My son went to “Great” clips to get a haircut. We’ve been there a couple of times and have not been impressed. I usually do not leave a bad review but today my son asked for a fade, and somehow she messed it up.

I visited Great Clips at the Orchard Hill Plaza today for the first time.. Amanda cut my hair.. She was wonderful and she gave me a wonderful cut too! Finding a hairdresser that tries as hard as she did to give me exactly what I wanted is not easy.. She did exactly as I asked and did it perfectly..

Adda was my haircutter. All your people have been good but she was OUTSTANDING. She gave me the best 1 to 3 fade I've ever had anywhere.

To be honest, as an adult I have always gotten me hair cut at a "chain hair salon", because they do it right! They do exactly what I ask for, don't try to sell me on a different hair style or hair products... Also the 1 major time I went to a privately owned 'Beauty Salon' I went to get a few high & low lights (based on a Jennifer Lopez look years ago, LOL) and I was horrified 😖... I thought they may be 'better' at the whole, coloring /listening to what I was trying to go for, But No! They just did whatever they felt was 'better for me' and I ended up paying a ton of $ & leaving there practically in tears 😓😥! So, long story short 😉 I haven't gone anywhere since except for a Great Clips! They do a great job & actually do what you all of them. Very grateful!

The employees are very nice, but they do not provide good quality hair cut. They don't have inexperience and no supervision.

I love Great Clips! I just got my supershort Pixie and she did an amazing job! Very pleased!!❤

Signed up online and was told a 15 minute wait. When I got into the store I had to wait an extra 45 minutes due to both hairstylists working on one customer.

My son Kyle loves a good fade he got a really nice fade from Amanda Shop Manager AWESOME 👌!!!!!!!
