Except
for
the
fact
there
is
no
prominent
sign
where
this
beautiful,
well
kept,
awesome
hotel
is,
it
was
perfect.
The
front
desk
was
very
helpful,
the
security
guards
were
very
professional,
and
the
best
part
was
the
restaurant.
Make
no
mistake
,
I
throughly
enjoyed
swimming
in
the
pool
before
changing
and
going
to
the
restaurant,
but
the
quality
of
the
food
surpassed
all
my
expectations.
Who
would
have
ever
guessed
a
world
class
chef
could
be
found
here
in
this
relatively
small
Nicaragua
town.
The
food
was
perfect.
The
vegetables
were
perfectly
cooked
and
seasoned
to
perfection.
The
steak
and
pieces
of
potatoes
were
perfect
as
well.
What
they
pay
this
chef,
it
simply
isn’t
enough.
He
alone
is
worth
the
price
of
the
room.
