Carla and her team has been my families' health are providers for 2 years now. We are always treated with respect and kindness. I don't know how I'm going to replace them but since I've lost my insurance and had to get CHP I have to find a new team for myself. I will continue to use North Monroe Medical Center for my children.

The black & white receptionist are VERY RUDE. The facility opens up at 8AM. So I went bright & early at 8AM.. the white receptionist just sat there & stared & didn’t open the door. I knocked on the door 3 times then a black lady receptionist joined her & they both just kept staring and proceeded to ignore us and not open the door. So I decided to call the number on the side of the building.. they looked at the phone until finally they answered I said are you guys accepting new patients/walk in she says no we’re not but if you literally pass the sign it says that they are accepting NEW PATIENTS & if you go on their website nowhere does it say they don’t take walk ins or not accepting new patients. Either way they were both unprofessional because they could have just gotten up & opened the door & kindly explained that. I’d bet everything if I never called the phone.. they would have proceeded to sit there, ignore us & not be informative about anything. I want to give them ZERO stars honestly. I wouldn’t recommend bringing yourself or children here.

I have been a patient here a while. My entire family is under Carla Robertson. She is great. She cares and is concerned about our health. The app is great which I use for contact and she always write me back or call quickly. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

I can't give zero stars... I've given them plenty of grace, but cancelling my son's appointment after he had a fever and seizure and NEEDED TO SEE A DOCTOR is the last straw. They are rude, unprofessional, CERTAINLY not courteous... They don't know the meaning of compassion or understanding, for sure. Their communication skills are atrocious and their administrative deficiencies are egregious and lead to further medical issues. Avoid at all costs. We will be switching to a different doctor's office ASAP.

If there was an option for ZERO STARS I would give them a ZERO within a heart beat . The lack of professionalism shows with the staff. They are always closed when they should be opened , they never have a nurse. When you ask simple questions they act like you are a burden to them. Nobody told y’all work the job you all are working now. If you are going to be rude and lack professionalism when it comes to the medical field then you all need to choose a different career path because this isn’t the job for you. This place is run down and dirty. When you are a parent seeking help for your toddlers this isn’t the place you want to go to. I have contacted these people one too many times within the last FEW months for referrals to therapists and etc for my kids , they claim they sent out referrals and claim I would also get them in the mail and until this day I have yet to receive anything. I will not be returning with my toddlers here for anymore medical help and etc. this place should be closed for good. The place is nasty, the attitudes are nasty and the empathy and professionalism went out of the window with these people.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. From incompetence service, to rude service, to not following up on any patients requests or orders, to not having any medical Dr, this place calling themselves a medical center should be put out of business, to say the least! It took from 4/2023 to 7/2023 just to get a Dr appt. I stressed I needed an MRI due to a meniscus tear, didn't matter to them. Finally 8/2023 a nurse practitioner issued an MRI rqst, Julia b(supposed suprv in med ctr) chgd the rqst to an X-ray. After many many calls including wellcare calling Julia to issue an appeal, 2day, 10/23/2023, I got MRI appmnt for 10/26/2023. In addition, I ran out of hi blood pressure meds & I talked to Julia B on 10/22/2023 asking her to call CVS to expedite refill & as of 2day Julia B has not contacted CVS. 2day, 2/23 at 11:40am, I called again to get them to call in my high blood pressure meds I'm completely out of, to CVS & receptionist hung up on me twice, the 3rd call I was told was 9 minute wait time, how convenient since their lunch starts at 12noon. Unless the receptionists & suprv's are replaced with competent workers, this place will continue to abuse their patients. To recap, not only took 4 mths to get Dr appmt & 10 months to get. MRI, I now can't even get my high blood pressure meds I'm out of to be expedited for a refill (CVS says they need Dr to call for immediate refill) I have a feeling the 2 good reviews that are listed were made by employees trying to offset all the bad reviews especially regarding their rude incompetent staff!! There are no licensed doctor's here only nurse practitioners! I'm currently filing a complaint with the Florida Medical Agency board.

I’ll start by saying I absolutely love Carla and also Julia the office manager. The front desk lady was so rude to me today. I have been a patient for years probably 15 plus yrs but I’m so ready to find a new provider. 😩

Carla Robertson and the staff are super friendly and very thorough. Love coming here for my primary care.
