I was there with my 2 grandchildren, both under 10 on Wednesday evening. We were placing our orders to the staff, when a guy whom we later learned is the owner came over and told us to hurry up. He said, "look at the line". He was rude and disrespectful to the little kids. I was shocked. It wasn't the usual long line anyway. I watched him from our table and he didn't seem bothered by the other customers. That makes me wonder if our race had something to do with it. We were the only black people there.

I usually enjoy Auntie Annie ' s but today the service was horrible. With the exception of the cashier, the rest of the staff seemed disinterested in providing any service other than talking to each other. I was told 7 minutes for a pretzel and it took 20. I will not stop here again if this is the kind of service that will be provided. The only saving grace was the pretzel was very fresh.

If I could give zero stars I would most unprofessional nasty attitude people went there at 6:40 to a man that yelled at me that they were closed. So gross

I love auntie Anne's pretzels sometimes employees don't seem happy to be there or are kinda rude but always a good pretzel. I can't remember the last time I had to wait for the pretzel I wanted to be made they always have them and they are always really warm to hot.

1st time wish I I'd stopped by sooner dahhh...good stuff. Soft buttery salty hot...overstuffed myself so what's a gal to do? I ate the whole thing! Mine were fresh from the oven. Had my pretzel fix I'm good for a while now Auntie Em coming home! Have passed this spot a million times over the years finally stopped in...it tasted as good as it smelled and you know how that goes folks!!!

Amazing pretzel quality and taste. Try a lemonade and a jumbo pretzel dog. I love the almond crunch and caramel dipping. Pepperoni pretzel is quite good. If your a fan of assorted pretzels, this place is worth visiting.
