One of the busiest fast-food restaurant in Leuven. It always has been loved by students and some of the moments are just too busy. The staffs are friendly and there are a lot of seatings but it’s depending on when you are going there. The last time I have been there they have installed touchscreen installations so the service goes fast and the ordering goes certainly very smoothly! You can’t compare them with what you get in America but some of the menu (price wise) are reasonable for sure.

I left a bag of takeaway food on then the restaurant closed. Was clearly not waste. Next morning it's gone and I'm told the cleaner probably threw it away. Maybe you should change the policy of throwing away lost items?

Usually quite busy. Full of students and teenagers. There is not enough waiting space so it can be quite crowded if you are waiting for a take away. But the good part is that they have the touchscreen ordering machines. Those machines are usually more practical for me in McDonald’s.

I gotta say it's pretty decent, but it's not like the US where fast food is the cheapest option. The meal in the picture costs 10 euros.

Ordered from McDonald's and the food was excellent and everything was fresh. The delivery was accurate and very fast.

I am not a chicken fry lover, so I won't judge them by that. But I liked the ice cream. It was good.

Always delivering wrong orders, terrible service. Definitely well below the company standards and giving a terrible image of the brand, which in other cities works just fine.

I liked the fact that there is charging ports and you did not need any cable you just put your phone in that safe and put your own code. Also the food was fresh and good and it came quick. I did not have to pay for toilet like in Brussels and the toilet was clean. Very good Lipton. Very well placed in Leuven. I will definetly come back whenever i can.

The place is nice and in a nice location, but it was very crowded and inside there wasn't a lot of space. It wasn't the cleanest too, but the food was ok.

Haute cuisine. 5 star Michelin restaurant. Would recommend for people Ho have the needed resource to afford this

The McD's employee brought us our food quickly although he was a bit surly. Typical McD's food, so no complaints.

Make sure you always check your meal before you leave. We've been here 4 times in the last 6 months and every time my daughter's happy meal has something missing.
