Normally I do not post bad reviews, but this is by far probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with someone in this field of work. Three- four weeks ago at this point, I scheduled an appointment with Savannah. When we scheduled it, she told me she requires for me to pay the full amount for lash extensions in order to save the appointment slot for me. She was asking for my card information, and when I refused, she said “my debit card actually just got hacked”, here’s my cashapp. Even though it was a red flag I sent it anyway. After i sent it, she changed the time to something that did not work for me. I had to adjust my schedule at work to fit that because if you cancel with her, you do not get a full refund. I ordered the lash cleanser and prepared to go see her over the weekend. While I was at work, she messaged me and canceled, said she would reschedule. after that message, I did not hear from her all day. the communication was absolutely awful. Come the morning, I asked her if there was any update, she told me she couldn’t fit me in. She told me rescheduling a full set of lashes was “difficult” for her because it’s a two hour appointment. I got my refund well over a day later from her thank goodness. just a few hours later, she was posting an availability for a full lash set. the next day, she posted probably four more full lash sets, clearly showing that rescheduling my appointment that she canceled, that i payed and prepared for, was completely doable. This experience was not only completely unprofessional but also just really offensive to me as a customer who has come into this salon before for work. I felt used for my money, and i felt like i was lied to, and i felt very unheard. I absolutely LOVE Jenny, the hair stylist, she does an amazing job and I’ll definitely go back to her! I don’t like leaving bad reviews for a business, but this was something i needed to share for people on the fence about getting their lashes done here. professionalism, reliability, communication & honesty are all key in any sort of salon tech. just want to reiterate that i absolutely LOVE the sleek salon, this was just a terrible experience i had with ONE person.

Don’t book with Kim… very unprofessional! She rescheduled my appointment 2 hours before and then didn’t show up to the appointment she rescheduled! I waited 20 minutes for her no call or text explaining anything just simply didn’t show up the the salon & she’s the manger.. so unprofessional!

I’ve gone here two times, both times I’ve been 100% satisfied!! Kim has gave me a lash lift + tint, and Savannah has gave me eyelash extensions. The place itself is cute and actually really big! Definitely going to get my nails done here next, and continue getting my lashes done by Savannah.

I got a lash lift and tint from Kim and eyebrow tint from Savannah and left extremely satisfied after both. They both explained everything they were doing and made me very comfortable. After getting both services, I felt so confident without makeup and will definitely be going back. The salon is very clean and professional, would definitely recommend going here.

Let me just say, the MINUTE I laid on Savannah’s lash bed, I KNEW I was going to be a faithful client. Not only is she talented, she can hold a conversation for hours which I think is amazing (based off of past experience with other people/businesses, it’s a simple “hi” conversation when getting services done). She made me feel comfortable, gave me all the information I needed when it comes to lash extensions (I’ve never gotten them done before) and her energy is 10/10. I WILL be going back and referring everyone to her! She’s a one stop shop!! I highly recommend!

I have been going to savannah for over 6 months for lash extensions and i will never go to anyone else! She is so talented, creative, professional and communicative! She is seriously the best in business I’m always getting compliments on how nice my extensions look! I recently got a lash lift & tint as well and am OBSESSED! I have NEVER left the salon unhappy. If you’re considering getting lash extensions (or any other services she offers), she is your girl!

Got my hair done there yesterday, was a last minute appointment and she fit me in. I love my hair so much! Never been so happy with a cut, color and highlight before. So highly recommended. Carmen went above and beyond to give me EXACTLY what I asked for 🥰

Kwi is honestly the most gifted stylist I have ever seen in 55 years. Her knowledge and experience is worth my 45 minute commute. I can’t stop looking at how great I look today!! Gods honest truth.

Lovely salon but one staff member can ruin it all. 1. Do not book Kim for lashes. She will “reschedule” your appointment an hour before the appointment & fail to provide a date. Does not answer texts about rescheduling date & will complete ignore you. It should say ALOT if her mom (Carmen- hairstylist ) has to reach out to her to see where her daughter is for the client. Kim is always running late & unprofessional to when it comes to showing up for her clients. As manager she should be providing TOP TIER professionalism, but if that’s how she wants to run her ship. All of the other girls in this salon are extremely helpful & nice. Jenny and Carmen are by far THE BEST when it comes to hair. For hair needs, definitely book with them. Besides that, I would not come to this salon.

I love, love, love this place so much! Carmen and Jazmin are absolutely amazing! I called to make an appointment just to see what Sleek Salon was all about. The place is beautiful! This was a month ago and I’ve been there every week ever since. They have so many services available. It’s such a complete salon. From anything hair to facials, waxing, eyebrows, nails, eyelashes, etc. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They are very professional and they work miracles. This is my salon from now on. I’m so happy I tried them out when I did! They are definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🇵🇷#1

This review is for Bella who is absolutely amazing at creative color solutions. I had been struggling to find a hairdresser to tone down my “yellow/warm blonde” and Bella has been such a magician to make this happen! She clearly is an expert at what she does and she gave me the perfect blend of highlights, lowlights and a root blend that has been my lowest maintenance hairstyle ever. She matched my natural color perfectly and is so kind, calming and sweet, too! I am so glad I found her because she’s truly one-of-a-kind! Thank you, Bella!

Kimberly cancelled hours before my appt. called to make sure it was not a mistake to talk to her. they even had me down for the wrong service I had asked for. After looking at reviews (which I should have checked before booking) I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
