When we signed up we asked many questions the biggest one was making sure we had no minimum term. We was assured that we can cancel whenever we want too and we can also pause our membership for health reasons. We'll we don't live local and are pregnant and wished to cancel only to get told we was on a minimum 12month contract. Absolute cons and should be ashamed of themselves.

Not bad but.. not great either. Pros: Decent training equipment and size. Not too busy. Cons: Exposes people people's names, signatures and phone numbers at the entrance. Incredibly poor WiFi. They have a wall broken for over 5 months nearby the weights area, and the building might contain asbestos.

Solid gym let down by some ageing equipment and a really bad choice in music. If the leg extension & leg curl machines were staff members you’d of let them go along time ago as they’re always out of action. Can get busy - but that’s the sign of a good gym. Staff are great and helpful.

Been training for years and been training here for a good few years. Great gym but they need to sort out the cable machines. Not a great fan of the red ones as they're different to your usual cable machine. The other cable machine, that's a favourite for everyone, are always being taken and groups of people use them for far too long meaning nobody else gets to use them.

Best gym in Stevenage

Spacious gym with all the equipment you need and suitable for all fitness goals. Mainly younger people that work out here. Offer a one month payment deal of £44. Gets fairly busy at certain times, especially in the afternoon so sometimes have to wait your turn to use certain equipment.

Amazing staff, great amenities and with the recent works to make this place amazing I can not fault it. Well worth the membership and same amazing fitness classes.

Staff are always happy to help, have a good selection of personal trainers that are well trained if you're new to the gym. Loads of equipment, so there is always something to do. Would recommend to beginners and experienced goers.

I love this gym as it’s near my house. The gym is very clean and has got good equipments. I love the choice of their musics. I am very grateful to my PT Sonny Hack, he is an amazing trainer and very inspiring. He is very good with what he is teaching and very well organised planned about the Session routines. I am glad that I chose him As my PT.

Ok but music is way too loud and the nightclub vibes aren’t inclusive or for everyone.

Good Gym with plenty of strength kit, free weights, plate loaded and cable stack machines. Good amount of floor space too, and all at a very reasonable price! 👍💪

Visited on a one off as was in the area. Very well equipped, clean and friendly staff. Will definitely re visit if in the area again.

Great Gym. Visited as a Guest with a Member. Following all social distancing guidelines and also cleaning products available next to all equipment and users wash down all equipment after use. All staff were very attentive and polite, engaging in conversation etc. Will definitely be returning and would recommend anyone to join.

Brilliant gym with top quality equipment. Classes with Hannah are AMAZING, the trainers make you work hard and are so friendly.
