Best deep tissue massage! Robert is great - he thinks critically about any issues I’m having. He always answers all of my questions re what I can do between sessions to assist with various problem areas. This is clearly a profession for him, not just a job. So grateful to have found him!

I recently went on vacation to Greece and went to a world renowned Spa and had a massage. It didn’t even compare to the massages I get done at Lifestyle. I will never go anywhere else!

Great massage at LMB by Robert. I scheduled for 60 minutes which always goes too fast! My husband sees Naomi for therapeutic massages and is very happy too. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of the therapists at LMB and I look forward to my next massage.

With her deep educated knowledge of biology and the human physiology, she applied advanced techniques for the therapeutic 75 minute massage that I had booked. She assessed my needs with questions and followed up with complete skill and assurance. She was both intuitive and genuine in her interest in my health and wellness. Naomi is a dream! I scheduled myself for a same day massage using their web scheduling tool. The location was easy to find, clean, comfortable, and felt professional. She helped work out any areas I had tension built up, and didn't make me feel foolish for asking what felt like silly questions. I especially appreciated her use of motion and stretching throughout the massage. She even offered a few yoga poses and stretches afterwards to help continue to work out problem areas. I can't wait to go back!

I love Lana’s work! She is very kind and inviting, as well as extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Craniosacral therapy is extremely effective, relaxing, and therapeutic. I’m so glad I got to experience, grow, and heal through this kind of therapy. The front desk staff is also very kind. Amazing company!

Visited the Lenexa location today to get a couples massage with my husband. Celia worked on me and Emily worked on my husband. They both did a wonderful job and we both left feeling refreshed and calm 😊. We will definitely be back & try to do monthly couple massages going forward. I would recommend this establishment to all my friends and family.

I've been going to Lifestyle Massage & Bodywork for over 4 years. I've seen 5 different massage therapists in that time and I've been more than please with each of them. The staff at the front desk is always kind and efficient with check-in/check-out and making appointments. The entire building is clean and well-kept including the restrooms and massage rooms. Everyone is courteous and the massage rooms are quiet. 5 stars. Would absolutely recommend.

I went in for a massage after weeks of tightness and pain in my upper back and shoulders due to stress. Robert worked on all of my problem areas and suggested working on my pecs to release some of the tension in my back. His pressure was perfect, and his understanding of the anatomy was so helpful. I felt amazing afterwards. He also recommended some exercises to help with my pain. I highly recommend Robert!
