Erster Eindruck ist sehr gemütlich. Recht schnell bedient worden. Allerdings war die Bedienung nicht so freundlich. Kein Augenkontakt und ein gerade so Mindesgrad an Höflichkeit. Kein Danke für das Trinkgeld nur ein "Warten sie da drüben". Wir haben uns dann hingesetzt und haben auf die Ausgabe geachtet. Da erst einmal nur zwei Getränke von den drei fertig waren wurde uns der Espresso zum Platz gebracht. Der dritte kam etwas später. Geschmacklich war es gut, allerdings waren die Tassen nicht richtig sauber. Außen und innen war Kaffeesatz und lässt auf eine ungenügende Säuberung der Siebträger schließen. Alles in allem gemütlich und irgendwann nochmal einen Besuch wert. Doch ein Stammlokal wird es wohl nicht.

Die Kaffeespezialitäten sind ausgesprochen gut! Sehr guter Caffè Latte und Flat White (Größe L auf den Fotos). Im Vergleich zu anderen Cafés bekommt man hier fürs Geld noch ordentlichen Kaffee und das zu vergleichsweise guten Preisen 🙂 Der Kuchen sah besser aus als er schmeckte, schade ☹️ Leider recht fad. Da bleiben wir lieber bei frischen Erdbeeren vom Markt. Die Toiletten sind in Ordnung (relativ eng). Das Personal ist freundlich und man bekommt eine Kaffee Stempelkarte.

It wasn't bad. But it wasn't great. Service was friendly but slow. Tast of the drinks (Chai Latte and Tea) was good but not exceptional. Ambience was modern but not warm nor fancy nor lovely. Prices were okay. It was heated but not warm enough.

Es gibt immer mal Tage an denen Menschen/Bedienungen einen schlechten Tag haben können. Das ist völlig normal. Selbst Maschinen gehen mal kaputt! Bedeutet nicht, dass man pauschalisieren sollte. Für mich alles in einem folgendes Fazit: Nette Bedienung, entspannte Atmosphäre, nette Chefs und sehr leckeres Essen. Zudem wird hier Sauberkeit und Frische groß geschrieben. Ein schönes Café um die Ecke. Gerne jederzeit und immer wieder. :)

Lovely little coffee shop with friendly staff and good coffee.

Ich liebe dieses Café. Die Einrichtung ist so gemütlich. Einfach eine Atmosphäre, die ein Café ausstrahlen sollte. Bisher ist es echt mein liebstes Café in Dortmund. Das Frühstück und die Chai Teas kann ich sehr empfehlen 😊 Bis 14.00 Uhr wird dir dein Bagel o.Ä. nach belieben belegt. Auch ein Pluspunkt: Es gibt genügend vegane Alternativen. DIe Bedienung ist immer freundlich und es ist sehr sauber. Fühle mich hier wohl und komm immer gerne wieder.

nicht so lecker :/ Einfach mal mit Kritik klarkommen Leute. Ob der letzte Besuch jetzt länger her ist oder nicht, spielt für diese Rezension überhaupt garkeine (!) Rolle. Fakt ist dieser Kuchen und der Kaffee den ich dort bestellt habe sind es einfach nicht. Es hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Deswegen gebe ich die Bewertung ab die passt. Und übrigens: bei jeder winzigen Kritik unter den Rezensionen die beleidigte Leberwurst raushängen lassen als seriöses cafe ist schon echt seeehr komisch

Breakfast is a la card. With different Bagel and Simit options. We ordered a Simit breakfast menue, frisch Käse Bagel and Putenwurst Bagel. They were all delicious and we were satisfied. The only negative thing was that the service took so long and our drinks got cold. The atmosphere was good and cozy.

Found this place by chance and happy I did. Very cosy cafe with quite a few vegan options from cake and vegan mylks. This place serves chai lattes which were ever so yummy. Easy to customize to make vegan. They have soy, oat and almond mylk. The staff is friendly and can speak English. This is a cash only cafe. You order at the bar and take a seat. A member of staff will bring you your order. The space is very spacious and well lit. Very cosy and comfortable. Its possible to also sit outside. Its close to one of the markets and shouldnt be too hard to find. Recommend this place and will probably be coming again.

Delicious coffee, friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

It’s a great cafe. They do not have WiFi or place to charge everywhere and they do not accept card. So it’s definitely not suitable for studying/working. It’s a great place to read books (even though noisy) talk with people and have a great coffee though. Still 5 stars because they are good at what they are doing. The cappuccino medium is quite big, probably the large portion if in many other cafe.

Visited on Christmas day. Loved the bagels and the cheesecake. Smoothies were a letdown though.

Good coffee and there was enough of it. Vegan options but less options for paying with a card. Biggest lamps ive ever seen. Good for googling and asking wuestions.

Very nice interior and staff. However, the matcha has a fish aftertaste, meaning it is very cheap. For 5 euros per cup I'd expect better. Also, the coffee wasn't good either. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone who cares what their drink tastes like.

An amazing breakfast. Every single contet is high Quality and very delicious. The owners are very polite and from Turkey. There is a real turkish tea and coffe as well. I strongly suggest this cafe. There are also delicious cakes. Unfortunatelly, we could not teste since we ate a lot in the breakfast. The portions are also quite big.

Viele verschiedene leckere Heißgetränke ( Kaffee, Chai Latte etc.). Toast und Bagel waren auch gut. Personal ist freundlich und bringt die Bestellung zum Platz.

Kuchen und Getränke sind lecker. Man sitzt nett. Selbstbedienung. Dafür sind die Preise hier schon sehr hoch. Also geschmacklich vielleicht der bessere Starbucks, aber die Preise nehmen sich da nicht viel.

Vast variety of drinks, food and snacks at great prices! Everything is delicious! The staff is friendly and kind! Right in the heart of the city, Flayva is the perfect location for meeting with friends or unwinding with a nice drink! Definitely recommend!

Here is the best Cafe of NRW. The Staff is very polite, patient and devoted. I frequently come this distinguished Cafe. I like to observe how are the service presented. Even sometimes graceless visitors try to make situation difficult for the staff, they always try to be hospitable. The staff always try to find best solution even restless visitors ask for extraordinary requests. I appreciate the way of their venue management. Finally, this Cafe is awesome place to have quality time and feel ownself good. I strongly advise you to visit Flayva Cafe.

very sweet and considerate staff, much variety in drinks, although you won't find much without any coffee (or I'm blind). Anyways, if you want something tasty, a short coffee break, this is your place to go! Very nice ambiente as well :)

Friendly and smiling staff, wide variety in coffee, cakes and other delicious goods. The furniture is stylish and quite comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would visit again
