Emma in the shoe department deserves a raise for her knowledge and great attitude. Went here on Black Friday and she helped us pick out everything we needed.

The website stated that they would open today at 10am upon arrival the signs in the window said closed until further notice. A gentleman who worked there kindly told me that they would be opening at 2 PM. I stayed in the area and did some shopping and as I walked by the store again one of the workers noticed me, came out and assured me that the store would be opening at 2. So at 2pm I went back to the store and as promised they were open. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were happy to help me find everything I was looking for ( with smiles ) and then some. Thank you all for making my shopping experience so pleasant !! I’ll be back soon. 😊

Very bad store manger inter the store the shoes on sale for $29.99 when ask the manger said they just will moved it to the next shelf and on the cashier show $80 when ask the manger he said that they just moved it from the new shelf even the price ticket still on the table the said not care even if the price by the time we intend was $29.99 so bad experience with timberland should be one of the biggest USA brand ..

Great value in many stores of top brands , plenty of parking very clean and tidy

The two employees were useless. We asked about Timberlands warranty and they didn't know, just referred us to the website. My husband had to try on new boots for work and they didn't help us once. I'm pregnant, tired, my kids are running around the empty store like animals and I'm playing shoe salesman so the employees can chit chat up front. Super lazy staff, I left the boxes everywhere from the boots he tried on to give them something to do.

Outstanding trail and working shoes along with great outdoor products. Friendly, most helpful staff, especially Dawkins who provided awesome recommendations to replace and update my ever so worn, and still comfortable Timberland hiking boots. Form, fit and function of Timberland shoes always excellent. Your feet will thank you. Thank you.

Son needed workboots for shop in school. The savings at the outlet here were outstanding.
