The staff working at the Leongatha KFC are not very focused on clients entering the premises. This morning one team member were eating something in the back and another were standing with his back towards the entrance. I had to call for service several times before a young lady came to help me. The bathrooms are disgusting filthy. See photographs. The toilets was just as dirty yesterday, which means it does not get cleaned on a regular basis.

Placed an order for six Go Buckets. I only recieved four. One of the four was tiny and half the size of the rest. When I returned they gave me the other two buckets. No a issues with that, other then no apology given. As for the tiny Go Bucket, they told me they are portion controlled. I showed them the others and they said they should be more consistent. The two replacement Go Buckets were tiny. I will never visit this KFC again.

Horrible choice for dinner, store was discusting. Staff members were more focused on mucking around and eating the food with gloves on, and then touching peoples orders. Potato and gravy was 2 hours past its expiry, yet they still handed it out. Was told that the manger was away so thier was no official way to complain about the low standards of this store. Rubbish was in a pile near the bins while 10 staff just mucked around.

Fillets are often tough with a strange consistency. Half the time Chips are old & cold. Service is intermittent & slow. One of the worst KFC's I've been too.

They will always forget atleast 1 ot 2 items on your order here, happens way too often. worst KFC going around too. ran by children who don't know anything.

Honestly the best crew work here. They are always friendly, helpful and if they get your order wrong, don't hesitate to to go out of their way. Love the fun they have here too.

I love it. The original chicken is the best. So juicy, so tender and very tastefull. The service here also nice, they serve us well. The plase has enough seat and 2 toilets so the customer dont have to wait long to wash their hands or something.

This is without doubt the worst KFC, not once but 3 times i have been here as a local recently. Chips are always soggy. Even just after opening they never have ribs or breast pieces, all 3 times there is no reasonable distribution of pieces, always just get legs and wings. (Where do the other pieces all go ? The orders are always wrong, i ask for wicked wings and i get little spicy chicken pieces that are tiny, when i returned them they said they were out of wicked wings....., why not tell the customer so you can choose something else. The worst is when you drive through and have left only to find items missing or incorrect when youre already home. Someone from up the tree needs to kick these folks in the giblets. Seriously.

Not happy. No potato and gravy..... Berger was made incorrectly after customised on express order system. Staff needed to have attention to detail. Also no-one is interested in serving customers. Very poor service all round. Didn't look like anyone was managing the place at all.

I've visited this kfc a few times in recent months while travelling over to the east. It's generally quite clean and the food has always been as expected. Like all places that hire students, the service has been hit or miss but what do you expect from teens these days.

Went through drive through ordered a large chip heaps of extra seasoning and 10 nuggets with s/s sauce, (after driving 6 hours no stops or food I was hungry and another 40 min till home) the chips had obviously been sitting in the warmer for ages they were just warm, brown and wilted no extra seasoning and only got 7 nuggets and no s/s sauce at all. Think the kids working needed to worry about the people that are customers paying their wages and not being cool around all their friends that are hanging around inside hoping for freebies thought I’d give them another chance after the last time I went and got still frozen chips. Won’t ever make that mistake again or be going there again. Besides paying more and the portions getting smaller, forget it kfc pick up your game NOT good enough

Staff were nice, bathroom was clean. It's common for a few items from your order to be missing or a wrong, but if you ask the staff they usually fix the issue. Alright job for a young crew.

Hands down the worst KFC I’ve ever had. The chips were undercooked, had barely any salt on them to cover up the taste & the burger was a sloppy mess.

Ordered a Zinger Box, the store had no boneless hot n spicy, and asked if I would like wicked wings instead. I agreed to the change only to be told when boxing up my meal "I forgot we don't have wicked wings". I then agreed to have a second zinger fillet. Both of the zinger fillets were very thin, dry and un appetising. I am dissatisfied with the experience.
