do
not
post
bad
reviews,
but
this
is
by
far
probably
the
worst
experience
Iāve
ever
had
with
someone
in
this
field
of
work.
Three-
four
weeks
ago
at
this
point,
I
scheduled
an
appointment
with
Savannah.
When
we
scheduled
it,
she
told
me
she
requires
for
me
to
pay
the
full
amount
for
lash
extensions
in
order
to
save
the
appointment
slot
for
me.
She
was
asking
for
my
card
information,
and
when
I
refused,
she
said
āmy
debit
card
actually
just
got
hackedā,
hereās
my
cashapp.
Even
though
it
was
a
red
flag
I
sent
it
anyway.
After
i
sent
it,
she
changed
the
time
to
something
that
did
not
work
for
me.
I
had
to
adjust
my
schedule
at
work
to
fit
that
because
if
you
cancel
with
her,
you
do
not
get
a
full
refund.
I
ordered
the
lash
cleanser
and
prepared
to
go
see
her
over
the
weekend.
While
I
was
at
work,
she
messaged
me
and
canceled,
said
she
would
reschedule.
after
that
message,
I
did
not
hear
from
her
all
day.
the
communication
was
absolutely
awful.
Come
the
morning,
I
asked
her
if
there
was
any
update,
she
told
me
she
couldnāt
fit
me
in.
She
told
me
rescheduling
a
full
set
of
lashes
was
ādifficultā
for
her
because
itās
a
two
hour
appointment.
I
got
my
refund
well
over
a
day
later
from
her
thank
goodness.
just
a
few
hours
later,
she
was
posting
an
availability
for
a
full
lash
set.
the
next
day,
she
posted
probably
four
more
full
lash
sets,
clearly
showing
that
rescheduling
my
appointment
that
she
canceled,
that
i
payed
and
prepared
for,
was
completely
doable.
This
experience
was
not
only
completely
unprofessional
but
also
just
really
offensive
to
me
as
a
customer
who
has
come
into
this
salon
before
for
work.
I
felt
used
for
my
money,
and
i
felt
like
i
was
lied
to,
and
i
felt
very
unheard.
I
absolutely
LOVE
Jenny,
the
hair
stylist,
she
does
an
amazing
job
and
Iāll
definitely
go
back
to
her!
I
donāt
like
leaving
bad
reviews
for
a
business,
but
this
was
something
i
needed
to
share
for
people
on
the
fence
about
getting
their
lashes
done
here.
professionalism,
reliability,
communication
&
honesty
are
all
key
in
any
sort
of
salon
tech.
just
want
to
reiterate
that
i
absolutely
LOVE
the
sleek
salon,
this
was
just
a
terrible
experience
i
had
with
ONE
person.
