Very poor service with no TV remote controls in the rooms, electric blankets not functioning, very dark walkways at night and poorly maintained facility altogether. They don’t have WiFi in the rooms and can only be accessed from conference halls, dining hall and reception. The only best thing in this place is their palatable pizza

Great service, clean accommodation and friendly staff. Beautiful gardens. Unfortunately due to the heavy rains, the swimming pool looks a little murky, but the pool would be good for both adults and small children due to the long shallow step. Breakfast was good and the staff could arrange for a few alternatives.

Wonderful hotel cosy and tranquil huge complex excellent rooms and friendly service. Everything about this place is just wonderful such large rooms. TV AND SHOWER AND A BATHROOM TOO! 😁😁😁

The services are very poor; Ordered for dinner (R100) and after waiting for 30 minutes, they had the nerve to tell me that the gravy for the rice was finished (attempted to serve me dry rice). I had to shout my head off in hunger pangs before they hurriedly prepared some makeshift sauce. next day I had to physically go to the laundry to get hot water to bath as the hot water tap wasn't flowing. No intercom in the rooms so you have to physically move around to make orders. The room rate is different if you are 2 in a room that has 2 beds????

Good people.. good times.. go for the san pedro pizza.. It's the best pizza in Lesotho!! - just been back (2016) San Pedro Pizza is still amazing..

Spacious bed room with tea/coffee station and lavatory. It also has a large restaurant. The breakfast was included.

Good staff

Beautifully landscaped. Food is mostly quite good -- Lesotho trout cooked perfectly, baked goods are amazing. However, the veggies served with the trout were not great, previuosly frozen. Rooms are fairly nice but could use some more routine maintenance. Overall, great experience, but some minor improvements are needed.

They say buffet breakfast and then tell us we only allowed one plate and management is so rude and food was uncooked also,I'm so disappointed be a regular that I'm going to cancel my booking.
