Google says their hours were updated by the company a week ago. Supposed to be open till 9 (website says same). But they closed at 6 on the door. I drove a while to get here. So, really annoyed. I assume they cut the hours cause this store will closing? Just annoying that they can't be clear about their hours.

Busy place, small, strangely organized. Some issues with quality control of merchandise (pants 3" longer than marked on sewn on patch), but prices and selection are good.

Went to my standard jeans retailer, JC Penney, cuz at long last a bunch of my also standard Levi's 569 jeans are down for the count and needed to be replaced. To my shock and HORROR there were 0 Levi's 569 jeans in this store, at this time. Fearing that I might have to change jean make/model, which would have rocked my whole world, I immediately googled whether Levi's had stopped manking them. To my great relief they, of course, still make them and they are widely available. Called the outlet store up in Merrimack, NH, and their helpful associate checked for my sizes in their stock of 569s. They had several pair so we headed up. I got to the store, tried them on, and bought what I wanted. I believe it was even the associate we spoke to on the phone who rang them up. I was able to quickly get what I wanted and be on my way. They always have a good selection there and the store is in the outlet mall so if you want to go shopping in general it's a good place to go. All sorts of stores and stuff in one spot. But most importantly: Levi's 569s!

This is by far the worst experience I had waiting in line for getting in a store. They let like 3 people go in every 10 minutes, even though there are people walking out left and right. They said they’ve let too many people in, but there are only less than 15 people in the store????? So many people walked away because the wait time is just ridiculous, I don’t think this is very good for their business. And did I mention it’s 32 degrees outside… On top of that, the jeans I was looking for didn’t have my size. With so many staffs and so little customers, you think they had more time to refill items on the shelf.

Actually had Silver Tab jeans on-site. Gets a star just for that.

Had 3 associates help us and they were amazing! Buying jeans for my son as the new school year begins. One associate helped me find sizes, another searched out back for a specific color, and the last one rang us out and called another store to get the color we wanted (and they did.not have) shipped to my home at the special sale price. Great experience!

Supposed to be opened until 7:00. Sales people walking around chatting but locked the doors at 6:00 with a note on the door. Who does that? Bad business!

They have a very large, clean selection of high quality denim. The only issue that I encountered was employees talking to each other while I was mid check out. I found it to be very rude and disrespectful to not put all of their attention towards the customer. Management should educate the staff on this.
