First of all add this to your to-do list in SA. This was our first ghost tour and it was awesome! Our teens highly enjoyed it as well, we booked the 9pm tour and I think it's the best. We were all very intrigued by the history of San Antonio's famous hotels and surroundings, as well as all the creepy stories! Sean was amazing and in combination with our driver Flip, it was a great ride! We'd definitely do this again next time we make to San Antonio!

First time on a ghost tour, it was a unique experience and everything was well organized from online booking to checking in and throughout the bus ride. Our tour guide Dan was super friendly and was well knowledgeable about the history of San Antonio. He was also funny (mostly :P). The bus was convenient as we were dropped at the intended locations exactly. People who is planning to attend should expect to be walking/standing for most of the two hours. You are also given 5 minutes at each location after the ghost stories telling to take photos and wander around which was great! Also, food and drinks were allowed in the bus which we did not know or read anywhere in the guidelines so it would have been good to know beforehand to bring water and/or snacks. The night time of the tour is great as everything else is closed in the city but we felt that two hours and a half was a bit long. I guess two hours would have been good! Definitely recommend to know more about the city history in an interesting way!

We had an enjoyable evening, learning about the history of Downtown San Antonio in a very one of a kind and unique way. Madame Mae was intriguing and a great orator! I also appreciate her understanding of those who are deaf or hard of hearing and makes accommodations. For example, the make up she wore, allows lip readers to see her lips and facial expressions, even in the dark. No kidding! I also appreciate that she will ask if anyone needs special accommodations before entering the bus. The bus was comfortable and clean. Flip was a great driver who kept us safe and warm on a very cold night. It’s worth every dollar spent! Highly recommend! So much fun intertwined with the history around town! (I may have caught something in the pictures below. Zoom in and look between the houses-maybe something sitting down-but who knows. Regardless, go do the tour! Great fun!)

We had a great time! Sean our tour guide is awesome, he is funny and entertaining and really keeps your interest. The tour is well worth the money and I have been on many ghost tours. Highly recommend don't expect to see ghosts just because it's a ghost tour but if your lucky you just might encounter one!

What an amazing tour it was so much fun. We weren't really sure what to expect but the tour was informative and told really well. The guide lady lex was an amazing story teller she got everyone immersed in the stories, showing us some of the horrific things that happend in san antonio. If you like history this tour will also be appreciated. Thank you also to our bus driver cindy she added some flare to the experience as well. Highly recommend we will be back for some of the tours.

A MUST do to learn a good overview of history and some spooky facts about San Antonio. I highly recommend Miss Mae. She was knowledgeable and funny. We especially loved how she dressed the part even in July. We did the 9 p.m. Friday night show and it was cool enough to be bearable with a nice breeze. The tour is not scary at all. It is a history tour disguised as a ghost tour the way that all ghost tours are. Definitely a good time.

Don't miss out on this adventure! Mistress Hailey was a wonderful, knowledgeable tour guide. The stories were historically accurate as well as spooky. So much information packed into a beautiful walk downtown. We could ask questions and take pictures as we went, and the price was reasonable. I was able to catch a few anomalies from the tour. I placed a red dot above the areas of interest.

This was my first ghost tour and I absolutely loved it. I enjoyed learning about the facts and stories of San Antonio in a creative and fun way. Our tour guide Sean and driver Manny did an awesome job. Sean was entertaining and fun on our bus tour. Definitely an experience I won’t forget and will share with others.

What a fantastic evening!!! Madam Mae was our tour guide and she is fantastic!!! She made us shiver at the ghosts, think about the history, and laugh at her dark sense of humor. Definitely a great tour. We took the bus tour, which I highly recommend. DEFINITELY go at least an hour before your tour if you are planning on parking downtown. Trust me. You don't know which games and or conventions will be down there. If you get there super early, well cool, there is a lot to do around the Sisters' shoppe.

