This is by most the most ridiculous set up for dentistry in all history! Their office is never open for Tallahassee, they don’t take emergency walk ins and when the office is open they have 30 people scheduled at once. Patients are sitting on the floor and the doctor is from patient to patient in an open space with no privacy. You can hear all of the patients medical history questions being asked and answered. My daughter and I waited an hour and 15 mins after being called back and still haven’t gotten any work done just X-Rays! When I called a month later to see why I hadn’t heard from anyone I was told the next appointment for her to receive a root canal would be in June and here we are in March when this X-Ray was done. So I guess we just stay in pain until June. Yea, no! Just sad! I am no longer a patient there and pray they are closed down for operating the way they have.

Worst office ever! First off, the office is next door to a veterinary clinic, and reeks of animal odor. Secondly, staff is not friendly at all. I called for a wisdom teeth extraction and they set up the appointment, did more x-rays even when I brought some in (I was okay with this because I figured it was protocol). I've had X-rays done and know that there is some discomfort with this examination, but not plain pain! The technician shoved the metal plate in my mouth, and proceeded to do so even after I expressed he was being too rough in doing so, making me gag a couple of times!! No one expressed common courtesy, Dr. Alniti never once spoke to me after my hour and a half wait in the room. Everyone acted as if the patient wasn't in the room, then disappeared to leave me waiting longer! No updates, no discussion, no one even knew what was going on! Finally, to conclude the appointment, they referred me out because THEY DON'T EVEN DO EXTRACTIONS! I find this out after I call and ask to make sure they did!! Never again, if your doctor ever refers you to this office, throw your whole doctor away 'cause this is the worst place ever!

The absolute worst disgusting office I have ever visited. I was in the office for over two hours for the dentist to tell me he couldn't pull my tooth. This place needs to be checked into because its a scam. The office was filty, clearly never cleaned. The lobby is filty and then the exam rooms are worse. I had a box of used syringes on the table when I was sat down. Don't waste your time

Worst. Cheap. Filling just fell out. Ugh!!!! The female dentist is the only one I would ever recommend. She is the one who fixed the one that fell out. The other two fillings are not soft to the touch. In fact after months they finally have worn down. I have had procedures done before when I had good insurance and money. Its a shame how people are treated and lied too! Also they cracked tooth next to the one they filled. Now need a root canal. I mentioned it to them and was told it was already messed up. Its kinda funny but was told it was fine before by them and another dentist before my filling was done. They are the only ones who take my insurance for a root canal at a discount. This is total BS! If things go wrong again I will have to file a complaint or something. This is not how you service people. I also was told my root canal would cost an arm and leg but now told different. Really?!? I recommend Bonds Dental Clinic over them. Its better for lower insurances but still not by much. Apparently servicing people is not a factor in this line or work without your pockets full.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. I only gave 1 star because there's nothing less to give. This office has mirrored glass so you can't see what's behind the counter. I asked if I could go back after my sons' x-rays. It's a MESS back there. They already had my sons in the chairs when I got back there. The dentist, who may or may not know or care about what he's doing, informed me that my sons did not have any cavities, but he was going to do "fillings" to protect their teeth. They insisted that they do fillings first versus cleaning first. I stopped the exam and got them out of there.

I would have given it less Stars if it was possible. They tried to charge me $300 for irrigation which is basically water that they spray in your mouth during the cleaning and then try to charge me $350 to do a tooth extract when I have a confirmation that the procedure was covered and approved through my insurance with no out-of-pocket cost. This dental office belongs on some sketchy horror movie. Both the setup and the staff made me feel very uncomfortable and was extremely rude. They are just trying to rip people off.

I can now agree with everyones review. This place is a scam. The dentist lies to you and so do the office workers. The lack of compassion is unbelievable. I'm looking into filing a complaint with whoever I need to so this place can be looked into

My actual experience with this dentist went very well. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentist but he was very patient and understanding. Dr. Alniti walked me through every single step and his "bed side manners" were exceptional. However the rest of the staff, despite being nice and patient with me, have real trouble answering the phone, I've tried to call for the past two days and have left several messages. Still no return call, no follow up. As well as issues with making and keeping appointments.

😠 Appointment was made for my teenager MONTHS (MARCH 28, 2023 to be exact) ago to come for her first visit and cleaning on 10/31/23. I got numerous text and emails to remind me of the appointment. One week before the appointment I called and asked about new patient paperwork. I was directed to the...

😐 Ms. Terica, the dental hygienist did a great job with the cleaning. The only grievance I had was that prior to my appointment date I was told that the BCBS insurance provider I currently have was in network, which was the reason for me coming to Blissful, a new dental provider for me, but at the end...
