Well....there's
a
reason
for
the
super
low
rating
of
this
place.
They
take
your
order
through
drive
thru,
manager
Katie
mumbles
something
that
sounded
like
"drive
up"
(bad
speaker)
and
when
we
get
to
the
window,
she
says
we
have
to
drive
all
the
way
back
around
and
order
again
because
she
didn't
get
it.
Really?
Have
you
ever
heard
of
good
customer
service?
Like
"I'm
so
sorry
that
we
didn't
get
your
order
and
I'd
be
happy
to
take
it
again
here"
But
no,
she
insisted
that
we
had
to
get
back
in
line
and
drive
around
again
because
SHE
didn't
get
the
order
and
she
swears
she
said
"hold
on".
That's
definitely
not
what
it
sounded
like
coming
out
of
the
speaker.
What
the
hay
is
going
on
here
that
even
the
so-called
manager
has
a
nasty
attitude?
I'll
never
darken
their
door
again.
All
I
wanted
was
an
ice
cream
cone.
How
hard
is
that?