I enjoyed this trip, it was so much fun took lots Of pictures. Lee & CiCi were awesome. It is well worth your money. Here are some pictures that I took in the cemetery. You be the judge of what you see. On the video that I Uploaded, something walks behind Lee. In one picture next to the crosses, there's a little boy staring straight at me and faces looking at me . Lee will tell you about this little boy. I'm not the only one that has taken a picture of him. Enjoy and have a fun.

Sean and Cindy are AMAZING. The tour was loads of fun, and went by so fast because we were all having so much fun. Sean is an amazing and incredibly talented performer and storyteller bringing the fun and laughs but also seriousness when appropriate. He's incredibly knowledgeable, not just about ghost sightings but San Antonio history. And cemetery tarantulas. This is a great, fun tour and an absolute must!

My family and I had a great time taking this tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and I was not expecting the extent of San Antonio history that was discussed. A nice surprise to just a bunch of ghost stories. As alluring as the "night time" tour would seem, I'd recommend the earlier time(s) before dark so you can see and get good pics of the cemetery at the end.

We had a group of 4 adults. We got lost and couldn’t find the shop for the life of us but Lily was so sweet to call and make sure we made it to the right place. Once we arrived everyone checked in & we were on our way with Sean. We had so much fun going around San Antonio as it was my first time. All the stops were amazing & we really enjoyed it all. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone looking to learn some spooky history about the downtown area. Thanks for a great night with great memories!

We had an amazing bus tour adventure! Lady Lex was not only extremely knowledgeable of everything ghost related, but also about the history of San Antonio. She was entertaining with humor as well which made for a very cool tour. Their parlor is top notch, very well curated, and it was a treat to find a few things you don’t see everyday. Would visit again anytime!

Only waiting was for the group to form up. Sean and Lili are the most awesome and wholesome people to interact with. Sean did and amazing job as our tour guide I've learned things on the tour that I would have never known. Sean is captivating with his witty banter and Martha did an amazing job facilitating our safe travel from site to site. I recommend buying tickets prior as they tend to fill up groups quickly.

My daughter and I had the best time on this tour. It was a wonderful way to explore San Antonio and have fun. Our tour guide Lee was an excellent story teller and very funny. He connected with the various personalities on our tour and was diligent with safety. This was a highlight of our trip. Definitely book it! Also, the lady in the office is very sweet. She helped us book and was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend all around!

We went on the bus tour with our guide Sean who was entertaining and knowledgeable. He made the experience as great as it is so if you have an opportunity to book with him definitely do it! This tour kept me interested from start to finish and was the one of the highlights of my vacation. Wear comfortable shoes and use the bathroom in the mall next door before checking in. Take lots of pictures! You never know what you might capture!

Had a great time with my husband doing the Bus tour of Sisters Grimm Ghost Tours. We saw plenty of San Antonio's major historical monuments and places of interest. Lady Lex was an amazing tour guide that kept us interested in the tour!

I felt like this tour was ok. I didn't find it overly fascinating. The whole thing felt very showy and fake which is not really what I would like out of a ghost tour I would like some reality and spook. The biggest downside was the overwhelming amount of gender role quips. I am sorry but this humor doesn't suit me and feels so lazy. However, the shop was neat.

This was an awesome way to spend a Tuesday evening. Highly recommend. We met at the Sisters Grimm site at 8:15, checked in, and began our tour with a big group at 8:30. Lee was our guide, and he was informative, funny, quirky, and an excellent host. As we walked to various sites around the city, Lee talked about the history of the city. At different locations, Lee would explain the historical significance of the site, and he would talk about the various ghost sightings and interactions that have occurred. He encouraged people to take photos of the sites as he talked, and he seemed really excited to see if any of our pics caught any evidence of a ghost. He was patient in answering questions, and he really seemed to enjoy leading the tour. This is a great way to spend a couple hours in San Antonio. You’ll learn about the history of the Alamo and of different buildings in the city, get some exercise, and have a few laughs. At the conclusion of this walking tour, Lee walked back to Alamo Square with some of the tour guests and shared a few interesting details of buildings that we passed. Bonus! Our family had a great time. Our teenage kids loved it. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I were visiting from NOLA, and had the privilege of having Countess Kate as our tour guide. Her ghost stories and fun facts were so interesting, and you could tell she loves what she does. She also gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, etc. Next time we’re in town we will definitely be back ❤️ If you’re visiting San Antonio this place is a must!

