    It took forever to get our meal. even after we both went up to the counter to ask for our food we were ignored, asked for the manager and she stood with her back to me and told one of the other employees that I was rude when all I did was asked for our food. She refused to come talk to me and told one of the other employees just give me my food so I can go. After we wish you the food our burgers were cold and the extra lettuce and condiments we asked to go on a burger was barely anything there. I won't go back to this restaurant location again. Not worth wasting my time on my money at this location.

    The food was good but the girl who was handing out the food had an attitude. Also I had to go back through bc they didn't give me all of my order. This said, I have a lot of respect for the people who work in the fast food service.

    This location is severally understaffed. There are presently only three crew members in the entire building... including front, drive thru, and kitchen. Every single time I've tried to give them another shot since the location is convenient, the food is hit or miss. Hope you like dripping grease, and hopefully you don't have to fight off the flies inside the restaurant. Staff are really nice which is the only reason there's a star. Chicken sandwich was good once but is pretty dry and not at all like CFA.

    Well....there's a reason for the super low rating of this place. They take your order through drive thru, manager Katie mumbles something that sounded like "drive up" (bad speaker) and when we get to the window, she says we have to drive all the way back around and order again because she didn't get it. Really? Have you ever heard of good customer service? Like "I'm so sorry that we didn't get your order and I'd be happy to take it again here" But no, she insisted that we had to get back in line and drive around again because SHE didn't get the order and she swears she said "hold on". That's definitely not what it sounded like coming out of the speaker. What the hay is going on here that even the so-called manager has a nasty attitude? I'll never darken their door again. All I wanted was an ice cream cone. How hard is that?

    It was a FULL 2 hours and 15 minutes before closing and no one would answer the drive thru. Noticed another patron get their attention at the window and then eventually got fries but when we pulled up, the guy closed the window very fast and hid (looked like a white, medium/short height man). July 2, 2023, 9:45-10:00

    Terrible customer service. It’s 6pm. People are getting off of work and trying to grab a quick bite of food when they’re done work. After waiting at the loud speaker for 10 minutes with no one helping, I pull up to the window, I asked could I place an order, the girl responded with were not taking orders right now, when I asked why she said idk you have to ask my manager and slammed the window on me and walked away. I was not rude. I didnt curse at her I just simply asked why at 6pm on a week day they are not taking orders. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’m calling corporate to complain also. Clearly needs new management. You should be able to clean, restock, etc while working, not just stop serving customers at a FAST FOOD restaurant so you can do whatever you want. It’s crazy.

    McDonald's is suppose to be tops in the fast food service, but it sure has been lacking. Twin order lines at this local but still waited 20 minutes at 3:30 in the afternoon. I've been north to south, east to west and one thing is for sure their fountain Coke has gone down hill huge. This location, it was flat and lacked taste. Had plenty of color that it looked right. I used to stop when I could just to get a Coke at any location. I guess those days are gone with the doodoo bird.

    The utmost important thing in a restaurant is cleanliness. McDonald's famous for there speed and customer service. This McDonald's and every McDonald's in the Tallahassee area knows absolutely nothing about customer service. If you are in a hurry looking for a quick bite you could be at this McDonald's for an hour before you get your food. This restaurant is disgusting inside and out. Im going to the franchise because corporate would never let it get this bad.
