I
have
been
training
two
to
three
times
a
week
with
personal
trainers
Joey
and
Nils
K.
for
about
9
months
and
have
already
lost
more
than
16
kilos.
The
training
sessions
are
varied
(strength
training
on
machines,
small
weights
and
with
body
weight,
Tabata/HIIT
training,
workouts
on
the
mat),
always
individually
tailored
to
my
goals
and
wishes,
effective
and,
above
all,
a
lot
of
fun.
Joey
and
Nils
are
incredibly
motivating
and
challenge
me
-
without
overwhelming
me.
During
training,
attention
is
paid
to
the
correct
execution
of
the
exercises
and
my
weak
points
are
specifically
addressed.
I
no
longer
have
previous
excuses
such
as
“no
time,
bad
weather,
too
much
stress
and
work”!
Joey
and
Nils
manage
to
inspire
me
every
training
session,
so
that
I
just
feel
great
at
the
end
of
the
day.
The
training
has
changed
my
life
-
after
many
years,
I
finally
feel
comfortable
in
my
own
body
and
mentally
exhausted
again,
I
have
been
able
to
integrate
sport
into
my
everyday
routine
as
a
natural
routine
and
have
rarely
had
as
much
success
and
friends
as
with
strength
training.
I
can
highly
recommend
the
training
in
every
respect!
