In addition to the fact that you are always treated in a friendly and courteous manner, the atmosphere in the store is really great. You feel comfortable and can really relax with a variety of treatments. For my part, I won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows anymore 😉 Really recommended!

Since my first visit to True Beauty 5 years ago, no other studio has been an option for me. The treatments are always professional, warm and successful. By far the best cosmetic studio in all of Cologne. We searched for a long time and finally landed on Nilu from True Beauty some time ago. Starting with the friendly beauticians, a feel-good atmosphere and the price-performance ratio, everything is just right here. If you are looking for the perfect eyebrows, you should definitely make an appointment with Nilu, the owner. But the rest of the team is also doing a great job. Whether with a fruit acid treatment, the Hyaluronique Booster or a “simple” pedi or mani, I always leave the studio happy and satisfied. Sometimes I'm a bit overwhelmed by the huge selection of paint colors, but being spoiled for choice is always something nice. Since times are a little different at the moment, I would like to inform everyone who is currently hesitant about cosmetics that the entire team is currently working on a process that enables a Corona-compliant stay. I definitely always feel comfortable and safe there and that my needs are well looked after. Dear Nilu, keep it up!

I am being treated by Nilu. Every few months for cleaning. She is really nice and helps you relax with her calm and reserved manner. You don't feel like you have to talk, you can simply close your eyes during the treatment. She advises you about your skin condition, but doesn't try to force any products on you.

I've been going to Helali for some time now, especially for cleaning my face and eyebrows. I was always 100% satisfied and Helali does a great job and is always super friendly :)

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Nilu about 3 years ago (Nov 2017). The result was great and it still lasts. I felt like I was in great hands with Nilu and she responded to my type individually. That was one of my best decisions. I still get excited every morning when I look in the mirror and it saves me so much time. Finally no more annoying eyebrow make-up that used to cost me so much nerves. Even after the blading, I still go to True Beauty for little things like tinting eyelashes and I'm always satisfied. Making an appointment is uncomplicated and the service is exactly what you would like. I can highly recommend them and hope that they will be able to reopen soon.

Nilu and team are the best in Cologne when it comes to beauty! They are super nice, very professional and above all competent. I could do without a lot of things, but not true beauty :-).
