)

Seems to have all the various electronics ranging from the smallest ear pod to the Biggest electronic home system you can think of. if you want an insured buy and at a relatively cheap price, I think MediaMart is a place to look out for. especially if you are looking out for Laptops, TV, Smartphones, and Kitchen installations.

Great and helpful staff. There are sometimes really good offers and deals on electronics. Keep an eye out for those :)

You can find workers with uniform all around the shop and they are always ready to help in case you have any questions. Shop is neat and clean I always come here to roam around and looking for angebot

Not good delivery service, my order took untill today 18 days and untill now not delivered. Hotline service is not reachable unless you plan to spend your whole day trying to reach them.
