(Translated by Google) Amazing place to spend the day or go hiking. It is an easy route with good access, it is made up of seven pools, a waterfall and a natural slide, you have to walk about ten minutes to reach the first pool and then they follow each other on a stone path Comfortable shoes are recommended although I would recommend booties to avoid slipping on the rocks (Original) Increíble lugar para pasar el día o hacer senderismo.

Very nice area, many pools and it is very pleasant. If you go early you are practically alone. From the parking area, 15 minutes walk. He indicated with arrows how to get there. After the stone bridge on the right hand side you can easily access the pools. If you want to climb the fervenza the path is just to the left after the bridge. The road to fervenza is uphill, with rope areas and nothing accessible. The incredible views.

The site is spectacular and there are many pools available for swimming in a stone channel with crystal clear waters. There is no mud at all, so you don't even need to wear booties and the dry areas are platforms of fairly smooth rock so you can set up without problems. Children enjoy sliding on some water ramps that form between pools. And I don't know if I have very good luck, but until now, I have always found the water to be very good, at a much better temperature than the beach.

(Translated by Google) Cool but crystal clear water. Well signposted path (yellow arrows) and a walk of about 20 minutes to reach the pools of the Roman bridge. It is advisable to wear booties to get into the river. (Original) Agua fresquita pero cristalina. Camino bien señalizado (flechas amarillas) y una caminata de unos 20 minutos para llegar a las pozas del puente romano. Es recomendable llevar escarpines para meterse al río.

Beautiful and cozy place on the banks of the Pedras River. Crystal clear waters with cool temperatures ideal to cool off in a hot summer like this. The big problem I see is ACCESS because it can be difficult to access with small children (due to strollers) or people with disabilities. Apart from the difficulty of the terrain, you have to walk a long way. It is something that should be improved urgently. Likewise, I see it advisable to set up the area with several PICNIC tables to make the stay more pleasant and comfortable in case you decide to eat there.

(Translated by Google) Beautiful place... access is a disaster, very complicated, there is no path, just a passage between rocks... Nice place, very wild... but there are other more accessible pools... (Original) Hermoso lugar.... el acceso es un desastre, muy complicado, no hay camino, solo un paso entre rocas... Lindo lugar, muy agreste ... pero hay otras pozas más accesibles...

My favorite kind of setting with multiple areas to have a swim. Seems to have got a lot busier towards the end of the day

Access to one of the areas was almost impossible. Surely the rains caused some stone to fall that naturally created a kind of staircase. Taking care of the environment, if the site is promoted for tourism, it is advisable to enable access Not very long path from the road where you leave your car. About 2 km. But I walk with a lot of rocky areas. You don't need to be very fit, but you do need to have normal mobility.

The river is very good, there are some routes. I don't know if there is a specially designed space for swimming, but we went upstream and found good pools.

(Translated by Google) Beautiful place, more or less well indicated, although there are areas that are a bit neglected and you have to be careful not to fall. (Original) Lugar precioso, más o menos bien indicado, aunque hay zonas que está un poco descuidado y hay que andar con cuidado para no caerse.

We really enjoyed our afternoon by the rock pools. Very clean, quite and peaceful. Easy drive to the small parking area (free), there are a couple of large maps/plans of the area showing the various pools and walking routes. To be honest, once you start walking the individual walks are not very well indicated, with lots of paths turning of towards the river but no actual signage. My advice would be to walk up the narrow road (red no access sign), very quickly the road becomes a track. If you follow this pathway with the yellow arrows and ignore all the various turn offs you will eventually (15-20min) come to a small very old stone arch bridge, once you cross the bridge ignore the yellow arrows and head straight ahead towards the sound of the river. Within 50 meters you can see the rock pools, the path leads down (you will have to clamber down the final few steps) to a couple of large pools perfect for taking a quick plunge. In terms of footwear, the final 200m I’d advice on avoiding open toe sandals, there are lots of picking your way across stones and generally uneven paths. Highly recommend for a couples of hours and a nice spot for a picnic lunch. If your prepared for some clambering I suspect you can probably work your way down the river from rock pool to rock pool, but you will certainly need sturdy footwear that you don’t mind getting wet.
