Why is the amount of mac and cheese never consistent? After paying $20 for my food, it'd be nice to not literally see the bottom of the container. Sometimes it is packed all the way to the top. This time, and the past couple times I've been to this location, you can see the bottom and it's nowhere near full at all. Frustrating to say the least. Your employees used to be extremely friendly every time I came by. Now, they're not even close. Doesn't look like I'll bother with this location anymore. What a joke.

Always the best chicken sandwich you'll ever eat. Don't care for the waffle fries, but the mac and cheese is good approaching great. Fresh fruit available as well as chicken soup to soothe your soul. Drive thru area well staffed with shade and fans to protect everyone from the heat. Dining in available. Long drive in line, but it moved quickly.

Always great. I did have to return bc half of our order was missing but it happens. They were very apologetic & fixed me fresh food as I had given mine to my husband since he was on his lunch break. I just ate a bit later. Normally wouldn't had the time but thankfully I had a little extra on that day

Was the worst food ever chicken biscuits were cold and biscuits tastes old. Also forgot to put hashbrowns in bag. . will not be getting my business any time soon. Not worth the money. Chick fillet has went down hill.

I really do not understand how difficult it is to get a drink order right. I'm usually not one to get this upset over small stuff like this. But when it comes to my wife and her diabetes, I do not hesitate. You are going to end up KILLING SOMEONE because of this. Her blood sugar was 600 after 30 minutes of drinking it. That is enough to hospitalize her. The DIET SunJoy is diet tea and diet lemonade. But when one is added out of the two, as NONDIET, it is not easy to tell if it's actually diet or not.. Unfortunate because she will not be able to get her favorite drink anymore, as we cannot trust your employees not to give her the wrong drink... but that's okay we'll just make it ourselves.

Best chick -Fil-a by far. The server were so nice and loved their God loves shirts. The restroom even had personal items in there for customers to use. Awesome!!!

I make an adult meal out of two kids meals here. The salad with fruit is amazing when it's made correctly. The sunjoy tea always refreshes my thirst and I love the ice dream cones. The staff is always friendly and polite.

The lady working on 10/14/2023 at lunch (between 1-2pm) in the lobby with dark hair was very rude. First she tells a 6 year old they can’t throw their wrapper (from an ice cream cone) in the trash because she is trying to change it—in a very rude manner. Then, she yells at the kids again “you better put your shoes in the cubbies in the playground” very hateful.

I love chick-fil-a. The employees here were either tired or just not friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant wasn't the positive friendly welcome we recieve at most. The food was good. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The employees barely acknowledged the guest who came in and ordered.

Chick-fil-A rarely disappoints and this store rocked it too! We got three chicken sandwich meals and they were fresh and delicious. We also tried the caramel cookie crunch shakes…they were good but they are very sweet. I have a few sweet tooth so for me to say they are sweet…it’s super sweet for the average person.

The lenoir nc store is wonderful. The employees are friendly, happy and ask if you need anything else. I am use a walker and they always ask if I need help. Even carry food or drinks to me cat..

I ordered my food through the mobile app. I had built up quite a lot of reward points, so I was able to redeem them for a deluxe chicken sandwich, fries, and a sweet tea. I didn’t have to pay a cent, and since I picked carryout, I literally parked, walked in and grabbed my food which was already waiting for me, and went out to my car and began to eat. Super convenient.

It just seems like they just want you to buy and go. Very nice and food is constant. They just push you out the door a little bit more than I personally like. Still a great place to eat.

I love this place. Great food, great service, only downside is price! It's about 55 to feed 5 people. But the service is amazing. Always get us our food quickly.

We got takeout here a few days ago and it was nice. They have an 100 health score. You got that right 100. As someone who worked fast food that’s hard to get. Our food was delicious.

This location is very fast and the food is good. They do seem to always forget one thing, so check your bag before pulling off.

We ate in the car as we were traveling..the waffle fries and nuggets were great,also. My daughter had a spicy chicken sandwich which was great also.. In all it was a pleasurable stop..

first time there and the chicken is good however there should be a large menu posted so people waiting in line are ready to order. Lines could go much faster

I'm a big Chick Fil A fan, but I was not thrilled with this store. I stopped here Friday afternoon for drive thru food. I was able to order quickly but then it took quite a while to get to the window and receive my food. Staff was great, just for some reason, there was a delay in moving through in a timely manner. No worries though, I'll be back!

My go to place for a great quit lunch!! Order and paid with my app. Went to drive through told them my name and had my food!! They always have a smile and act like they want my business!! Even when I order at the drive through it always smooth sailing!! In my opinion if chicken-fil-a company was running our country we would not be in the mess we are in. I would give a 100 stars if I could!!!