We had the best time!! It was interesting, learning the history of San Antonio - especially the spookier bits!! The tour guide was genuine and kind and very knowledgeable. The transportation was clean and cool. We went to some exciting spots. It was a blast!! And!! I think I caught a picture if a ghost at the cemetery - nothing there and then notice the light smoke cloud- and a huge shadow that could be one too! And then nothing there!

Stewart the Strange showed us around the top most haunted places in San Antonio with great anecdotes, photos and sound effects to help immerse the tour group in the rich history of the city. Compared to some other ghost walks I've been on, it was clear that Stewart was well informed and had a great passion for the stories and places around the city. He was a pleasure to be around and made the tour extremely enjoyable.

We went on the bus tour with Sean as our tour guide and he was amazing! He made it spooky, educational and funny all in one tour. I definitely recommend the tour it’s a great experience you won’t regret. I was going through pictures and zoomed in on one that looked weird I’ll let you decide if it’s something or nothing.

Madam Mae was an excellent tour guide, she made the tour fun with so much interesting information about the places we visited. I never knew San Antonio had so many haunted places! Flip was the best driver.

Awesome and informative! This tour included a bus ride and walks through some of San Antonio's haunted hotels, a cemetery, and Casa Navarro. I would recommend the 9:00 p.m. tour for a more "thrilling" experience. The guide did an amazing job describing some chilling stories about the people and places we visited. A definite "must" for history enthusiasts.

We really enjoyed the walking ghost tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. One word of warning if you go: Take a water and wear comfortable shoes. It's approximately a four mile walk over about 2 hours. This being Texas in the summer, we were pretty parched and sweaty by the time we got back to our hotel!

I had such a great time! We did the Bus Tour which lasts 2 hours and a half like promised, the heat sucks even at night but obviously that can't be helped lol! Either way Countess Kate was funny, bubbly, overall I liked paying attention on what she had to say. Cindy was also a good driver! We did not encounter anything paranormal, but I do believe in it because I've had paranormal stuff happen to me in other places. I highly recommend them! I didn't get to check out their cute gift shop that's totally my style, but I plan on going before leaving San Antonio! Lol 😂

Lee was the most excellent ghost host! He lead us through the city and had a historical tale to tell at every stop along with added information of his own encounters. We have been attending all kinds of ghost tours for 20+ years. This is the first time we have ever caught a full body apparition on camera. We have been to haunts around the world and have experienced many events but San Antonio is one haunted city! We had a great time and seriously having such a wonderful guide made it even better. Also ,we would like to add the woman working the counter inside was also patient and super helpful. She does a great job. Do not hesitate to take this tour. They are professionals! (If you are looking at the added photo, look to the stairs). We took several shots and this manifested right in front of us,it was not in every shot.

Our tour guide (Lee) was hilarious and super informative. Gave so much insight on the area, amazing tidbits, and seemed insanely in tune with the history of the area. Pleasant and engaging with everyone in our group, considerate of slower moving people, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. Would recommend to anyone to give it a go! The tour did go longer than advertised but it was worth it! Great views of San Antonio at night

Great tour. Lee and Martha were awesome. Did the bus tour and you do get off and back on a few times. If you are mobility challenged, as I am, it could be a little rough. However, everyone was very patient and kind. It was a really cool tour. Loved the stories and the cemetery walk. Definitely recommend!!

I called about 30 minutes before the tour started to see if spots were still available and the worker I talked to, Lili, was very friendly. Sean was a great tour guide! We stopped at about 4 places, and drove past a lot too. Sean gave us history lessons about each spot & told us about the deaths / murders that had happened where we were. Though some of the stories were dark, Sean kept a light atmosphere, joking with the tour participants & Martha our lovely bus driver. Overall the entire staff of the tour was very friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this tour, even if you don't see any ghosts, it's a great night out!
